I recently saw an offer on the Elite Singles site for a 6-month membership priced at $39.99. Despite entering my credit card details, I was interrupted by a phone call and am certain I did not confirm my purchase. However, I have now noticed a charge of $[redacted].00 on my card which I did not authorize. I have not utilized the membership and would like it cancelled and a refund of $[redacted] processed promptly. I recently joined Elite Singles this Tuesday from Portland, ME. The service provides 20 matches daily, but I've been matched mainly with profiles outside my desired range, including those in distant states and Quebec where many profiles are in French, a language I don't speak. This has resulted in no suitable matches. I paid $[redacted] for a three-month subscription and feel disappointed that the service did not inform me of the lack of local matches before signing up. I've tried to reach out through the app, but my messages are not going through, leaving me frustrated and seeking a proper means of contact.

I canceled my EliteSingles subscription a while back but I keep receiving match emails. Could you please confirm no renewal charges were applied? If so, I request a refund. I am quite disappointed with Elite Singles. I have submitted 12 photos, and all of them have been rejected for some reason. I am considering requesting a refund since I am still within the refund period. I have been chatting with several matches, but I lack a photo on my profile. I would like to use one of the photos showing three people, with me in the center. Please assist or I will proceed with requesting a refund. Thank you.

I joined Elite Singles and upgraded to the Premium membership yesterday, but I've decided to cancel. I noticed there's a 14-day cancellation window mentioned on the website, but I can't seem to find any contact information other than a postal address in Germany, which seems outdated. Additionally, I thought I was being charged £21.45 monthly for six months as per the discounted offer, but I've already been billed £[redacted] on PayPal.

I downloaded the app last night, but I am not satisfied with it. The match quality is not what I expected, and I am within the 24-hour cancellation window. I was charged for a full 6-month subscription upfront and I am requesting a refund for the entire amount. It is frustrating that there is no option to cancel within the app, and I will leave a negative review if the refund is not processed. I am concerned about receiving threatening letters for payment from Elite Singles, despite canceling my subscription through Paypal and verifying it. Even though I couldn't access the app, I saw the cancellation confirmation. I need assurance that my membership is canceled, I do not owe any money, and won't face debt collectors or more threatening letters. Could you please cancel my Elite Membership that started on February 16th and process a refund? I'm registered with Elite Germany under the email address provided. I recently signed up for Elite today, but I'm uncertain if my registration went through successfully. I attempted to cancel my Elite Singles account on the final day of my six-month membership. However, it was automatically renewed without my authorization, and another six months of fees were deducted from my account without my consent. I do not wish to continue with the membership, and I require a refund for the additional six months that were charged. I, E. Breslin, have made numerous attempts to contact you via email and have been unable to locate a phone number to reach out to you. I am greatly dissatisfied with the lack of adequate customer assistance and I'm appalled by the circumstances that led me to cancel my account, only to be prompted to pay for it once again due to threatening emails from your collections department. I no longer utilize EliteSingles and I strongly believe I should be refunded. At this juncture, I wish to sever all ties with your website. I terminated my six-month subscription after approximately three months, then shortly afterward initiated another subscription. Despite my efforts to cancel, your website's interface is not user-friendly, and my repeated emails have gone unanswered. I want to make it clear that I do not owe anything regarding any subscriptions, and I kindly request an email confirmation verifying the termination of my account. I filled out my application last Saturday indicating that I'm a woman interested in men. However, the system mistakenly displayed my profile as if I am seeking women. I want to clarify that I am straight and only interested in men. I attempted to correct this on the website but was unsuccessful. Due to this error, I decided to cancel my membership and delete my profile to avoid being misrepresented as a lesbian when I am not. I also stopped the payment process. However, upon completing the registration process, it appears that the system incorrectly identified me as interested in women. Just to clarify, I am heterosexual and looking for a man. Despite my attempts to correct this on the website, I was unsuccessful. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my membership and delete my profile due to the confusion. Hello, I am looking to cancel the remainder of my subscription. When I signed up, there was no mention of a free version for a trial period. The matches I have received have not been satisfactory, as they seem similar to those on other dating platforms I am using without subscriptions. Lately, the app has been malfunctioning, and most of my matches do not have pictures or detailed descriptions.
