Can I find out more details about the men in my matches, such as their relationship status and if they have children? 6. I prefer not to see profiles without pictures in my list of matches. 7. There is a discrepancy in the age information provided by a user. How can the platform ensure accurate details are provided? 8. My satisfaction with the site is only at a 3 out of 10, and I struggle to have my concerns addressed. Is there a more effective way to communicate feedback?

Around two years ago in [redacted], I signed up for your services by paying around $[redacted]. I did not receive any calls, so I decided to cancel the service. However, I was surprised to find out that you have been charging my Capital One Credit card three times for $[redacted] each. I only noticed these charges when I received my recent bill. I want a refund of these charges totaling $[redacted] and for my connection to EliteSingles to be discontinued retroactively. I have informed Capital One not to accept any more charges from your company. Please contact me today between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm or any day next week between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. I signed up a few weeks ago for this dating site. Initially, I received a few messages, but it has been silent since. The matches I receive daily are all from faraway places I'm unfamiliar with. This is my first time joining a paid dating site, opting for a 3-month subscription to give it a fair chance. However, after a week, the matches still don't make sense to me. Even after checking this weekend, I see no new messages since the first day. I would like to cancel my membership and request a refund, willing to pay for one month only. If I had known the site's quality beforehand, I wouldn't have committed to 3 months. Dear Elite Customer Service Team, I would like to bring to your attention that I am disappointed with the matches I have received since joining EliteSingles. Despite the website's claim that most candidates are well-educated and have good jobs, I have found that many of the matches I received do not meet these criteria. Some do not have a degree, others have non-elite jobs like machine operator or plumber, and some do not even have profile pictures. I am puzzled by how these individuals are considered Elite, and as a result, I am requesting a full refund of my 6-month membership. I recently received an email from EliteSingles claiming I changed my email address, which I did not. Since then, I have not heard anything from them. My subscription is valid for another three months, and I am concerned about my email being associated with another person's account. I have tried reaching out through multiple emails and texts, receiving no response. This situation not only jeopardizes my EliteSingles account but also the credit card information on file. I have reached out to them with no success using multiple ticket numbers. Instead of creating a new account, I believe EliteSingles needs to rectify the email change issue. While my membership is active until October, I am unable to log in due to the email discrepancy. I urge the company to address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my email accounts. I initially changed my email to [redacted], but then it was changed to [redacted] without my consent. This has caused me to suspect my account was compromised. In an attempt to secure my information, I set up a new email at the library, [redacted], and a new phone number [redacted]. I am concerned about the security of my emails as my home account has been hacked despite efforts to clean my computer and enhance security. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve this in person and may have to consider canceling if the issue persists. The email changes made by someone else and the loss of access to my previous phone number, [redacted], have made the situation more challenging. I recently purchased an Elite Singles membership. Unfortunately, I am already experiencing issues with the service. Although I haven't completed my profile yet, I have filled out the "preferences" section, particularly mentioning my location in San Diego, CA, and my desire to be matched with Christians. However, I am receiving matches from men in Hemet, Pasadena, and other areas, far from my location. Additionally, my listed religion has been changed to Muslim from Catholic, and my minimum height preference for matches has been altered from 5'10 to 5'4. Upon signing up with Elite Singles, my disappointment stemmed from the method of billing. What was advertised as a monthly fee ended up being over $[redacted] charged to my account. After reaching out to Elite Singles, I managed to speak to a representative, although that option seems to have been removed. Despite being assured a partial refund of over $60 and cancellation of my subscription by September 28, the promised actions were not completed. Closing the app did not stop the match notifications to my Yahoo account, which has been frustrating. I've clearly expressed my desire for a refund and to be left alone, but my profile remains active. This mismanagement is surprising considering the company's reputation. If the issue is not resolved within the stated 71 hours, I will warn others against using this service and share my experience through reviews. I was expecting to search for women in my area based on my criteria, but the site does not function as I anticipated. Instead of local matches that meet my filters, I am presented with random profiles of women who are located too far away for me to meet. Many of them do not even have pictures. I paid for a three-month subscription and am unsatisfied with the service. I have already adjusted my preferences, and it did not improve the matches. Hello, I am requesting a refund for my Elite Singles subscription. I have only been on the site for two days and it is not functioning properly. The images are all blurred out, and I mistakenly made the purchase, thinking it was for the free 3-day trial. I am disappointed by the lack of a clear contact form on the help pages as promised. It took me an hour to find a way to reach out to you, and even then, I am uncertain if it is legitimate. I have not received any emails from your end, even though my email address is correct and functional. I just want to cancel my subscription and get a refund, as I feel deceived by this experience.

I upgraded to EliteSingles Premium yesterday and provided my Visa card information. I was disappointed that I could only upload one picture. After answering personality questions, I was shown my first list of female matches, each with just one photo, possibly due to limitations on uploading images. Today, I haven't received any responses and haven't been presented with new profiles to review. I have not encountered similar issues on Zoosk or OurTime. I'm using [redacted] and [redacted], but haven't received any communication today, my second day on the site. If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I'll cancel my subscription and request a refund, possibly involving my credit card company if necessary.

I was unexpectedly charged for a renewal I did not want. I wasn't aware I was enrolled in the service as I only visited the site six months ago and did not use it since. They never sought my permission for renewal, and it was on auto-renewal without my knowledge. Despite deleting the app, I failed to cancel the subscription. Hello, I was in a relationship with a man named John Taylor for 8 months. His email is [redacted] and phone number is [redacted]. John lived with me for around 7 weeks until January 6th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, he turned violent and assaulted me in my home. Following the incident, I obtained an emergency protective order. I later discovered through a domestic violence advocate that John has a history of domestic assaults and is still married to another woman he assaulted. I am deeply concerned for the safety of others as he is homeless and could potentially harm someone else. I have a restraining order against him and would like to share it if needed. The red "Saved" button is faded and not functioning, preventing me from posting my satirical text. I've paid for a week without being able to use the service. Ms. Gold contacted me, but when I asked to talk later, she started asking personal questions without clarifying her purpose. This behavior felt rude and disrespectful, especially for a business focused on building relationships. I ended the call. When she called back at a more suitable time, I expressed my concerns about our previous interaction, but she continued to be disrespectful. She mocked me for using the word 'violated' and made excuses for not knowing the time zone for a return call. In a relationship-driven business, customers should not feel disregarded or belittled. Mutual respect and understanding are essential for nurturing positive connections.

I recently purchased a Silver Singles Premium membership, which I paid for successfully. I was able to browse profiles but started receiving visitors from Elite Singles. Considering switching to Elite, I opened a basic Elite membership to explore the site. However, I encountered login issues and noticed missing photos in my Silver matches. With an Elite Premium membership on sale, priced similarly to my Silver membership, I reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. I keep receiving prompts to pay for a Premium Elite membership when I haven't upgraded yet. It has become challenging to log into either Silver or Elite, receiving numerous emails about profile visits and messages. Originally able to view profiles through Google, now I have to constantly re-log in to see new profiles, and sometimes I can't log in at all. I fear being charged for another Premium membership alongside my Silver one, so I'm considering deleting my Elite profile for now.

I recently updated my dating app profiles and was disappointed by the character limit imposed. As an IT professional, I find it odd since the real storage cost is for photos, not text. Unlike Match.com, your restriction is frustrating for those who prefer detailed profiles. I believe intelligent users tend to share more about themselves. It's frustrating that Elite Singles imposes limits despite it not affecting their costs. I would like to speak with the product manager to understand this decision better.
