My account was banned. I received an email stating that I broke the rules by purchasing coins from a vendor. I was unaware that I was breaking any rules because the company I bought from was an advertising company that a YouTube content creator promoted. Since the content creator advertised the place to buy coins, I assumed it was legitimate. If they wouldn't advertise the company if it wasn't legit, right? The website had coins for all games, further supporting my belief that it was legit. If the content creator can advertise buying coins from a company and still play online, why am I being punished for doing the same thing? I believe I should have been warned if I was doing something wrong. It feels unfair that content creators can promote buying coins, but I get banned for buying from the same place they advertise. I've been playing Madden for over 15 years, spending my hard-earned money on packs from EA Sports. Please consider unbanning my account. If buying from vendors is against the rules, then action should be taken against those companies and content creators endorsing them. Thank you for your attention. JD

Hello EA support team, I purchased Cristiano Ronaldo from the transfer market and added him to my club, but he is not showing up when I check my club. I am feeling quite stressed about this issue. I am not sure how to reach out to you by phone for help. I even tried exiting and re-entering the game to see if Ronaldo would appear, but he did not. I received a notification in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team stating that my account is under a high-risk status for engaging in coin transfer activities, but I have never participated in such actions. I have diligently earned 1.5 million coins through hard work and dedication, even prioritizing gaming over exams. Unfortunately, these coins were mistakenly removed from my account, and I am seeking assistance to have them reinstated. My FIFA account on the PS4 where I play is BOOM431BOOM. Hello! I recently purchased a new PC and I am looking to install Star Wars Battlefront 2 on it. However, I encountered an issue because I redeemed the product code on my old PC and then uninstalled the game since it couldn't handle it. Now that I have a more powerful PC, I am unable to install the game because the code is already redeemed. I've been accused of using a third-party coin distribution website, which is false. I've been permanently banned from the FIFA transfer market, impacting my ability to play Ultimate Team. I purchased packs in the game on Christmas Eve, only to be banned on Christmas Day. It's incredibly frustrating. According to seasoned players, my frequent market activity through the companion app may have triggered this ban.

I have encountered an issue with 'NFS No Limits' and reached out to Firemonkeys for support. Unfortunately, I have only received one response from "Akshat" and subsequent attempts to follow up have been ignored. I am now seeking assistance directly from the company to resolve this matter before considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Here are my previous messages to Akshat detailing the problem I am facing with frequent game crashes, despite trying various troubleshooting methods, including reinstalling the game: - The crashes occur during the loading screen before a race, losing Race Tickets and making gameplay impossible. - The crashes occur consistently within 30 minutes of playing, regardless of attempts made to prevent them. - I have ample storage and available RAM on my device, eliminating those as potential causes of the crashes. I recently discovered that my account was banned without any fault on my end. A few weeks ago, my PlayStation Remote Play was hacked, allowing someone to play games on my console. I received an email stating that my club name was changed to something inappropriate. I submitted a case to explain and have it reviewed, but the response upheld the ban. I simply want my Fifa account reinstated so I can revert the club name back to 'Redbridge Town' and enjoy gaming again. It's frustrating as I've never been banned before, and receiving a permanent ban for something I didn't do seems unfair. I've come across cases online where people were banned for just 7 days for similar issues, while I face a permanent ban despite my clean record. I recently received emails accusing me of cheating in Apex and FIFA games on 12/29/20 and 01/23/21 respectively. However, I was playing Sims 4, Dragon Age Origins, and NHL 19 during those times. My purchase history on Origin only shows buying Sims 4, its DLC, and renewing the annual Origin Access account on January 14th, [redacted]. I am concerned about losing access to the EA games I have invested in over the last four years. I've heard that EA's process for unbanning players is lengthy. I have been using EA to play Madden and Star Wars Battlefront exclusively. About a week ago, I received an email containing Russian text and a credit card that was not mine, indicating that EA Play and FIFA were purchased with my account without my authorization. Subsequently, I received another email stating I had been banned for cheating in FIFA, a game I haven't played or downloaded. Though I changed my password and security settings, my account was accessed again, and I received yet another email declaring my ENTIRE account banned for cheating, which I did not do. I am worried about losing games I have purchased. I am willing to provide any necessary information to confirm my identity as the account holder. I recently used a redemption code on an account but mistakenly entered the wrong age. I proceeded to use my parent's email, but the verification did not go through when they confirmed they were the parents. I attempted to create a new account to rectify this issue, but when trying to verify the code, it showed as already verified. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access the initial account. I have been experiencing this problem since September 3, [redacted], and it is currently February 10, [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, the issue persists. Hello, my Madden 21 Ultimate Team account has been banned for illegal coin distribution. I didn't know that buying coins was against EA's terms. I promise I will not buy coins again, and if possible, I ask for a second chance. I have invested a lot of time and money in the game and I believe I can succeed. I want to clarify that I only thought buying coins was okay because popular creators promoted these websites without any warning of potential bans. I hope you understand and consider reinstating my account. I assure you, I will never make the same mistake again.

I enjoy playing Apex, but my account got banned. About a month before the ban, I suspected someone else was playing on my account due to completed challenges I didn't do. When a new season started, my account got banned shortly after an update. I noticed my Origin account was linked to a foreign Steam account. To prevent this in the future, I set up authentication. EA never emailed me about the ban or the reason behind it. I began the claims process right away but haven't heard back in almost a month.

After taking a break from the game to play on my VR system for a few days, I returned to find that I had been banned when trying to play with my friend. I received an email accusing me of "cheating", which I adamantly deny. Cheating goes against my principles as it spoils the experience for others. I have encountered an error when trying to access FIFA 21 Ultimate Team for the past four years. The message states, “There has been an error connecting to FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the FIFA 21 main menu." This has persisted even after creating a new account specifically for Ultimate Team. I initially played on Xbox [redacted] and suspect there might have been an issue when transitioning to PlayStation. Despite reaching out to EA numerous times, the problem remains unresolved. While I can access other game modes, Ultimate Team continues to present challenges. The error message appears briefly before showing the Ultimate Team loading screen. The sudden ban following a possible report during a weekend of FIFA Ultimate Team Champions games suggests it might have been out of frustration from a match. A permanent ban seems harsh considering no harm was intended. I believe a warning and a chance to change the name would be a fairer penalty for a minor transgression. I have noticed more offensive names that haven't been addressed, and the delay of up to 30 days for a response on FIFA 21's weekly updates feels unjust given the circumstances.

I recently encountered a ban on my Apex Legends account, which came as a surprise since I had not received any prior notification about this decision. Upon attempting to log in on 4/10/[redacted], I was met with the error message: "The client's game account has been banned: Banned." Unfortunately, the lack of specific details regarding the reason for the ban has left me feeling frustrated. My in-game name is Captain Chunker, and my associated email address is [redacted] I have invested over [redacted] hours of playtime and more than $[redacted] in purchases such as the battle pass, cosmetics, APEX packs, and APEX coins. I am hopeful for a resolution either through the reversal of the ban or a refund of the money spent on the game.

I am a VIP player in the game and have spent over £[redacted]. For the past 3 months, I've been experiencing a bug in my NFS: No Limits account that crashes the game whenever I try to play the weekly Thursday Gearbox events. These events are crucial for upgrading my cars to compete in high-level races and finish car series events. Despite reaching out to technical support numerous times, their assistance has been minimal. They provided me with [redacted] in-game gold, which hardly covers 3 parts, but I have missed out on more than 60 parts. I require a resolution to this bug or more substantial compensation.

I am completely locked out of my EA account. I no longer have access to the email address associated with it, and it shows that my credentials have expired. During a chat session, I was asked for personal information like my debit card details, address, and phone number. However, as I have moved and updated my information multiple times, I am unsure which details are on my account. When I explained this, I was told to guess as they could not accept a mix of old and new information. Unfortunately, they concluded the chat by stating that nothing more could be done. I have attempted to call and start new chat sessions without success.

A few weeks back, I played Fifa 21 with my 10-year-old son. Divorced and only seeing him on weekends, he can't play during the week at his mom's place. Wanting to surprise him, I bought some bronze players for his team to earn coins. Excited, I logged into his account, purchased a goalkeeper, and messaged him to check his squad. Delighted, he thanked me, which made me happy to help despite not being together. Later, he told me he received a message from EA about unable to access the transfer market. Feeling guilty for what I did, I intended to only give him a small boost since he lacked a good team. I hope a warning can be given instead of banning his account. If necessary, I'm willing to take the ban as it was my mistake, not his. Please consider this situation.
