Switch emails but I couldn't because my credentials were expired ... I can't log into my account that I have spent hundreds of dollars on. I have the correct username and password because I have not changed them since I updated them months ago. I cannot access my account at all. At. All. Therefore, I can not provide you with all the information necessary because I can't see my information that's in the account I can't access. I'm assuming it wants me to 'update my credentials' by changing my password, however, I can't change it because I no longer have access to that email, hence why I've been trying to get in touch with customer support for several hours over the last few days. I just need to switch emails. I can give you all the information I have on file in my own notes for my account, including username, the password that should have worked, the email it's registered under and can no longer access and the email I need it switched to so I can actually verify my credentials. This is ridiculously difficult and I just want to play Sims * w the expansions I paid for so if you could be more helpful than just saying "start over with more details" when I've given you everything I can access at the moment. If I had more info, I would have put it the first time. I just want to switch my acc from one email address to another. Again, I have ZERO access to the email address (the current email is an old acc that was deleted) and can't even log into the current acc to switch them myself. Please just help me switch my acc emails* it shouldn't be this hard :(
