I have been encountering issues while trying to play FIFA 20 as a login verification prompt has appeared with an unfamiliar email address. It seems like my account might have been compromised as the associated website is emlpro.com. I am facing difficulty specifically with logging into my EA account. My PSN ID is quiles7792, and I have no trouble accessing it, just EA. By mistake, I created an EA account using my [redacted] email address, assuming I could link it with my PSN account. I am currently working on deleting that incorrect EA account to enable the proper email linkage with both my EA and PSN accounts.

I've been trying to play FIFA **, but a login verification from a different email has appeared, indicating a potential hack using the website emlpro.com. I can't log into EA, although I have no issues with my PSN (quiles****). I mistakenly created an EA account with the email *****@***.com, hoping to link it to my PSN account. Now, I'm working on deleting that account to connect the correct email to both EA and PSN.

I listed an item for auction for $[redacted],[redacted] last night, but the computer sold it for $[redacted]. I am positive it was listed for $[redacted],[redacted]. Recently, I've encountered problems with the game not loading correctly and it keeps switching back to the start screen. Also, while on the pause screen trying to return to the game, it gets stuck in a reloading loop. The player involved was Christian McCaffrey, rated 94. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I would like either my item back or the correct amount of $[redacted],[redacted]. My gamertag is Olgeeinthe503, and the game is Madden 20.

I've been attempting to access my Simpsons Tapped Out account, but it keeps redirecting me to a different account that I did not create. I have been playing on my original account for years and am at level 50. I am concerned about losing all the progress I have made in the game. I tried reaching out to EA help online, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. I would appreciate assistance in restoring my original account and deleting any unauthorized accounts associated with it. Thank you for your help.

While on a business trip, I encountered an issue with FIFA 20 involving a challenge to win Gnabry. Unfortunately, my younger brother attempted the challenge without my consent and ended up giving away Vardy and other valuable players. I only discovered this upon my return and now find myself missing those players. Is there a possible solution to retrieve them? It was an unauthorized action and I am hopeful that there might be a way to have those players returned to me.

I am seeking a phone number for contacting EA Customer Service or for them to reach out to me. Despite opening multiple tickets, they keep marking them as resolved and sending me automated replies telling me to open new tickets. I have been unfairly banned, and my entire Origins account has been suspended, which means I cannot access $[redacted] worth of games I have purchased. This situation feels like fraud because I am unable to access products or services I paid for. I have never cheated in any game. During the nine months I was away from home, no one logged into my Origins account. My Origins username is Chaosmeter. I am just asking for someone to acknowledge their errors, call me, and work on resolving this issue instead of closing the case and sending automated responses leading me back to Help.EA. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I wanted to purchase a one-year membership for Pogo as a gift for the nurse's aide who helps me. I had trouble completing the transaction and received error messages. I attempted the purchase again in a new window. However, I ended up being charged for two memberships instead of one. I cannot afford the second membership and need help resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I am a PS+ user who enjoys playing FIFA online. Recently, while trying to connect my account on FIFA 20, I was prompted to authenticate with a code. However, I am unfamiliar with the f*******@emltmp account it mentioned. My ID is prince_neev. I have attempted to create a new EA account but have been unable to link it to FIFA or my PS4. This issue has persisted for a few weeks now, and I am feeling quite frustrated. Any assistance from the community would be greatly appreciated in resolving this matter.

Hello, I attempted to install The Sims 4 on my computer using the discs. However, I ultimately ended up downloading it by redeeming my code through Origin. Despite being able to click the play button, the game would not start when I tried to play it. I attempted to solve this by clearing the cache, but that did not resolve the issue. Subsequently, I tried to reinstall the game. Now, after reinstalling, I encounter an error message when I try to start the game. I have spent the past four days attempting to play, but have been unsuccessful. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Please advise me on the next steps. Thank you in advance, Yelle

I've been using EA for years without needing to log in. However, I am now being prompted to verify my identity but am unsure where the verification code is being sent. Despite my username being lukesum9, I am unable to complete the verification process. I either require assistance in changing the verification settings so I can bypass this step or guidance on where the codes are being sent. As I do not have an email address, I may need to provide my mum's email for verification purposes.

I'm having trouble setting up split-screen on PS4 for Plants vs. Zombies Battle for Neighborville. I have a PlayStation and EA account. It seems I had to create separate accounts for my son on both platforms. However, when trying to connect after holding down the square button, it asks for his sign-in on Origin/EA. Even after entering his public ID and password, it keeps saying "password incorrect." I can log into EA with the same credentials. Upon opening the game, there was a lengthy 5-hour update before we could start playing. Compared to the previous version, the split screen is challenging, as the gameplay area feels limited. This has been disappointing, as I was looking forward to diving into the game without any hurdles. I've reached out to EA/Origin via email but haven't received any assistance. I've been dealing with this all night and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing trouble with recovering my EA Origin account due to my case timing out on the support page. After receiving an email today providing a support link, I attempted to follow it when I got home, but it stated that my case had expired. Unfortunately, the help page seems to be malfunctioning, leaving me unable to address the issue on my own. I am seeking assistance from a live representative to resolve this matter and regain access to my account as soon as possible. The current support process has been frustrating, and I hope to receive more effective assistance. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I purchased FIFA 20 with a PlayStation gift card, and now the game is requesting a Verification Code for me to play. The email options for sending the verification code are not familiar to me. I've been unable to get assistance from EA Sports so far. PlayStation directed me back to EA Sports for help. It's frustrating to have spent $50 on a game that I can't access. Initially, I managed to find the option for EA to call me, but they called at 1AM while we were sleeping. I'm currently unable to locate that option again.

I am having trouble logging into my Sims 3 account either directly or through ea.com. My password is not being accepted, and when I attempted to address the issue on the website, I received a message stating that my 'credentials had expired.' Unfortunately, I cannot reset my password because the email address associated with the account is no longer valid. I attempted to seek assistance through chat support but waited for over 2 hours without any resolution, despite being informed that the wait time would be approximately 26 minutes. Although longer wait times are expected during this time of the year, the estimated wait time should have been more accurate. Case Number: [redacted]4.

I have been playing Fifa20 on Origin and would like to link my account with my PS4 where I played previous Fifa games. Unfortunately, I discovered that my PS4 account is already linked to an old Origin account using an email I no longer have access to. The email on my Origin account is [redacted], and the email on my PS4 account is [redacted] Is there a way to link both accounts? It seems that my PS4 account ([redacted]) is connected to an Origin account ([redacted]) that oddly matches my first PSN account.

I need to express my frustration with this game. This year's version by EA is plagued with numerous issues. Passing accuracy and player switching are unreliable, shooting feels ineffective, and corner kicks are pointless. Matchmaking is unfair, putting lower-rated teams against highly rated ones. Goalkeepers struggle to catch the ball, leading to easy opponent goals. The defending mechanics are frustratingly poor. The game's overall playing style undermines the experience, making even average players struggle. I hope EA addresses these problems and improves the game quality. Venting about it helps, but I also miss the music from previous editions like Fifa 16.

I have a concern regarding the passing in Fifa 20. It is extremely frustrating and is negatively impacting my gaming experience. The passing mechanics are causing me to lose matches frequently, and it is hindering my progress in the game. Moreover, there is an issue with player selection during matches, often selecting the wrong players which leads to goals for the opposing team. Additionally, the glitches and speed lag further add to the frustration, making it difficult to compete effectively. Despite trying different tactics used by successful players, I have not seen any improvement in my gameplay. I really enjoy playing Fifa, but these issues are making it hard to continue. I would appreciate it if these concerns could be addressed, especially regarding the passing mechanics. Thank you.

I think it would be great if EA developed an open-world Star Wars game centered around being a bounty hunter during the original trilogy era. The game could involve capturing or eliminating targets for payment, which players can use to enhance their spaceship, weapons, and armor. It would add an exciting element if encountering rival bounty hunters or AI Imperial soldiers meant risking losing money. Creating this type of game could truly offer a unique and engaging open-world Star Wars experience.

I encountered an issue with the Sims 3 games I purchased from Origin. Despite my efforts to resolve it, the games still won't load onto the game launcher. I sought assistance at Best Buy, but they couldn't assist me. I am seeking a refund for the following Sims 3 games: 1. Sims 3 Pack - $19.99 2. Island Paradise - $19.99 3. Seasons - $19.99 4. University - $19.99 5. World Adventures - $19.99. I invested a significant amount in these games, and as they are not functioning, I would appreciate a refund. Consequently, I am hesitant to purchase games from this site in the future.

I bought [redacted] Alex coins this morning at 4 am on the Apex game menu on Xbox One. Afterwards, I purchased the battle pass through the Apex Legends menu at level 61. Even though it granted me 20 free levels, taking me to level 81, I did not receive any of the battle pass content between levels 61 and 81 that I paid for. Now, the game is prompting me to spend [redacted] Alex coins to buy the missing levels individually within that range. Additionally, I did not receive any crafting metals or Apex coins for the levels in question.
