I am currently playing NFS Heat, and I have encountered an issue with missing reward money after completing races. Upon realizing the money did not come through, I returned to the garage to check if it would appear, but unfortunately, it did not. Subsequently, I attempted to restart the app multiple times, but to no avail. I am continuously receiving a "Synchronization failed" message along with error code: [redacted]F. It seems my friend is facing the same syncing problem. I am uncertain if this is a server-related issue. Any assistance or clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with accessing my Origin account. After forgetting my password, I followed the "Forgot my password" procedure, entered my email, received a verification code, and input it. However, the system claimed that the account, [redacted], does not belong to me. I have reached out to EA Help, EA tech support, and contacted them multiple times regarding my purchased Sims 4 games like Parenthood, City Living, Holiday Pack, and Seasons. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account. Despite my efforts, including calling support and sending emails, I have been unable to resolve the situation. I am requesting EA to assist me in retrieving my account by providing the password or allowing me to transfer my purchased games to a new account if necessary.

The Low Driven shot and Low Driven Finesse shot, especially when used by top players like Messi, are crucial in scoring goals. As a FIFA enthusiast, I suggest two options for EA Sports to consider for FIFA 20 or upcoming FIFA 21 to enhance realism and goal-scoring opportunities. The first option is implementing new shooting controls like the Double tap shooting control used in FIFA 17 and 18 (R1/RB + Double tap shot button). The second option involves increasing the accuracy and effectiveness of these types of shots, particularly in tight positions outside the box, as seen in real-life players such as Messi, Mbappe, Son, and Hazard. It is puzzling why EA reduced the effectiveness of the Low Driven Finesse shot, which was a key element in scoring goals in FIFA 18. I urge EA to address this issue as it greatly impacts gameplay. Hopefully, EA will consider these suggestions to improve the gaming experience for FIFA fans.

I require immediate assistance with "Simpsons Tapped Out." I can no longer access my Hotmail account to change my password or retrieve emails. The game does not allow me to log in, and I am unable to see my mayhem ID. I have dedicated over 17 years to building my town and do not want to start anew. The Battle Field game has not been meeting expectations. Despite paying for a yearly subscription, issues like crashes, score losses, and frequent errors such as "could not fetch your report [redacted][redacted]12" occur. Compensation for the lack of customer care on these matters is requested for myself and fellow gamers. I was playing "Need for Speed Heat" at night when my power got cut off. Since then, I haven't been able to play online or in multiplayer mode. I've tried adjusting settings, downloading the latest updates for "Need for Speed Heat," but no matter what I try, I keep getting the same error message: Error Code 001C080F. The message says, "Your local inventory doesn't match the one stored online. Do you want to upload your local one?" When I press yes, I get the same error code, and it prevents me from playing multiplayer online.

I've tried reaching out to EA through various channels, but unfortunately, their handling of my concerns has been consistently disappointing. The ongoing issue revolves around my account being mistakenly locked, and the lack of coordination between the different departments and customer support has only exacerbated the situation. The specific incident that occurred during my Online Franchise gameplay of Madden 20 further adds to my frustration. In the playoffs, while playing against another human player, they quit the game and were inexplicably awarded the win, prematurely ending my season. This unfair outcome has been incredibly disheartening.

Hello, I've been playing The Sims 4 on my PS4 and when I tried to play recently, it's showing that I no longer own most of my expansion packs and other packs that I've bought. I find it really confusing as I've invested a good amount of money in these packs, so it's frustrating not being able to access them. I would appreciate either getting a refund so I can buy them again or having access restored to the packs I've already purchased. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe my FIFA 20 (PS4) account has been hacked. Yesterday when I logged into FUT Champions, I noticed some of my players, especially the expensive ones, were sold and replaced by others. Over the past few days, there have been transactions on the transfer market without my authorization. I received an email notification about an unusual login from Russia, even though I am from Bulgaria. I changed my password, but I am unable to log out and log back in with the new password. It seems the hacker is still accessing my account. If you could assist me in removing the unauthorized user from my account, I would appreciate it, even though I understand that recovering my players might not be possible. Thank you.

I made a payment of $39.99 for both accounts, but now I'm concerned I might have overpaid for one account and not paid for the other. Today, as I checked my phone, I received several account security codes. Upon attempting to log in from home, I encountered invalid information. Despite trying to reset my password by using my username, as my email didn't work, I never received a confirmation email in either of my accounts. Currently, I am locked out of my account, which is associated with my Playstation ID. I have not verified if I can access it yet. A few weeks ago, someone from Tillsonburg, Ontario, managed to gain access to my account, which makes me suspect it was stolen. I urgently need to determine if any changes have been made to my account.

I keep receiving emails from EA notifying me of someone using my email to access their site. I have never used their site and do not approve any use of my email for purchasing their products. Despite not having an account with EA, I have received 21 emails from them. Could you please help resolve this issue? I would also like to know if any purchases have been made using my email. I want to confirm that no unauthorized activity is taking place on this account now or in the future.

During Season 2 of Apex Legends on Xbox One under the account TheFuriousKhan, I encountered various issues with purchased items. I acquired two sets of $9.99 Apex Coins to buy the Season pass premium, but the coins never appeared, hindering my progress to level 30. Another attempt to buy the Bloodhound Heirloom set also failed. Subsequently, purchasing the Bloodhound Edition on December 5th resulted in missing the [redacted] coins that were supposed to be included. I am eager to obtain these items, especially the Heirloom set, as I value them in the game but did not receive them despite being charged. I hope to resolve this matter promptly to enjoy the game fully.

I have encountered this issue repeatedly and have decided to seek legal advice this time. The problem persists with EA servers for games like Fight Night Champion and the terms and conditions glitch. Despite working fine for months, the issue has resurfaced. I paid £20 for the game to play online with friends as advertised, yet I am unable to access the online gaming feature due to the constant need to accept terms and conditions with no option available. When attempting to accept terms and conditions through my Origin account for FIFA 14, I encountered a message stating that the servers are down. My friends have had to spend an additional £20 on a different game just to accept the terms. I refuse to purchase another game to fix a problem that should not exist in a fully functioning game. The lack of online gaming features and EA servers has persisted for weeks, despite paying for an Xbox Live subscription. The false advertising and lack of service are disappointing for many individuals, and I am considering legal action. The issue also affects Xbox [redacted] and Xbox One players. I urge a response to this matter as it is unacceptable.

I am concerned about the FIFA Ultimate Team mode in EA’s games. It is disheartening to see how the gameplay seems to prioritize making money over promoting fair competition. I have been playing FIFA since childhood, starting with FIFA 98, and have been a dedicated fan of the franchise and football in general. However, I stopped playing between [redacted] and this year's release of FIFA 20 due to what I perceive as unfair handicapping mechanisms in the game. While EA denies this, the prevalence of handicapping is undeniable to anyone who has extensively played the game. It appears that this manipulation may push players to buy packs to improve their team after losses to supposedly weaker opponents or to maintain an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this has transformed what was once a highly competitive game into one based more on arbitrary mechanics and spending large sums on building teams. I find it distressing that this shift in focus diminishes the skill-based aspect of the game and potentially fosters gambling behaviors, especially among young players. Until EA addresses these issues and shifts away from a pay-to-win model, I, as a long-time fan, am disappointed and will refrain from continuing my support for the FIFA series.

I am experiencing issues with my EA SimCity game on my Apple iPad. Whenever I try to start it, the game crashes within 2-3 seconds. I have updated my iPad to the latest version (12) and have been playing the game for over a year without any problems until now. I have already tried cold booting my iPad, clearing the cache, rebooting my modem, and stopping all other apps from running, but the issue persists. I am willing to re-install the game if necessary, but I am concerned about losing all my progress. I really enjoy playing and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I'm attempting to download the latest Sims update, but keep encountering this error message: "Origin is unable to download The Sims™ 4 to /Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents/_CodeSignature/CodeResources_DiP_STAGED. Please make sure the location is accessible or cancel the download and try another location." I've attempted various troubleshooting steps like repairing the game, logging out of Origin, restarting my computer, clearing the MacOs folder in TS4, and using the restart Origin tool. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

I logged into my Ultimate Team account and noticed that all tradeable players were missing, without any explanation. The untradeable players are still there, but about [redacted],[redacted] coins and over 2 million coins worth of players, including 93 Ronaldo, 92 Neymar, and 90 Ramos, have been taken. While playing Madden Ultimate Team on Madden 20, I had 700k coins, approximately worth $[redacted]. However, upon logging in yesterday, I noticed my coins had dropped to 7k, allegedly due to a purchase of a 68 overall Adam Vinatieri for 700k, which I did not make. I reached out to EA support twice, but they claimed no suspicious activity had occurred. Contradictorily, an email linked to my Madden account showed activity in Australia. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from EA as they could easily restore my missing coins without any cost to them.

I am frustrated with buying packs and getting low-quality players. It is disheartening to compete against teams with top players. I invest a significant amount in FIFA every year, and this will be my last. There needs to be a more level playing field to address glitches. The game feels like it cheats you, especially with the ten percent transfer profit deduction. It has become unfair and seems more like a con than a fair game.
