I have been a loyal member of Pogo Games for years under the screen name "lindylou263" with the email ls263 aol.com. I recently spoke with a representative named Guru who assured me that he fixed my account and that I would be able to access my old account. However, I am now logged into a new account with the username "loulou263" and the email provided is [redacted], which is showing as a free account, even though I am being billed for it. My old account with all my previous data and gems from automatic renewals is missing. I request that you either restore my original account with the screen name "lindylou263" and all its contents or cancel the new account and cease charging me. Please address this issue promptly as I do not wish to be billed for a service I am not receiving.

My son's Madden 20 game suddenly stopped working. We reached out to PlayStation and EA several times, but no luck. Every other game on his PlayStation and his friends' games work fine, so we suspect it's a faulty disc. I'd appreciate it if someone could assist me with this issue as I can't afford to purchase another $60 game when this one is not broken or damaged. I just want to see my son happy again. In September, someone accessed my EA account from abroad and caused it to be banned from Apex Legends due to cheating. I contacted EA through their website and opened a case for this issue. Subsequently, EA blocked my entire Origin account, indicating that I should reach out to resolve the block. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to contact them effectively. Even responding to the initial case email with all necessary details only results in receiving the same automated response urging me to contact them. Upon following the email link provided, I am directed back to the website to create a case, only to be informed that I can't proceed due to my blocked account status. Additionally, any new cases I open regarding the account block are swiftly closed without a proper response, with EA consistently reiterating to contact them through the original case. Residing in the UK, I have been unsuccessful in locating a UK or EU customer service number to address this situation. My emails remain unanswered, and the online case system seems to cycle me back repetitively without connecting me with an actual person. Any assistance or guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing difficulty logging into my Origin account. Both through the Origin client and my browser, I receive the message: "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later." After several attempts, the message changes to: "Credentials have expired, try changing your password or try again later." Despite changing the password, I am still unable to log in. I managed to create another account which allows me to sign in, but when I attempt to use my main account, the issue persists.

Hello. A few years ago, we bought the SIMS 4 limited edition for our daughter. She set it up with an Origin account but has since forgotten the login details. After her computer needed a reinstall, she can't access the game because the serial number is already in use. We have proof of purchase and the serial key. I used my hard-earned coins on the 100k packs hoping for a walkout. Unfortunately, I got an Aaron Ramsey 77-rated inform card worth approximately 10k and Leno which adds up to around 18k. I'm upset because I spent a lot of money on Fifa points and didn't get anything valuable. Now, my mum is furious that I spent £[redacted] on her credit card. I purchased Sims 4 some time ago, and when I saw someone attempting to access my account, I reset the password. Now, I am unable to log in, and my original email is no longer linked to Origin. I still have the purchase email for the game. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account or game. I have a new email account that seems to have an existing connection to Origin. I am unsure of how this situation occurred, and I hope for your help in resolving it.

I need assistance with adding my Sims 2 games to Origin for better performance. The game disk is severely scratched, hampering its functionality. I attempted to initiate a conversation yesterday without success. In my subsequent attempt to request a phone call, I encountered a non-responsive button. I listed my FIFA 20 Icon Middle Zola for [redacted],[redacted] coins, but he sold instantly at the minimum price. This mistake cost me [redacted],[redacted] coins, which I earned through significant financial investment in the game. I am extremely disappointed by this bug, as it has essentially wiped out my entire team. I am hesitant to continue playing without my hard-earned coins returned. Please compensate me with any amount of coins to rectify this situation, as [redacted],[redacted] coins represent about 80% of my total coins.

I logged into FIFA about 10 minutes ago, and to my shock, my entire FUT club has vanished. All my players and money are gone, leaving me devastated. I have been an avid player of FIFA Ultimate Team for years, and this loss has hit me hard. I am not sure what happened, but I am desperate to retrieve my team. If there is any way to restore my club, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have spent a lot of money on FIFA Ultimate Team over the years, but I am disappointed with the lack of rewards in FIFA 20. I feel like I am being scammed as I never get anything good despite buying FIFA points regularly. I hope this issue can be addressed. Thank you.

My account username is kurotx9, and I play on PC. I recently received a 7-day suspension from EA for alleged cheating. I received an email explaining the reason for the suspension. However, the situation leading to the suspension was encountering multiple opponents in Draft mode with low chemistry squads who would then disconnect, resulting in no wins but receiving minimal coins. It wasn't until after several challenging games that I finally won the Draft. I believe that my suspension is unwarranted based on these circumstances.

On November 27th, I celebrated my 19th birthday. My brother gifted me some coins from his account as a present since he decided to sell his console. I want to clarify that these coins were obtained legitimately as a gift. However, all the coins, including the ones I earned, were unexpectedly removed from my account. I had also invested money into the game only to have the coins taken away. I kindly request to have my coins reinstated, including the ones gifted by my brother. Thank you.

I tried selling my 91-rated Jan Oblak to buy Ter Stegen on Fifa 20. Oblak was bought for 44,[redacted] coins on the transfer market. When I listed him for 61,[redacted] coins, he immediately went to the expired list as untradeable. Since he was initially bought from the transfer market, he should have been tradeable. I am unable to upload pictures for proof here, but I request a refund for Oblak or the coins. This issue needs to be resolved promptly to prevent others from facing the same problem.

About a week ago, I encountered an issue accessing the gallery on Sims 4 on PC through Origin. Trying to determine if the problem was with Origin, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. During this process, I faced difficulty logging into my account. Seeking assistance, I posted on EA Forums and also submitted a support request to EA. I sent a detailed email explaining the situation and waited for 72 hours, even setting a timer to track the full duration. The timeline kept changing, and now I find myself still stuck beyond the anticipated resolution time of 72 hours. I would greatly appreciate some direct assistance from EA to address this matter.

My account was compromised some time ago, and all my FIFA19 Ultimate Team items were cleared by the hacker, resulting in my account being banned/suspended. I have attempted to resolve this by opening multiple cases with EA, seeking assistance to reactivate my account for FIFA 20. However, I have been unable to reach anyone for help. The process seems to loop me back to opening more cases, instructing me to connect via chat or schedule a call, but those options are not available on their website or in the emails received. I feel frustrated by the lack of progress and wish to speak with a representative over the phone to resolve this issue.

I purchased Jedi Fallen Order on Epic Games and already had the Origin Launcher installed. When I attempted to install the game, it prompted me to install Origin, which was unsuccessful. Frustrated, I uninstalled Origin from my computer. I then bought the game on Steam hoping for it to work. It downloaded, but when I tried to launch it, a Microsoft Store pop-up labeled 'link2ea' appeared. Thinking I needed to reinstall Origin, I searched for the download site but encountered issues while trying to install the launcher. Feeling overwhelmed, I seek assistance to get a refund of the $[redacted] I spent on the game. I request a full refund from Epic and Steam due to the complications with multiple launchers required to play this game.

I requested a refund for a game that wasn't working because I couldn't download Origin. After managing to download Origin and play the game, I canceled the refund process. Today, I noticed the game was removed, and a refund was issued despite canceling it and informing them I didn't want it anymore. I purchased the game on Black Friday for $8, not willing to pay $40 to repurchase it due to an error where my canceled refund went through. I want the game back since the refund was not supposed to happen after my cancellation.
