Help with my Electronic Arts issue

I have been playing Apex Legends on Origin on PC since it was released and I have about *** Hours on the game, I dont play to much, but about * days ago I was playing and I logged of for ** to ** minutes and when I wanted to go back on to play, my Origin said cloud sync error, and that origin is unable to find my storage data, so now I cannot play, when I say play anyway my apex goes into the home screen and then the Data centre Download stays *, where it normally is *** ping I presume its ping, the when I retry, it says retrieving matchmaking list, and does the same, until the data centre downlaod says, *** and I presume this is an error, I tried everything, and my connection is good I can downlaod movies go online whatever I want, and I tried turning of Cloud in origin but still nothing, now I formatted my whole PC and its still the same, where my friends can go online and play I cannot. *If you want my acc name email me please.

GetHuman-ruanstra did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.
