The NHL game needs significant improvements. The AI teammates are ineffective on defense and struggle with executing one-timers in franchise mode. The computer's poke checks are unfair as the puck always seems to favor the opponent. When hitting AI players into the boards, they retain possession too easily. The AI characters are unrealistically fast and manage to catch up to players too quickly. Overall, these issues make the game frustrating and unenjoyable.

I am seeking assistance as my WiFi was out from September 5th to September 13th, causing me to miss out on the Madden 10-year player promo. I have enjoyed playing FIFA and NHL for years, but due to priorities like finishing high school, I haven't been active recently. Upon attempting to play again, I discovered my account may have been compromised, as I am prompted for a login verification I never set up. Additionally, an unfamiliar email address associated with EA is linked to my account, which I do not recognize. Despite seeking help from Microsoft support to no avail, I am reaching out here for guidance. I am eager to purchase NHL 20 and resume online gameplay but am currently unable to do so. I accidentally claimed Apex Legends loot with a new EA account on Twitch Prime, not realizing I already had an old EA account linked to my Xbox Live. Can the loot be transferred from [redacted] to my original EA account [redacted]? I have access to both email addresses. My Xbox Gamertag is Vuxci. For the second time, I am reaching out. I'm having trouble accessing my Pogo account. It's stating that my account doesn't exist, despite me having it for 8 years. I tried to reload my email account, but it said the email didn't exist. I followed its advice to create a new account, and now my original account has disappeared. My screen name is lhbeap2, and I've lost 8 years of game progress. I never faced any issues before EA took over. My subscription will expire in about a month, but I won't renew it since EA claims I don't exist. I won't support EA in the future and will inform others about this unfair situation.

I am having trouble activating Login Verification on my account. None of the security codes I receive through email, authenticator app, or text seem to work. Although I can enter the initial code to access the menu, any subsequent codes I input are not accepted. Today, I reset my password and came across an old email stating that my account might have been compromised. Despite not changing my password at that time, after the reset, my name appeared as a string of random numbers and letters. I opted to keep some of those characters as I required random numbers for my screen name. I am uncertain if this name was auto-generated because I did not configure it myself.

Hello. My name is Gavin McLean. I recently purchased EA Access for the first time last weekend to gain early access to FIFA 20. I have been impressed with EA Access overall and am strongly considering buying the yearly subscription. However, after playing through the manager career mode in FIFA 20 over the weekend, I have almost used up my 10-hour free trial. I was wondering if you could kindly offer me another 10-hour free trial out of goodwill. I will be purchasing FIFA 20 on release day regardless. If you can provide me with another 10-hour free trial, I will keep you updated on any glitches I find throughout the manager career mode. So far, I've noticed one minor issue with the goal celebration where the player doesn't pick up the ball like in FIFA 19. If I come across any more, I will continue to provide updates. Hello, I've been attempting to play Division Rivals on FIFA 20 but I'm encountering issues. The game keeps indicating that there are no opponents available and advises me to try again later. Despite trying for 3 hours, my friends, who also reside in the same household, can play Rivals without any problems. Therefore, I believe the issue is not on my end. I have attempted several times to address my issue, but to my frustration, I have not received any assistance, not even a confirmation email indicating that my issue will be resolved. Despite having installed the early access of FIFA 20 on my Xbox and spent £40 on FIFA points, I am unable to login to the companion app. I have already preordered the game, which is scheduled to arrive on Friday. I am disappointed that while my friends who have not preordered FIFA 20 can access the app, I am unable to. This situation has left me very unsatisfied as a customer, and unless this matter is promptly resolved, I may reconsider purchasing your products in the future.

I preordered FIFA 22 to get the game early, but I'm having trouble downloading it without having to pay again for Early Access. I've been trying to contact someone since yesterday but haven't received any call backs despite being told it would only take 5 minutes. I've missed team practices and risk being kicked off the team I've been working with for four months. I have experienced unauthorized charges on Bejeweled Blitz on two separate occasions. The first incident occurred approximately one month ago when a window appeared indicating a purchase had been made. Despite my attempts to cancel, the purchase went through and charged $30.99 to my credit card. Tonight, the same situation happened again, resulting in a $14.99 charge. These occurrences make me hesitant to continue playing the game, as I fear additional random charges. I have played Bejeweled Blitz for several years, and my player ID is [redacted]. I am frustrated with the ongoing tech support issues I am experiencing with Origin. My daughter's game, Sims2, had been working perfectly until a mandatory update was required. After attempting to resolve the missing game files error by reinstalling everything related to EA Games, as well as Origin, we encountered a download problem. The download progress got stuck multiple times, despite following tech support's instructions. Each time I contacted chat support, the agents seemed ill-equipped to address the issue, claiming it was user error. Despite performing a clean reboot as advised, the problem persists. Our experience with Sims3 has been unsatisfactory, and we only want to play Sims2 on Windows10 as it worked flawlessly before your mandatory update caused this issue. Please address and promptly resolve this frustrating situation.

In Madden 20 Ultimate Team, I collected the required 35 gold superstar players and three superstar elite players (Ben Roethlisberger, Jordan Reed, and Joe Thuney) to obtain the superstar Odell Beckham Jr. While adding the cards to the set, I received a message that some were in my lineup. To avoid removing them, I left the screen to gather more gold superstar players. Upon my return, the game not only took the players I added but also prevented me from adding any more to the set. Now, I'm missing the players I had left to complete the set, showing only 14 gold superstar players instead of 35 and none of the elite players. I worked hard to acquire these cards through auctions and grinding. I would like to either have my original set reinstated or receive Odell Beckham Jr as compensation since the cards are essential for progression.

I recently bought FIFA 20 and have been enjoying playing Ultimate Team. I purchased [redacted] FIFA points for £79.99 a few times through the Xbox store using my card. Today, when my account didn't have enough funds, I bought the same offer in a store in town. However, when I tried to redeem the code, it went to a different account that I've never used for FIFA 20. I would like assistance in transferring the points to my correct account. I have the proof of purchase from today, access to the account where the points were added, and the receipt. Hello, During a FIFA20 - FUT 20 squad battles competition, I encountered an issue where I stopped receiving points for my games, ultimately causing me to drop from Elite 2 to Elite 3 despite being on track to reach Elite 1. The sudden loss of points was frustrating as it hindered my progress and resulted in missing out on higher rewards. I have been a long-time player and this is the first time I encountered such a problem. I believe it's fair to request compensation for the difference between Elite 1 and Elite 3 rewards, or even just receiving the Elite 1 rewards due to the setback caused by the game error. This would help offset the disappointment of missing out on achieving my goal and dropping in rank. I hope EA can understand the situation and provide the appropriate compensation promptly. I purchased FIFA 20 on the release day and began playing FUT on my main PSN account. The next day, I logged in to find all my progress lost as if it was my first time entering. I discovered that my EA account is linked to two different PSN accounts, and my FUT progress is on the other account, which I do not use or want to use. Additionally, I am unable to locate my match history on either account. I would appreciate some assistance with this matter.

I am facing an issue with my transfer targets on FIFA. The limit is supposed to be 50 items, but somehow there are 65 items in it. This is preventing me from moving players to my club or transfer list, bidding on new players, or buying anyone new. I assure you I haven't violated any FIFA rules. A year ago, perhaps even two, I received a message from Origin informing me that I had been accused of cheating while playing FIFA [redacted]. This came as a shock since the last FIFA game I played was in [redacted], as can be seen from my Origin game list. I have been a player since the 90s and had no interest in cheating. Despite trying to explain this to EA multiple times, I was banned. I am 43 years old and have no knowledge or interest in cheating. I am frustrated that all my EA games are now unplayable online. Even trying EA Access on my PS4 hasn't worked. I attempted to reach out to EA as instructed but received no response. I feel unjustly penalized for something I didn't do, and this situation needs to be rectified promptly. I have been unable to enjoy gaming due to this unresolved issue, and an apology and a fixed account are long overdue.
