I have an online EA Games account without any games linked to it. I enabled verification mode to receive text messages for logins but keep getting verification codes with Russian letters (e.g., "Код безопасности EA: [redacted]"), indicating someone is attempting to hack into my account. I wish to permanently deactivate my account. The EA help pages require selecting a specific game for assistance, but my issue relates to the entire account, not a particular game. I want to eliminate my account entirely.

I am receiving multiple emails stating that someone is attempting to log in to my account. The email instructs me to reset my password if the activity is unrecognized. However, I have never created an account with your service. These notifications are a concern, especially the most recent one received today, July 27 at 22:56 GMT. After playing Madden 19 for many years, it's disappointing to say that the game is not living up to expectations. Despite the improving graphics, the gameplay is full of glitches that give unfair advantages to the CPU and other live players. It feels like the CPU always predicts your moves and results in interceptions and unrealistic plays. Players often fail to make basic moves like jumping for the ball, leading to frustrating outcomes like constant interceptions. Even highly-rated quarterbacks like Ben Roethlisberger throw inaccurately and get intercepted repeatedly. These issues have been present in Madden games for years, and it's frustrating to see them go unfixed. The gameplay needs significant improvement to make it more fair and enjoyable for players.

I am having trouble playing The Sims 3. When I open the game, everything seems fine until it crashes on the loading screen where you can earn lifetime happiness points. I have reached out to EA through live chat and tried clearing the Origin cache, giving the computer a clean boot, and restarting multiple times. I have been working on this for three hours straight and feel very frustrated. I am looking for a solution to fix this issue.

Hello, I received notifications on "Thu Aug 01 11:24:50 GMT [redacted]" and "Thu Aug 01 16:39:37 GMT [redacted]" alerting me about unauthorized login attempts to my [redacted] email. Someone managed to access my account, removed all my contacts, and played a game I didn't recognize. I immediately changed my password to secure my account. Can you please provide me with the IP addresses of the unauthorized logins mentioned earlier? I need this information to track down the person responsible. I recently bought Madden 20 and it's linked to my outdated Origin account email. Despite creating a new account with my current email online, the game defaults to the old email and prompts for a password I can't access. In Ultimate Team, the power-up feature for players is meant to allow usage on any team they have been part of. However, I encountered an issue with the fullback Anthony Sherman card from the Chiefs. He also played for the Cardinals in 2[redacted], but this is not reflected in the available team choices for him. I hope this can be resolved as I spent 20,[redacted] coins on him. I have been communicating with EA Help through live chat and a recent phone call to address my ongoing issue. My account has been banned for over a month due to two payment complications. After buying Sims 4 Strangerville and Sims 4 Island Living with separate credit cards, my bank identified fraud on both cards, leading to cancellations and refunds for the games. Regrettably, this triggered EA Origin to ban my account, despite my lengthy history without any issues and the mishaps being unintentional. I am seeking a resolution by repurchasing the expansion packs to lift the sanction on my account, which locks me out of over a hundred dollars worth of games. Ideally, I hope to resolve this matter promptly either through repurchasing or receiving refunds for the affected games.

While playing the Time Travel campaign in NBA Live Mobile on my Android device, I encountered an issue where I collected enough chrono particles for the 20,[redacted] coin quicksell pack and the [redacted] draft expansion points pack, but the game did not acknowledge my acquisition. Even after reaching the [redacted] overall jump pack, the chrono particle count displayed incorrectly at 3,[redacted]. Upon restarting the game, my progress updated, showing that I had enough chrono particles for the missing packs. However, the 20,[redacted] coin quicksell pack and the [redacted] expansion draft points pack were still not available in my unclaimed items. Is this equitable? I have concerns about the recent update that brought solos to the game alongside 24 new items exclusively available in their new packs. While the items and skins are appealing, the pricing system ([redacted] Apex Coins or approximately 7 USD per pack) is unreasonable. Players only receive TWO free apex packs through gameplay, meaning they would need to purchase 22 additional packs to access all the items, totaling $[redacted] USD to collect everything. Many players, myself included, are not looking to acquire every single item, but rather specific items such as a Legend skin and a few others. However, the random loot system may prevent us from obtaining the desired items despite spending money. Personally, I only desire three items from the new packs, leading to a 1-in-8 chance for each item for every $7 spent. The RNG mechanics create frustration as it could require $56 before obtaining one desired item due to the odds. While the effort put into creating new skins and weapons is commendable, locking them behind such an extensive and luck-based paywall is disheartening. I fear that future events will follow the same pattern, requiring substantial financial investment to enjoy new content. I do not support EA's exploitation of players through these unfair practices.

I have encountered numerous game-breaking glitches while playing against other human players. In one instance, in the middle of a smooth game, I was unexpectedly ejected, unable to access my EA account, resulting in a forfeit. When I returned, I had to sign in all over again. Another game saw the kicking meter vanish at halftime, leading to guaranteed botched kicks, disrupting the flow and competitiveness of the match. Apart from these glitches, there are mechanics that need fixing, like the inability to join a franchise game or rejoin a disconnected game, which is a standard function in gaming. The overall experience of playing this $60 game feels more like an unfinished product than a polished one. I am seeking a $50 refund to reflect the game's current state and as compensation for identifying these pre-release bugs.

Today when I tried to open Sims 4, Origin displayed an error saying a necessary file was missing. I downloaded an updated version of Origin as instructed. Upon logging in, I encountered an issue with my password, even though I was certain it was correct. I opted to reset it, but did not receive the reset email from EA, I double-checked all my folders, including spam. I cannot access my game now, even though I invested in the base game and multiple expansion packs. Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm hoping to get an explanation or definition for sliders in NHL Legacy for Xbox [redacted]. The forum members mean well but don't provide clear definitions or opinions. I cringe when they say "real." I have plexiglass buried in my scalp and titanium teeth, but wouldn't trade any of it. Thanks to the NHL 94 hybrid, I can finally play the game; my hands have been through surgeries and arthritis. The game is amazing; it really captures the feeling of being in it. I understand AI and how changing pass effects speed, etc. It's becoming frustrating and painful when the AI changes settings and the way they work. I'm just asking for more help in the AI section to try and see if it would make a difference. It's hard to keep things straight due to my age. I can't go back to the forum; they're not helpful, and I'm struggling to keep my frustrations at bay. Thanks to anyone who reads or tries to help; I've reached my limit for research. Timmay

Last night, my FIFA 19 Ultimate Team lineup included 90-rated Sancho, 88-rated Pulisic, 91-rated Gnabry, 95-rated Werner, 94-rated Jovic, 90-rated Sanches, 93-rated Brandt, 88-rated Kampl, 92-rated Schulz, and 92-rated Da Costa, along with all the loan players I had acquired that week and other players from packs that I hadn't sold yet. When I accessed my FUT team, I discovered that all these players were missing, and my squad had been reset to what it was weeks ago, with only 95-rated Werner and 96-rated Pepe remaining from my team. Although my coins and transfer targets were unchanged, I no longer had the loan players from that week or the Sanches player from the FUT Swap deals. None of the previously acquired players, except Werner, were in my squad. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

I have been attempting to retrieve the missing items for my EA/Origin account after resolving a chargeback with my bank. Despite chatting with the fourth representative of the day yesterday, they abruptly ended the chat before I could read their response. Today, when I attempted to log in, I discovered that my account has been banned for no apparent reason. I visited the EA Help page but am still unable to access my account.

While exchanging untradeable gold players for gold player upgrade packs, I accidentally included my valuable Team of the Season Alejandro Gomez card worth close to 150k coins. I used the squad builder feature with the "untradeable" and "sell value low to high" settings, which resulted in me mistakenly adding him to the set without realizing until after I submitted. This is devastating for me as I worked hard for days to save up for Gomez, who is one of my favorite players in the game. I now see the risks of using the squad builder setting and wish there was a way to undo this error. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
