I submitted the problem less than half an hour ago. I have been redirected twice and keep repeating myself. I have detailed in the first email today that my bank debit card was used without my authorization at a different location. I was then asked for more money to resolve this, which was offensive. Suggestions for NHL 20: I believe it would be great to see a mode similar to FIFA Volta included. Additionally, adding options like the ones found in FIFA 19's Kick Off mode, such as Winter Classic, World Cup, street hockey, field hockey, cup finals, new match types, and even pond hockey, would make the game more engaging. It would be refreshing to see more kick-off variations and new team-based hockey game modes rather than the battle royale type introduced for World of CHEL. For NBA Live 20: Introducing an All-Star Weekend as a separate game mode, incorporating a 4-pointer, basketball with goalies, ice basketball, and no rules could enhance the gaming experience. Adding street basketball offline and game modes supporting 2-point goals would be exciting. For Madden: Exploring rugby, Aussie rules football, street football, and incorporating features from NCAA and street games could bring diversity. Including playable mascots and modes beyond the campaign would add depth. Regarding Star Wars [redacted] November game: Diversifying modes beyond the campaign and considering Star Wars BF3 with enhanced graphics, more characters, and improved gameplay could elevate the gaming experience. Feature requests for other games, such as PGA Golf Tour, lacrosse, new action games, fighting, racing, and releases like Titanfall 3, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 3, Crisis 4, and Dragon Age 4, are also suggested.

I encountered a major issue with my EA account. I was assigned a new account, resulting in the loss of over two months of remaining service, my 70+ GEMS, and 64 million tokens. These items may seem trivial, but they were vital for my personal enjoyment in gaming challenges. Prior to this incident last Tuesday, I successfully accessed the account Alsolulu with the password Horseshoe1. After following instructions to register with my email [redacted], I managed to play without any problems. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to have my original account credits restored. Contacting EA has been difficult, particularly for older individuals like myself. I have a paid membership through August [redacted].

Hello, I wanted to inquire about the recent sale on EA games available on Origin, which has unfortunately ended. As a newbie to The Sims 4, I have been thoroughly enjoying the game and was eager to expand my experience with the discounted Expansion, Game, and Stuff Packs at 40-50% off. With limited funds as a thirteen-year-old, I carefully planned my purchase, but regrettably missed out on the sale. Now, I find myself unable to afford any of the packs. I recently purchased the Imperial Probe Droid offer hoping for a small boost as a casual player. However, I only received half the shards needed to activate the character, leaving me feeling scammed. I am frustrated that there is no in-game way to obtain the remaining shards. I kindly request either the missing forty shards or a refund. I hope my feedback is considered, as I just wanted a fair boost without feeling taken advantage of. Hello, my name is Jacob Cook. I have 2 accounts: lol__H __lol and L4L_hatchet_LOL. I am reaching out because my account lol__H__lol was stolen from me while playing Battlefield 4. The individuals who took it also play Need for Speed Most Wanted [redacted]. Recently, I keep getting logged out during games, and they are changing their names to MarvinKiller. My late father's name was Marvin. I know their usernames are Bama6000, angelcripy, and Kaberwatt, and they have been cruel by bringing my family into the game. They have access to all my devices, including my router. I have changed phones, routers, and PS3s multiple times. I reported this to the police, but I want to ensure they don't harm others. Despite filing a police report, the situation escalated when they mocked my late father's passing by changing their username to Marvinkiller. My original stolen account was lol__H __lol in Battlefield 4, and my current account is L4L_hatchet _L4L, which they are attempting to take over. NHL 19 has been very disappointing. I have been a fan of the series for over 25 years, but this installment is unfair due to hacks and cheats, making it hard to enjoy as a true hockey simulation. It feels like players are forced to spend a lot on in-game content just to stay competitive. I hope EA addresses these issues to improve online gaming experiences. Otherwise, I might have to reconsider purchasing any future EA games.

I'm trying to use a created fighter online for UFC 3, but it won't let me. I have a career created fighter that I can't use, and even when I tried creating a new fighter untouched by career mode, I still can't use him online. This is frustrating and confusing. It shouldn't be this difficult to use a created fighter in the game. Can someone please help me figure out how to use my created fighter online?

My son is a devoted fan of the NBA Live Mobile basketball game on his phone, and we have invested a lot of money into various in-game purchases. Unexpectedly, a charge of $24.98 appeared on our account last night without any authorization. After checking the game, he didn't receive any corresponding benefits in exchange for this charge. The transaction occurred on July 8, [redacted], and the reference number is MM5914NL3J. Visa suggests reporting this as a fraudulent charge, and I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter. It saddens me to consider removing a game he truly enjoys, so understanding what transpired would be greatly appreciated. Please provide an update once you've looked into this. Thank you.

I recently signed up for Amazon Prime to get Twitch Prime. My username on both Amazon and Twitch is "ghoulettte." I did this specifically to get the exclusive Wattson skin on Apex Legends. However, I'm having trouble with linking my accounts. Previously, I used the username "momokunoichi" on Xbox and had the email "[redacted]," which I changed to "[redacted]" when I updated my Twitch username. I'm unsure about my old EA online account and if that's causing the issue. Twitch shows that I claimed the skin, but I still haven't received the Wattson skin or the L-Star Skin. Apologies for the lengthy message.

My spouse and I both have POGO Games accounts with yearly subscriptions since April. However, I am encountering issues logging in. My username is twinlakesdon, and my email is [redacted] Whenever I try to sign in, I receive an error message stating I am banned or suspended, which is puzzling as my wife has had no problems. Game: Battlefield V Platform: Xbox One Gamer tag: ILYARIN EA account email: G***.i*****@hotmail.co.uk Issue: The Last Tiger Letters I have finished The Last Tiger campaign, completing all challenges and collecting all letters. It shows as completed on the left side when selecting the campaign, but on the UI at the bottom, it states 0/6 letters, and I cannot read any collected letters. I tried deleting local and cloud data and replaying the campaign multiple times, but it does not fix the issue. Requested Resolution: Please unlock the Tiger skin on my account.

On June 28th, I first contacted support regarding an issue with my recent purchases in the game. I bought V concrete slabs and peacock furniture, but only received some of the furniture and no concrete patios in my inventory. I have spent a significant amount acquiring in-game items through challenges and career chapters, including pianos, guitars, jukebox, and more. However, after my game crashed and following troubleshooting steps, I still haven't received some items like my pianos, expert guitar, and jukebox. The game is prompting me to rebuy items I already had, which is frustrating. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter, ideally with a refund of Sims cash & coins so I can regain the lost inventory without having to repay for items I already earned and purchased. I have an issue with the Sims 4 game on my computer. A part of the screen on the lower right-hand side, about the size of a computer mouse, is not working properly. This problem is affecting my gameplay significantly. I have an older computer that was recently updated to Windows 10, after which this issue started. I have tried troubleshooting steps like deleting mods and CCs, updating the game through Origin, and using the repair option in Origin, but the problem persists. I couldn't find a way to contact EA for assistance, so I'm reaching out here for help and advice on how to resolve this issue. Should I try the repair option again, reinstall the game, or make further attempts to contact EA support? Your assistance in understanding and fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

On January 7th, I upgraded my RAM but faced issues when it didn't work, forcing me to reinstall my old RAM. Surprisingly, I discovered that I was banned from Apex Legends due to software that supposedly disconnects players, even though I hadn't played the game in over a week. Despite opening multiple cases with EA's support, I didn't receive much assistance. After the fourth attempt, they disabled my account for allegedly being breached, which I found puzzling as I hadn't noticed any suspicious activity. EA then requested me to contact a representative via phone or text but failed to provide any contact details. Now, I'm left having to find alternative methods to reach them. All I'm asking for is to have my accounts reinstated as I believe I haven't violated any rules in the game. I have been an active player since the launch and was even engaged on their discord community for a significant period.

I have been receiving instructions from Gethuman.com regarding my issues with EA Games. They requested that I resolve the problem and share the steps I took. I provided details on my purchases, quest winnings, and completed story chapters for my Sims home decorations. Despite explaining the situation thoroughly, I discovered missing items like pianos, patios, and a jukebox. I am frustrated with having to repurchase these items. I requested additional Sims coins and cash to compensate for the double purchases but have not received a response. I am still in need of assistance with this ongoing problem.

Many EA Sports gamers, including myself, have found great enjoyment in using the EA Sports Teambuilder program. Unfortunately, in recent years, the program has encountered some technical difficulties. Users have been experiencing issues such as being unable to save their team designs despite being able to access the app. Some encounter a persistent loading circle or error messages about their internet connection. These problems have become frustrating for many fans who just want to save their team creations. We are hopeful that EA Sports can address these glitches promptly so that everyone who appreciates the app can fully enjoy its features once again.
