When attempting to launch Mass Effect 3, I encounter a message regarding a Release Date Check that mandates an active internet connection for decryption. Despite clicking 'Accept,' I receive a prompt stating "Release Date Check Failed." My computer surpasses the system requirements, and previous Mass Effect games ran smoothly. Additionally, the original Mass Effect game no longer functions on my PC. I haven't played "DA Inquisition" in about 2 months. After logging in recently, I noticed that my golden nug and all the DLCs were missing from the War Table. Even creating a new character and accessing the Keep failed, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game, updating it, and adding mods. I have changed my password, but nothing seems to have improved since my last play session. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am distressed as I have dedicated approximately [redacted] hours to playing the Sims, and a concerning issue has arisen. Upon attempting to play last night, I found that the option to load saved games was absent, leaving only the “play” button for creating new Sims. After researching online, a suggested solution was to create a new random sim and then exit the game, which should prompt the return of the load game button and access to saved games. However, upon following these steps, I discovered that all my previous saved games had been overwritten by the new game featuring the random sim. Despite having backed up my saved files and locating them in the Sims 4 Saves folder, my efforts seem to have been in vain. I am deeply upset by the loss of my hard work, money, and progress in the game. I am seeking assistance in recovering my saved games, even if it involves deleting the new one, and preventing such occurrences in the future to ensure the safety of my game data and enjoyment of playing. Your prompt help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am hesitant to continue playing if the risk of losing everything remains.

I received a suspicious activity email from EA regarding my Origin account indicating a login from a different country, identified by the abbreviation "KW." Despite resetting my password and having the Origin Authenticator set up on my phone, my account was banned from playing Apex Legends. I attempted to resolve this with EA, but they informed me that my account was banned for breaking gameplay rules due to cheating. Even though someone accessed my account from a country other than the US, stated in my account profile, EA only responded saying my account was "actioned correctly." I feel disappointed that despite investing money and time into the game, EA did not give individual attention to my situation. It seems unfair that I am facing consequences for something I did not do, simply because my account was compromised.

I recently completed the PL TOTS Guaranteed SBC and after confirming my squad, I received my pack. Upon opening it, I saw the Korea Republic flag followed by the Spurs Badge. I was thrilled to see Heung Min Son in the pack. However, when I went to add him to my squad, he appeared as Maddison from Leicester City FC instead. This was disappointing as I unpacked a 95-rated player but ended up with an 88-rated one. My Battlefield 5 and Origin accounts have been compromised, resulting in bans for both platforms. Despite playing from a desktop in Syracuse, NY, recent sign-ins show different IP addresses. Over the years, I've encountered numerous glitches and hacks in Battlefield 5, making the game unplayable. Receiving emails about unauthorized access from other countries, I couldn't change my password promptly due to a busy schedule. The situation has left me frustrated and considering not purchasing your products anymore. The loss of $60 due to these security issues is disappointing.

As an avid FIFA customer and a Business Analyst, I believe I have ideas that could greatly improve the user experience. Recently, my PS4 broke down, and as a dedicated FIFA Ultimate Team player, I resorted to using the FUT companion app to manage my club. However, this morning (May 30th, [redacted]), I encountered issues logging into the companion app. After reaching out to a PSN friend and changing my password, I discovered that my FUT club had been deleted, and some of my players were gone. Although I received assistance from EA Help in recovering my club, I still haven't been able to retrieve all the lost players and coins. Considering the time and effort I've invested in the game, I am hopeful there might be a way to recover my progress. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A few months ago, I created an account with EA using a specific login and password. Recently, they asked me to resubscribe and update my payment details because my debit card was replaced. Despite trying to log in with my usual credentials, EA keeps prompting me to reset my password. I've been a customer since EA acquired POGO, but no matter how many times I enter my password, it's not recognized. Can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

In FIFA 19 career mode, my 93-rated right midfielder excelled at RB Leipzig, winning the Bundesliga and Champions League. Upon moving to Manchester United, I haven't started in almost 20 games. I transferred to Real Madrid hoping for a better fit but encountered the same issue. Both clubs play with a [redacted] formation, so it's puzzling why I'm not getting game time. At RB Leipzig, I played as a center attacking mid or striker regularly. I'm bewildered by the situation and would appreciate any insights or assistance.

Around a year ago, I bought a SIMS4 game and additional content from an eBay seller. Surprisingly, instead of receiving software, I got an Origin account and password via email. After following the login steps, I changed all the details to my daughter's email and set a new password. Everything was running smoothly until last weekend when my daughter couldn't access the account as the password didn't work. Despite our efforts to reset it, we didn't get the reset email. A chat with online support revealed the account was locked, only unlockable with the original email used during setup, which, unfortunately, I no longer have. Although I've been purchasing expansion packs over the past year, EA insists on the original email for security reasons. Frustratingly, they're suggesting we start from scratch, meaning repurchasing around $[redacted] worth of software. I reached out to EA's CEO, Andrew Wilson, expressing my disapproval of their customer service. No response is expected.

I am concerned about the lack of information on a future bridge program. A close friend, Wordbrat, also known as Sarah, went missing from our regular game. After a frantic search, she was found injured at home, prompting emergency intervention. The bond within our bridge community goes beyond the game, especially after this incident. We are eager to know if there are any plans to reinstate the bridge program on Pogo as other platforms do not compare. Additionally, I am disappointed by the changes affecting gameplay using IE, especially for Scrabble. Please provide clarity on the future of bridge and address these concerns.

I keep receiving emails about an access code attempt on an EA account linked to my email address, but I don't own that account. The notification includes sign-in details that I don't recognize. I'm worried about potential identity theft. It seems someone's been trying to access my accounts; I've taken steps with other businesses. However, this EA account is not mine. Hello. I recently purchased Sims 4 and now I'm attempting to buy the Sims 4 Vampire expansion pack, but I encountered an issue. Even though my card details are accurate, the payment is not going through. The only discrepancy I noticed is that the expiration dates for credit cards do not extend to [redacted], which is when my card expires. This seems to be the only possible reason for the problem. On 6/4/[redacted], I bought the Sims 4 expansion pack Cats & Dogs. On 6/7/[redacted], when I logged into the game, I saw that all expansion packs were on sale for 50% off. I believe there should have been prior notice about the upcoming sale because I bought a pack at full price shortly before the discount. I am asking for a refund for the price difference or a promotional code for an additional expansion pack to make up for the full-priced purchase. I accidentally submitted a FUT Swap item in an SBC while playing FIFA 19 Ultimate Team about a week ago. I contacted EA regarding this issue, but have not received a response yet. It was a free token FUT Swap item that they provide at the beginning of every month. I understand it might be permanently gone, but I hope they can assist me by replacing it with another. I've been a loyal EA customer for a long time, and gaming is one of the ways I find enjoyment and relaxation amidst the challenges in my life.
