I was assured I would be able to get sims * on my Xbox since I own the game on origin. And have spent probably a thousand dollars on the franchise. I spent * hours with a live chat agent to link my account and such only at the end for him to tell me I have to buy the game, after he assured me I wouldn’t have to buy it, I understand they aren’t cross platform but I’ve been playing sims since I was ** I’m ** now. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to buy a game I already own just to play it on another platform. Sims is my favorite game but I’m not sure I’m going to spend any more money on it if I can’t play it on my Xbox. I was called by a phone tech who was very rude to me because I was upset. I have spent the last * hours doing something for nothing then get treated like I was stupid for something I was told by a representative.
