Subsequently, I have been receiving threatening messages in Russian and I am unable to access my own account. I have been a dedicated consumer of your products but the current situation is alarming and I am considering involving the authorities if the issue is not resolved promptly. During a crucial game in my Weekend League progression, I was recently disconnected from the EA Servers. Before the match, I had achieved 16 wins out of 29 matches, with only 1 more needed for Gold 1. While leading 2-0 and dominating my opponent, the game became unplayable around the 40th minute and subsequently kicked me out. Now, I remain at 16 wins out of 30 matches, just 1 win short of Gold 1. This situation is frustrating and unfair as it may prevent me from attaining a rank I rightfully earned if not for the connectivity issue. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game and this experience is disappointing. I seek assistance in resolving this issue.

I recently received an email and notification in Fifa 19 informing me of a permanent ban from the FUT transfer market. I acknowledge my mistake, but I believe it's unfair not to have received a prior warning since I wasn't fully aware of the consequences. I now realize my actions were wrong, and I kindly request a second chance for my account and my brother's account. Should we repeat the offense, I accept a more severe punishment. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I am encountering significant issues in my game that I have not experienced before. While playing an online match, Drew Brees, who is rated 88 overall, had DeSean Jackson wide open both before and after the snap. However, Brees missed the throw by a considerable distance, resulting in an interception by Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie near the endzone. Despite my efforts to control Jackson, he did not accelerate to make the play, which seems to be a recurring glitch. I am frustrated with these constant problems in the game. While I have played Madden in the past and thought this year's version would be better, it has been disappointing. Madden 17 did not have the glitches present in this installment. It is disheartening to face opponents who make unrealistic plays, such as intercepting a 91 overall Michael Thomas or knocking the ball out of the receiver's hands in the endzone repeatedly. I used to be competitive in Madden, but this year has been frustrating. The game should reflect real gameplay situations. These issues need to be addressed before I consider purchasing another product from EA.

My Xbox Live account is currently linked to an EA account that is associated with an old ISP email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email account since it was provided by a previous Internet Service Provider (Time Warner) which I no longer use. Despite my attempts to resolve this by contacting Time Warner, they are unable to reactivate the email address as I no longer have a service with them and the email is regional to a state I no longer reside in. I have reached out to EA multiple times in an effort to address this issue, but they are unable to assist me as I am unable to log into the defunct email account to verify ownership. At present, I am unable to play any EA games online using my 15-year-old gamertag.

This site is not providing the assistance I need with my Simpsons: Tapped Out account issue. Repeatedly, my password is changed whenever I take a break, making it impossible to log in. Even though EA customer service has helped me reset my password over the phone, I never receive the reset emails when I try on my own. This has caused me to create multiple towns due to the problem. While live streaming on Xbox, I had a friend help me open a pack using share play. Unfortunately, during a break for dinner, my friend accidentally removed my broadcast, and after returning, I noticed my Renato Augusto CSL League SBC Pink card was missing from my club. I checked my special cards, but it was nowhere to be found, and my friend insists he did not discard it. This has caused me a significant loss as it took me [redacted],[redacted] coins to complete the SBC. I kindly request a replacement of the Renato Augusto card or a reimbursement of [redacted],[redacted] coins to rectify this issue. I pre-ordered Battlefield 5 for $80, only to find out that "veteran players" were offered a 50% discount shortly after the release. Feeling this was unfair, I became more frustrated considering the delays in the release date. Now the game is being given away with access codes online and large discounts. I believe it would be fair to refund me 50% of my purchase to align with the discount offered to veteran players.

I have been struggling with a complex issue for a while now and haven't had any success in resolving it. My cousin's and my accounts on FIFA and EA Origin seem to have become linked at some point around FIFA 16. I believe this happened because I logged into my PSN account on my cousin's PS3 and PS4 numerous times. The current email for the Origin account is [redacted] I know the password but not the security answer. There are three accounts linked to this Origin account, one being my main PS4 account with the username USY-ESP-[redacted]. The other two accounts belong to my cousin, who no longer uses them, leaving me unable to access them. I would like to separate these accounts and update the details so I can use the EA app with ease. I want to reset the security answer using my actual PSN account USY-ESP-[redacted] and then update all the information accordingly. I have provided my email for further contact. Thank you. I have been a loyal Pogo customer for over a decade. Recently, I encountered a problem where the Pogo games no longer function on my Mac computer. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was informed that Pogo games are no longer compatible with Mac and that I should switch to a Windows computer. When I initially subscribed, I did so using my Mac, and Pogo accepted my payment. However, for the past few months of my subscription, I have been unable to access the games on my Mac, and despite this, Pogo charged my credit card for another year without resolution. While I am working on reversing the charge, I am disappointed by Pogo's lack of effort to fix this issue and their unhelpful responses to my inquiries. Hello, I'm Ashley Shaffer. A few days ago, I received a message on Ps4 from a user named EasportsTed, claiming I won 5 legend player packs from Madden Rewards as a thank you for playing MUT. The message included a link to a Madden Rewards login page. I followed the instructions, but today I discovered that my account has been hacked. All my cards were auctioned for very low prices, and I can still see them on my recently auctioned list. I've invested hundreds of dollars in my MUT team, and I'm upset that someone could access my account through a link on PSN. I'm not sure who to reach out to about this issue or how to resolve it. On December 20th (Friday), while accessing my FIFA 19 FUT account, I encountered an error message when trying to enter the "Transfer Market" section, stating I was blocked from access. After reaching out to EA support, they informed me that my account was flagged for FUT Coin distribution, which is against their rules, resulting in restrictions remaining on my FIFA Account. I admit to participating in a 50k coins wager match with a friend, leading to a competitive situation. I understand EA's actions in response to violating game terms and conditions, but I hope this mistaken behavior won't result in a permanent ban on my FUT account's Transfer Market access.

I initially downloaded Origin on my desktop and added The Sims 3 expansion packs including Late Night, University, Supernatural, Seasons, Ambitions, and the High End Stuff Pack. Everything downloaded fine. Unfortunately, when I installed Origin on my laptop due to desktop performance issues, not all the expansion packs appeared. Only Supernatural, Ambitions, and the High End Stuff Pack were available. I tried to redeem the codes for the missing packs, but it showed they were already used. After restarting my laptop, I reinstalled Origin, and this time only the High End Stuff Pack and Ambitions were there. It's puzzling why this keeps occurring. How can I ensure that all my purchased expansion packs are downloaded on my laptop like they are on my desktop under the same account?

I recently discovered that my FIFA 19 account was compromised. Upon opening the FIFA 19 companion app, I found that all my players, coins, and even special items like Player of the Month Lucas and SBC Kroos were missing or discarded. This was distressing as I had dedicated a lot of time to building my team. I reached out to EA, and their representative informed me that my case has been escalated for investigation. However, it has been a week, and I am yet to receive any updates. When I checked their website, I learned that they are on a Christmas holiday. I estimate that I have lost players amounting to 600k coins and I am hopeful that EA will be able to restore my players or the equivalent coins soon.

I purchased a FIFA Ultimate Team PS4 [redacted] Points card for $39.99 as a Christmas gift for my son. However, I accidentally got a FIFA 18 card instead of the FIFA 19 game he has. I reached out to PlayStation and Target but was advised to contact Electronic Arts due to the scratched code. Despite trying to transfer the points from FIFA 18 to FIFA 19, my son had no luck, and now we are left with an invalid code and unused points. I am unable to exchange the card at Target for the correct one. Would it be possible to receive a new code for the right game? Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Brother, Ross Willie. Following last night around 11pm (UK time), when we retired for the night, we noticed some questionable behavior on his FIFA 19 account, leading us to suspect a possible hacking incident. The first red flag occurred when his mobile device alerted us to players being sold at lower prices than he had set. Upon checking his PS4, we discovered approximately 45 players from his squad had been auctioned off, leaving his FIFA coins depleted. He also received an unsettling message from an unknown sender admitting to a scam. It was close to midnight when we assisted Ross in changing his account password twice to secure it. Thankfully, no further unauthorized activity has been detected so far. We are curious to know if there is any chance of retrieving the lost items.

I recently purchased the Sims3 Starter Pack game for PC and encountered an issue during installation.
