I originally download origin on my desktop and added the Sims * games on there which included late night, University, supernatural, seasons, ambitions, and the high end stuff pack. Everything was fine and it all downloaded but the problem came when I downloaded origin on my laptop because the desktop was too slow. When I downloaded origin and logged into my account not all my Sims * expansion packs there there. I only had Supernatural, ambitions, and the high end stuff pack. I tried to get the other games to download but whenever I would put in the code to install the games it said I already used it. So I got used to not having those packs even though I already bought them. Then it happened again when I restarted my laptop because it was running funny. I redownload origin and this time I only had the high end stuff pack and ambitions. Why does this keep happening and how do I get all my expansion packs that I paid for downloaded on my laptop? All the games are there on the desktop still but not on the laptop and it's all under the same account.
