Help with my Electronic Arts issue
GetHuman1622016's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Electronic Arts doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman1622016 will need to dig through the advice provided by Electronic Arts, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman1622016 can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman1622016's own words
I was trying to unlink my out of service email from my Xbox live gamertag. ... My Xbox Live account is linked with an EA account that is registered with an old ISP email that I no longer have access to. I tried calling the ISP (Time Warner) and they are unable to reactivate the email because I A) Do not have a service with them and B) It is a regional email address and I don't live in the state anymore. I have contacted EA multiple times to have this issue addressed, but am denied help every time because I cant log into the out of service email to verify I own it. As of now I can not play any EA games online on my ** year old gamertag.
Their customer support reps could barely if ever understand the issue. There is no process in place to solve an account registered with an out of service email address. Even though I was logged into EA using my Xbox Live gamertag they can not unlink it from an out of service email. There is no escalation process so once you have exhausted your * option you have no choice but to just make a new gamertag.
I would like there to be an escalation option with their customer support. I would like to unlink an email from my XBL account by verifying I own the XBL account instead of having to log into an EA account.
I use EA products frequently, and have had no issues on this account for years.
I tried tweeting at EA Help and go no response. I tried calling Xbox Live support and go no help. I tried calling my old ISP who own the address and have the email reactivated but despite the rep trying very hard to find a solution for someone who is not even a customer anymore they were unable to do anything for me in the end.
I have an issue with Electronic Arts too
