I bought the deluxe version of the game on 12th November [redacted]. After playing for a few hours, the game froze and crashed my system. When I tried loading the save file, it kept freezing on the loading screen and crashing my system. I uninstalled the game and attempted to download it again from the PSN store, but it wouldn't download. Despite having 36 GB of free space (the game is only 16.6 GB), it kept showing there wasn't enough free space. The same issue happened when I tried to download the deluxe items file, which is only 1.4 MB.

I purchased The Sims Get to Work expansion pack, but the employees in the game seem inactive. I am confused as they are not performing tasks like ringing up purchases, cleaning, or answering questions. This issue is making the game less enjoyable for me. I engaged in an online live chat with a representative who provided troubleshooting suggestions that did not resolve the problem. I am seeking help to address this issue because paying for content that does not work as intended is disappointing.

I've had Battlefield 4 for my Xbox [redacted] for some time now, and my disc had a few minor scratches but was still readable. However, after playing for about an hour, an error message appeared stating the disc is unreadable and to clean it. Despite trying to reset the console, the issue persisted. I purchased a new, scratch-free disc, and the same problem occurred. This error doesn't happen with any of my other games. How can I resolve this recurring issue with my Battlefield 4 discs?

My brother and I want to play BF4 on our Xbox 360s simultaneously. We have a Linksys EA6500 router, a Cisco DPC3216 Modem, and Charter as our ISP. The issue arises when only one of us can connect to EA's servers at a time. This problem persists even if one of us is playing BF3 while the other tries to play BF4. It appears that EA rejects the second console trying to connect from the same IP address.

I keep encountering a redistributable error that seems to be a problem with the installation file itself. Occasionally, when two monkeys get excited or want to waste time, they start flinging poop at each other. This situation feels more useful than EA's unhelpful attempts at customer service. It feels like a waste of their money and effort, which is disappointing coming from what many consider the worst gaming company in the world, deserving of the Golden Poop Award.

Hello, I'm Chris Hall. I created an Origin account years ago with a Microsoft email that's linked to my Xbox gamertag. I couldn't access this account due to a misspelled email. Now, I'm unable to play Madden 16 as it requires logging into my EA account, which I can't do because I don't know the password and the email is nonexistent. I need assistance in connecting my account to my current email address.

I am having trouble accessing my EA account as I can't remember the linked email address. I typically log in using my user ID and have tried email recovery without success. I know my user ID and have the disc for Sims 3 Supernatural with the manual code, but I lack the case for Sims 4 game. Despite speaking to two representatives, I still haven't received help from EA. I find it frustrating needing to go through all this for a simple login issue. The email addresses that might be associated with my account are Succ2691, [redacted], and [redacted], but I can't access them. I understand the policy, but I feel limited without additional options to access my account given the amount I've invested. I'm eager to update my email or receive a call to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently spoke with a fellow colleague, Imtiaz, who recommended using live support for further assistance. My previous phone was severely damaged and I couldn't recover it. Upon getting a new iPhone and setting up The Sims Mobile with a new Apple ID, I struggled to remember my old account details until today. After successful login to my previous account and iCloud, I was eager to retrieve my Sims data, as I had invested a substantial amount in it. Unfortunately, the data didn't transfer over, leaving me unsure if there was an issue with the account transition. For reference, my previous username was Wolff_family and my code was LD76GRE. Although I can't recall my old ID since I'm not logged in, I hope this information assists in resolving the matter.

On the morning of August 5th, I accidentally made a purchase while half asleep. I was shocked to see the $49.99 charge for 4,[redacted] coins go through since I didn't intend to buy them. This purchase is a significant amount for me as a person on Social Security, especially with upcoming prescription costs. I kindly request a refund as I have no use for these coins. Additionally, the game screens don't fit properly on my LG iPhone, despite my efforts and my husband's attempts to make adjustments. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your assistance. I've had trouble reaching out and have been trying to cancel the purchase since the same day it was made. I play UFC Mobile and encountered an issue. In the Head to Head Tournament, I completed the season and collected 75,[redacted] points, surpassing the 72,[redacted] required for the Iconic Fighter Forrest Griffin. Despite meeting the criteria, I did not receive him. After extensive communication with customer service and providing proof, they initially claimed it was a bug, then admitted technical issues prevented me from obtaining him. They offered 2 fighter packs as compensation, which I refused as I wanted the Iconic Fighter I worked for. I expressed that it was unfair since I spent real money on in-game items for this purpose. Despite my insistence, they declined to refund the 4,[redacted] gold I purchased or provide me with the desired fighter. Instead, they gave me two identical lower-tier fighters. I am determined to pursue this matter until I receive the promised Iconic Forrest Griffin or a refund for the gold spent.

I am struggling to create a new EA/OATH account to access my AOL/Pogo accounts. This is preventing me from checking billing, renewal, and my ability to play Pogo games again. Unfortunately, I am unable to sign in to seek help through the usual channels. My attempts to reach out through chats, emails, and calls have been unsuccessful. The AOL chat was unhelpful, the EA chat lacks an interactive area for responses, and their non-human chat system disconnects after asking for my reply three times. I receive fake thank-you emails with case numbers, but all emails are marked as no reply.

I am experiencing ongoing difficulties with changing my email address linked to my Pogo account. I previously used [redacted] and am trying to switch to a new email address. I was told there would be a $[redacted] charge to update my email, with a promise of a refund. I am wondering about the validity of this charge. Despite paying for three months of service on my Pogo account, I remain unable to access it or receive support. I am eager to know when this issue will be resolved and when I can expect to receive communication, either via phone call or email at [redacted] It is frustrating that there is a fee associated with updating email addresses and that support seems to be lacking. I paid $39.00 for a year's subscription in February [redacted] but have been unable to enjoy the service. I am hoping for a prompt resolution so that I can access and enjoy the games on Pogo as intended.

I attempted to purchase an expansion pack, but my card was not processed, and $4 was deducted from my account. I am frustrated as there seems to be no working phone number for the company. I demand a refund immediately. The company's actions are unacceptable, taking money without a successful transaction. I insist on getting my $4 back and expect better customer service going forward. I have been playing Madden football online for two years now, and this year the Overdrive mode seems to have some connectivity issues. Whenever I connect and start playing, the game disconnects me, causing me to lose progress. Despite reaching the gold reward tier twice, I keep getting bumped back to Silver due to these disconnections. My purchased items from last season like stadiums and uniforms have also not been restored. I would appreciate it if my reward tier could be reinstated and if I could receive a redeem code to restore my missing items. I enjoy Overdrive, but the connectivity problems on mobile devices are frustrating. If there is a downloadable solution to fix this issue, that would be great. Thank you.

I have been playing Madden online on my mobile device for two years and have made in-app purchases. Recently, I have encountered an issue where my purchased items from last season are not transferring over due to a connectivity problem. This issue is disconnecting my phone from Overdrive and causing me to lose progress on my rewards tiers, dropping me from gold to silver twice in the last three days. I believe I shouldn't be penalized for something beyond my control. I have been playing Madden online for two years now. Madden 18 on my mobile device has been causing me numerous issues. I have lost my rewards several times and also lost the stadiums and uniforms that I purchased last year. I am looking to have all of these items reinstated. A redeem code to retrieve my in-app purchases from Madden 18 would be greatly appreciated. I believe this code would help me get back the stadiums, uniforms, and other items I had spent Madden cash on last year, which were supposed to transfer over to the Overdrive game but never did. It is frustrating to lose my gold reward tier level due to disconnections from Overdrive. I would like to have my purchases back or receive a voucher for Madden cash to replace the lost items. The server disconnections are causing these losses, and I feel unfairly penalized for something beyond my control.

I recently logged into my Origin account for the first time in about a year or two. Upon logging in, the system prompted me to create a new ID, which I did. Unfortunately, when I checked my games library, none of my purchased games were there, including The Sims 3 with Generations, Late Night, Seasons, Showtime, Supernatural, and University Life, as well as The Sims 4. I didn't create a new account, but accessed my old one. I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account for proof of purchase, but I have the games downloaded on my laptop (except Sims 4). Can you please assist me in retrieving my games? I am a dedicated Sims player and plan to purchase more expansions in the future. Thank you for your help.

I recently bought Madden19 on my PSN through download. When I open the game, it says: "Welcome Back" and "You already have an EA account." However, I didn't have an EA account before. I've created one now, but I can't link it to my game. The email on the EA account belongs to a deceased friend from 6 years ago, so I can't access the password sent to that email. I can't play online or download current rosters, making the game useless to me. I need help accessing my EA account by obtaining the password or updating the email to my current one. I sent an email to support three days ago with no response, and the phone support hasn't been helpful. If this isn't fixed within 48 hours, I won't be purchasing any more EA products due to this frustrating experience.
