Help with my Electronic Arts issue

I was talking to another co worker, Imtiaz, and she suggested I use live support to go further. Basically my phone was badly messed up and there was no way to get it back on. I got a new iPhone and got the Sims Mobile with a new Apple ID. I couldn’t remember the other one for awhile until today. I got back into the account and iCloud and I was hyped to get my sims data back because I had a huge house and had spent over ** dollars for the things on it. Sadly, that stuff didn’t show. I didn’t know if it was because the account couldn’t just switch over or what. If any of this helps, my user was Wolff*family, and my code was LD**GRE. I don’t remember the ID because I’m not logged in but I hope his helps.
GetHuman-isaiahru did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.
