I bought an Electrolux microwave oven model c23J101 - BBCG on May 17, [redacted], on Flipkart under my daughter's name, A.A. recently, it stopped working. After contacting the helpline at 1[redacted], a technician named Arvind (mobile: [redacted]) came on March 28, [redacted]. He indicated a short circuit in the magnetron, replaced the part, and charged Rs. [redacted]. The issue persisted, and subsequent attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. Even after follow-up calls, the problem remains unresolved, and the contact numbers on the receipt are not working. A person named Monu claimed to be from Electrolux, offering a refund, which never materialized. When contacting the helpline, I am directed to the third-party service provider. Seeking assistance to address the microwave problem promptly as our daily routine heavily relies on it. Contact via email is challenging due to technical issues. Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Frigidaire AC which arrived damaged initially. After receiving a replacement, the unit started experiencing cooling issues within a month. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance and filling out forms for a replacement, I faced a long and frustrating process of resubmitting documents. Eventually, after various delays, I spoke with a representative who informed me they no longer manufactured the model I had and offered a refund. The refund was processed through a third-party, who provided me with a check that did not include the tax amount. Trying to contact Electrolux or Frigidaire has been challenging, with long hold times and no resolution. I have been unable to get a response regarding the missing tax refund, despite the product never working correctly and repeated attempts to communicate the issue. I am now uncertain about how to proceed further in order to resolve this matter.

Two months ago, I purchased an 8-point cubic foot front-load Perfect Steam electric dryer with LuxCare Dry and Instant Refresh in titanium from Home Depot. When I used the steam feature this morning, water started to leak from underneath the dryer, flooding my utility room. I called Electrolux multiple times but they keep hanging up on me, and Home Depot mentioned they couldn't send anyone for repairs within the delivery timeframe. I suspect the issue might be related to the steam feature hose connecting to the hydrant, which was wet and dripping. Home Depot advised me to turn off the hydrant, which I did, and I wrapped a towel around the hose to prevent further dripping. I need assistance to have someone come and inspect the dryer, possibly replacing the hose between the hydrant and the back of the dryer. I'm unsure if I can still use my washer connected to the opposite hydrant, although it appears dry. The water leaking is specifically from under the dryer, and any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased an 8.0 front load Perfect Steam Electric Dryer with LuxCare Dry and Instant Refresh Dry from Home Depot. This morning, I discovered water leaking from beneath the dryer in my utility room. I've attempted to contact Electrolux customer service ten times but have had no success and was disconnected each time I called. After speaking with Home Depot, they indicated they couldn't assist me with the issue, despite having a 3-year service warranty. Following their suggestion, I turned off the water supply to the dryer, only to find water leaking from the connection to the dryer's feature hose and the hydrant. Although the dryer is still functioning without any error lights, I noticed water pooling at the bottom. I've ensured the vents are clear by cleaning both the dryer screen and the outside vent. I am now seeking guidance on who to contact to resolve this issue promptly without voiding the warranty I paid around $[redacted] for when purchasing the dryer.

I have a Frigidaire Gallery model FGGF3032MW with serial number VF[redacted]0. I have been purchasing Extended Service Agreements from Electrolux since the original warranty expired. Lately, my stovetop burners are not igniting properly, but resolving this issue has been challenging. Despite scheduling appointments, technicians have not shown up or arrived without necessary parts. My last scheduled appointment on June 9th was delayed due to a missing part lost by UPS. Despite numerous calls to Electrolux and Dependable Appliance Company, the issue remains unresolved. I am feeling frustrated with the lack of progress and just seek a prompt resolution to the problem.

I want to share my experience with Electrolux, as I believe there may be a scam affecting customers. Recently, my Electrolux refrigerator started having temperature issues in the freezer and fridge. After contacting a tech, we discovered the control unit needed replacement. Despite delays in getting the part, I finally received it after multiple attempts to reach Electrolux's customer service. However, it turned out to be the wrong part, leading to more trouble and expenses. Despite promises, the correct part was not available, and I was only offered a discount on a new refrigerator, resulting in significant costs and inconvenience. I believe customers should be aware that Electrolux could have issues with parts availability, impacting their experience. I hope for a better resolution or assistance from the company as my refrigerator has been out of service for almost a month now.

I purchased a new Electrolux front load washer and dryer. Shortly after installation, the washer had issues. Contacted the dealer, and after a week, they replaced a hose. The door didn't close properly, and even after repair attempts, including fixing the leaking, the problem persisted. A few weeks later, the machine broke down again, not dispensing hot water. Waiting for repairs, I've been without the washer for several weeks. Despite another repair attempt, the door still leaks. Currently facing another breakdown after 5 months, with part replacements and a new door ordered that will take an additional 3 weeks. I am frustrated with the ongoing issues and want a replacement.

Last Monday, November 29, I had an Electrolux service technician come out to fix my Electrolux clothes dryer. Unfortunately, they said it couldn't be repaired, and I needed to buy a new one. They charged me $[redacted] for the service call and said I could get that back if I bought another Electrolux dryer. I bought a 7kg Electrolux dryer (EDV705H3WB) from Harvey Norman that same day. I scanned the QR code and registered the machine, but I'm unsure how to claim the $[redacted]. How should I go about claiming the refund?

I have been without my refrigerator for two months now due to being informed that the part I need is on backorder. I understand things are slower due to the pandemic, but the delays are excessive. Every time I contact customer service, I receive conflicting information. I was told a complaint was filed, but I am unsure about that. Requesting to speak to a supervisor proved fruitless as none were available. Despite leaving my number for a callback, I never received one. The compressor part #[redacted] for my refrigerator went out on 10/26/[redacted] when the technician visited, scheduling a repair for 11/4/[redacted], which was later canceled due to the missing part. The part remains unavailable, leaving me without a refrigerator since late October, now approaching December. I urge prompt resolution and request a technician be sent this week to finally fix my appliance.

I am currently on hold with a customer support representative who mentioned that there is no complaints department. Despite my hopes for a resolution, I am still facing issues. I purchased a Frigidaire stove and refrigerator less than a year ago. Shortly after, there was a small fire caused by the burner base. Recently, the same issue occurred when using the back right burner, resulting in burn marks on the base. Despite positive reviews, I have lost confidence in this stove due to my experiences. The process of seeking assistance has been time-consuming, involving long wait times, transfers, technical support, and scheduling service appointments. I am seeking a replacement stove, a full refund, or potentially upgrading to a different model from Frigidaire to address this ongoing issue. As a loyal customer for 32 years, I have had success with previous purchases but am disappointed with this one. I urge for prompt contact as I have been on hold for an extended period without a resolution. - D. Rakoczy

I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator in December for my rental property. Unfortunately, the freezer stopped working on March 17th. We reached out to the warranty department for assistance. Despite their initial visit and attempt to fix the issue, the problem remains unresolved. They have identified the need for two parts, one of which is on back order until April 18th. It has been over four weeks now without a functioning freezer, including the inconvenience over Easter weekend. As of today, April 20th, the part has not arrived, causing considerable frustration. I believe it would have been more appropriate for them to authorize a return for a replacement unit. The uncertainty regarding the arrival of the part is disappointing.

I have a defective Refrigerator, model number FRSS2323AWO, serial number 4A[redacted]1. Initially, the ice maker was malfunctioning and even after replacement, it did not work properly. Subsequently, I was informed that the compressor and inverter need to be replaced. The unit now cycles on and off, emitting a loud buzzing sound that shakes the house. I have been waiting for the inverter delivery for three weeks, but it is still not available. As a result, I have to store my medication in a cooler. If this issue is not resolved with a replacement unit, I will have to buy a new one for my health. The lack of concern for my well-being and the poor customer service has led me to consider legal action. - James Orr

I contacted Frigidaire/Electrolux about my 14-year-old fridge needing service. The customer service agent mentioned a $[redacted] service fee to be paid upfront by credit card for the appointment. I specifically asked if there would be an extra charge if no repairs were needed and was assured the fee would only apply if parts were replaced. During the visit, the technician found no issues with the fridge, only demonstrating how to clean the ice-maker. To my surprise, I was then told there was an additional $78 charge. When I questioned this, the technician clarified that the $[redacted] was for the visit while the $78 was for assessing the appliance, regardless of work done. Upon calling customer service, I was informed that the $78 additional charge is standard, which was not disclosed when making the appointment. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with a supervisor but was informed none were available. I'm disappointed by this lack of transparency and would like a refund for the undisclosed $78 charge as well as to bring attention to these questionable customer service practices at Frigidaire/Electrolux.

After a week of waiting, the Electrolux contractor finally visited my home on Monday to repair my oven. He identified the issue and has ordered a part expected to arrive by the end of the week. Electrolux will cover the cost of the part, while I am responsible for the labor charges. Unfortunately, the contractor received a repair order with incorrect model and serial numbers from Electrolux, despite me providing the correct details during the repair call request. The contractor can proceed with the repair once the part arrives, but I will be required to cover both the part and labor costs unless Electrolux sends an updated repair order with the accurate information. Numerous attempts to reach Electrolux have been unsuccessful, as they claim to be too busy to take my call and instruct me to try again later.

I recently experienced a failure with my Electrolux dishwasher still under a 3-year parts warranty. Since the repair parts were no longer available, Electrolux provided me with a [redacted]% rebate. I submitted all necessary documents by email on April 29, [redacted], within the required 30-day window for processing. Despite multiple follow-ups, my rebate and MasterCard card have not been issued. The rebate, valued between $[redacted] - $[redacted], is significant considering my new $[redacted] Frigidaire dishwasher purchase. The unsuccessful attempts to track my rebate through customer care and the Manila call center have been frustrating. I hope Electrolux can resolve this issue promptly. The old dishwasher failed after only 14 months of use. Electrolux reference number: [redacted]0.Email sent to: [redacted] Thank you. - Reginald A. Berry

Hello, I purchased a Fridgidaire range from Home Depot in October [redacted], and it was delivered in the last week of the same month. In March [redacted], the unit started displaying "oven on," "timer on," and an error (F0001) which caused continuous beeping, even waking us up at night. We had to turn it off at the breaker to stop the noise, which was inconvenient, especially during cooking as it would randomly switch off. Despite reaching out to Electrolux customer service, changing the display board twice, and facing the same issue in June, we felt ignored. With four kids to care for and my wife at home, we couldn't continue with this faulty appliance. After trying to contact them with little success, we even resorted to seeking help at the store. The service suggested it needs to be serviced thrice before further options. We seek a resolution, as this recurring issue is a safety concern. Your assistance is appreciated, GetHuman.

Subject: Follow-Up Service Request Needed for Refrigerator Repair I am writing to address some ongoing issues with the service provided for our refrigerator on 20 June [redacted] by your technician. The technician did not install the part that was ordered but made adjustments to the electronic panel as an alternative. Despite these adjustments, we are still experiencing problems with the refrigerator. I kindly request that a technician be sent out to replace the part that was originally ordered to hopefully resolve the issue. Though we are three (3) days outside the 60-day window of the last service visit, I would greatly appreciate it if Electrolux could waive the service call charge. We are more than willing to cover the replacement cost of the part, which I understand to be $75 - $90. Thank you for your attention to this matter and cooperation.

We bought a Frigidaire fridge in January [redacted], delivered in February. By March the next year, 14 months old, issues started. A technician said a noise was normal, just ice around the fan. Display issue later fixed with a new motherboard delayed by almost a month. Parts arrived, tech changed them but comment hinted the light issue. Fridge stopped working, spoiling all food. Electrolux agreed to put old boards back but kept canceling due to parts. I called, spoke to three reps. First refused help due to missing info, second found details but got disconnected. Third agreed to keep appointment. Appointment canceled again next day. Spoke to Gail who denied immediate service. Fridge issues began 14 months in, still unresolved 8 months later. Requested to speak to a supervisor, Gail claimed to be the final contact. Pushed for a higher-up, left waiting for a callback. Call eventually transferred to Lowe's warranty, ultimately ending in disconnection.

We own an Electrolux washing machine Model EFLS627UIW, Serial Number 4C[redacted]4, purchased on 11/18/20. Approximately a year ago, A & E Service installed a new drum. The technician mentioned that there appeared to be a lack of grease during the initial construction, causing wear and tear on the components around the drum. Lately, around the 23-25 minute mark in the cycle, we've been experiencing 3-4 loud bangs with rocking motion from the washer. While it completes the cycle, the banging has increased in frequency and there is now a noise accompanying the drum rotation.

Hello, I am T. L. I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator, model E123BC82SS6 with serial number 4A[redacted]5, from Best Buy Canada on October 23, [redacted], and it was delivered on October 26, [redacted]. Regrettably, the fridge has not been functioning properly from the day it was delivered. The freezer is not cold enough to keep the food frozen. Electrolux sent Elite Appliances to repair it, and a technician named Daniel has visited my home six times from the end of October till December to fix the issue, but the fridge is still not working. This prolonged repair process has caused a lot of frustration for my family as we have been without a working fridge since the end of October. I am disappointed with this situation. I would appreciate it if Electrolux could replace the refrigerator for me. Thank you, T. L.
