Zanussi washing machine broke down was covered by Domestic and General insurance. They came out to assess and deemed it nonviable to repair so arranged for a new machine to be provided by Electrolux. New washing machine was delivered and installed on **th December and broke down full of water and washing on **th December. Electrolux sent an engineer on **st December who said it was correctly installed so would need replacing and we were told to call Electrolux to let them know. Called them on **rd December when the customer service team was open and was informed that an engineer would need to visit to see if it can be repaired, soonest available appointment is *th January. As they have supplied a faulty washing machine and we have been without one now for over * weeks I just want it replaced with a new one as soon as possible.
GetHuman4141003 did not yet indicate what Electrolux should do to make this right.
