I own * Electrolux EWDW****GBO dishwashers. I ordered replacement fold-down lower rack fences, part number A******** which is the replacement part for part number **********. There are two issues with the replacement part: first, the tines on the original fence are bent and the tines on the replacement fence are straight and ther are fewer of them. Second, the diameter of the tines and bottom bar on the replacement fences are much thinner than the diameter of the original fences and the tines do not lock into the fence Brackets (P*N **********). The new fences fall over and do not support dishes. I have spoken to Customer Services several times but they say there is nothing they can do. I would like a technical support or engineering person to compare the old and new parts and find a fix to the problem. Then I would like to order * of the correct part.*My previous order number is *** *** ** and my purchase was refunded because they did not fit.**Stephen Woogmaster
