I have been to your Waxahachie Texas location several times now and am always profiled once I order. After they come Over the intercom at the drive-thru in Spanish and I order in English. When I get my food I ask for green and red salsa I’m either told it’s already in the bag and I only have one kind usually red. Or I went yesterday we got two meals asked for both salsas got a serving of green for each no red and nothing more. A few weeks ago we got three rice and three beans for a dinner we were having at the house asked for both red and green for the rice and beans we were given one serving of the green. We like your food and salsa and when we get everything together however we do not appreciate being profiled and not given what we ask for especially when we specifically ask for it and then are told it’s already in the bag to find out that’s it’s not and you just tied the bag and said that to get me to leave for the next customer. The Red Oak, Texas location is great and have yet to have an issue however they are out of our way usually so we don’t eat at your restaurant as often as we would due to how we are treated when we do go.
