Unfortunately, I have not received my refund checks for Game of Thrones, Song of Ice and Fire, Blubberela essential oils, and The Dark Crystal at my new address. Kindly send the refund checks to my updated address as I am concerned they may have been lost in transit. My son is currently at Crowley County Correctional Facility in Colorado and ordered books from your company. However, we have not received any updates on the shipping or delivery status of the books. The books ordered in early July include "The Art of Alien Isolation," "The Secrets of Tai Chi," and a book of diner photos. Payment was made with a cashier's check signed by a facility staff member. I kindly request either a refund or confirmation of delivery. My son made the purchase through the E.H. Booksellers catalog as there is no internet access for inmates. This is my third attempt to address the issue I am experiencing with a book I purchased for my incarcerated son. The book was dispatched on October 23rd and supposedly delivered on the 29th, but it has not reached my son. Despite providing documentation of the delivery confirmation, the book remains missing. My son has lodged a complaint with the prison, but the book has not surfaced. The title I ordered is "Conbody: The revolutionary bodyweight prison boot camp." I am requesting either a replacement book or a refund. Please refrain from sending redundant emails and kindly resolve this matter promptly. It appears a refund may be the most practical solution as the prison seems unable to assist in locating the book. I've received 2 out of the 5 books, which include "Ask an Astronaut" and "The Secret Life of Horses". Unfortunately, the "Peanuts Guide to Christmas" was missing from the shipment, which I was really looking forward to for teaching purposes. If the book "Destiny & Power: The Am Odyssey" has not been sent yet, you are welcome to cancel it, though I was interested in it as well. I received two books in the package, but unfortunately, they weren't the ones I had ordered. I was expecting to receive "[redacted]-P Making Poorman's Guitars: Cigar Box Guitars" and "62Z1-P 5,[redacted] Sidesplitting Jokes and One Liners." Instead, I received two Penthouse XXX books, one marked LX and the other marked VIII. I can be reached at [redacted]. A few weeks ago, I added several CDs to my online shopping cart. I printed the order to mail it in but have been continuously contacted by your company despite asking for it to stop. I oversee the mailroom at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, IN. An inmate here received two books from your company. I noticed that one of the books had a Wal-Mart price tag on it. I am curious to know if you source your books from other retailers or if individuals can send books to your company to sell. How do you acquire the books that you offer for sale? I am trying to ascertain if the book in question is brand new or used. Any assistance on this matter would be highly valued.

I mistakenly received the wrong DVD "Game On.....Clothes Off" instead of "Cat Ballou." I had the correct title and price on the order sheet, but an error led to the mix-up. I haven't been charged the extra $4.00 yet. I wish to return the unopened DVD and get the correct one without additional charges for the DVD or shipping. This is the second time I am asking for assistance. I purchased 20 books and 1 DVD, received the DVD and only 4 books so far since the delivery on March 9, [redacted]. I was refunded for one book, but allegedly 14 items were dispatched on March 11, which I did not receive. My customer number is N[redacted]3, and the catalog code is C5312. I did not place the order online, so I do not have an order number. Please reply promptly.

Unfortunately, I have not received the books yet. This is the first time I have encountered this issue since I am a long-standing customer. I placed two orders with Edward R. Hamilton Bookseller Company for books and DVDs - one on April 20 and the second on April 29, [redacted]. Each order included a check. As a loyal customer of ERHBC for many years, I typically receive my orders within 8 to 10 days. However, as of May 22, [redacted], I have not received any updates on either order. This prolonged delay is causing me stress, especially because I need some of the materials for upcoming needs. I sent a letter with copies of the orders and checks to Hamilton, requesting the orders to be shipped to my summer address due to an impending move. Unfortunately, I could not reach them by email or phone. I hope to receive the orders at my summer address before I have to move at the end of this week. I value my long-standing relationship with ERHBC and hope to resolve this issue promptly. I have been a loyal catalog customer for several years. My house is filled with items from these catalogs, from gifts for my children and grandchildren to my 5 great-grandchildren. Recently, I've been encountering issues placing my orders. Every time I try to order, it starts over, and my catalog choices seem to change. I've been looking for a variety of children's books for my two five-year-old great-granddaughters and three younger siblings. Additionally, I have a young bipolar friend who is caring for her demanding mother, and I've been trying to support her by getting her a Norman Rockwell coloring book to help calm her. It has been challenging to communicate with your customer service as the responses have been unhelpful and dismissive. I have already ordered 16 books, including two Martin Luther history books for myself and my family. I made a credit card purchase from E.R.H.B.C on May 18, [redacted], for six books amounting to $45.40 (confirmation #[redacted][redacted]). Despite the time that has passed, I have not received the books nor a refund. I tried reaching out to E.R.H.B.C through their website twice but received no response. In mid-July, I sent a letter requesting the books or a refund. As early August approaches, I am still without the items or a refund. I understand there may be delays due to COVID-19, but three months is a long wait. Kindly arrange to send the books or issue a refund promptly.

I have been a longtime customer, but since the challenges of COVID-19, I have not received two recent orders. 1. An order totaling $26.68 for audiobook CD’s was mailed on 7/11/20, with check #[redacted] cashed. 2. Another order for 18 items totaling $[redacted].82 for books was sent out on 8/23/20, and I am waiting for my bank statement to confirm the status of check #[redacted].
