I placed an order at my local Edible Arrangements Friday May *th, with a delivery date of Saturday May *th. Once the order was rang up there was an additional charge for delivery, when the advertisement as well as the local representative said delivery would be free. My mother never received her mother's day delivery. I have since spoken with my local store as well as contacted two out-of-state stores that was supposed to be in charge of my order, once it was passed from the local store. No one can tell me where my order is, nor can they tell me how to get a refund. Now that no delivery has been made, I have been given the runaround, calling from store to store and once I State my issue I am placed on hold indefinitely. I contacted Edible Arrangements customer service line where I was giving a case number *** **** and was instructed to call my local store and the customer service number back tomorrow, to see if my refund is approved. This is not acceptable! The only two options I was given was refund or replace the order.**No accountability, no empathy, no resolution.**The resolve I am looking for, would be to deliver an upgrade and partial refund. Not looking for anything unrealistic, but for a national company, I am looking for accountability.**What do you feel is reasonable for disappointing the most important person in your life?
