Three things: no one answered three calls I made to this number during business hours on three different days, though I left the phone ringing for a half hour each time.***, The calls were about an order that was made (I have the PayPal receipt) but was not fulfilled December *th, and when I emailed about this, I was told via email today (December **) no stock was now available. *** One item that I ordered arrived with a large hole in the bag. I was also sent a shirt I didn't order in a size no one in the household could wear.
I placed the order early and got no response for about three weeks
They could email me with a real apology, not just an invitation to find them online or call again (which I tried, again), and tell me whether the order was charged to my credit card. They could also tell me what to do about this other shirt.
I've always admired the company's quality merchandise and been glad for their tall sizes. I've ordered presents for my husband and sons from them, on and off, for maybe * years. None before arrived in a damaged package, and no random merchandise arrived before. Things were on time and appreciated.
I have called and emailed, and received, the day before Christmas, a reply about the missing order. The packages arrived after that.
