Have called four times about a specific problem, got it resolved and had my missing item sent to me. Because of the excessive calling and waiting I had to do PLUS an additional tax they made me pay when I should’ve payed nothing at all, the last person I had talked to named Mae told me I would get a $** Eddie Bauer coupon sent to my email because of all that. It’s now cyber Monday and there’s some things I’d like to buy before the deal expires. I just want the code to that coupon so I can use it tonight because it was never sent to my email. Also have been waiting for my money to be refunded to my bank account as well but I’ll give that a couple more days.
