Hi,**I'm writing to request my $** cash back after qualifying for the purchase. I purchased new service thru Xfinity Mobile which qualified me for the $** cash back. I have been told that I do not qualify because it's not for phones (which I understand) but as Ebates and Xfinity states: a new line must be activated to qualify. That's exactly what I did and the only reason I used Ebates. I have showed all receipts and am not getting any response. I'm wondering if this a bait and switch that Ebates does to get the clicks. I'm disappointed as I am not getting any email response or phone response. Please let me know who to speak to to get this resolved, or I will escalate this through the proper channels.
