I placed order #[redacted]64 on 5/23/18. Just hours later on 5/24/18, I noticed the sandals are now 50% off. Furthermore, I had a 25% off coupon from a previous mistake your company made. When I inquired about the sale, I was informed it wouldn't happen until Mon 5/28 for MEMORIAL DAY. My order for the sandals hasn't even shipped yet. I paid $37.49 with the initial sale and additional coupon; the new price is $25.87. I am seeking a credit of $11.62 back to my MasterCard ending in [redacted]. I feel misled about the sale and Justina, your supervisor, was unhelpful in rectifying the situation. As a loyal customer who spends thousands annually, I request a prompt credit and response via email. - LP

I returned a pair of shoes to Easy Spirit and I'm still waiting for my $97.48 refund. The shoes were received by the company on 7-14-18, and the ticket number for this issue is [redacted]. I escalated the matter to their department on 7-26-18 and provided documentation of the credit card charges and a copy of the Post Office receipt confirming the return date. Whenever I call, they inform me that the refund is in escalation and that they are receiving numerous calls.

I have a few pairs of Easy Spirit shoes that I adore because they fit my wide foot perfectly. Lately, some of them have gotten really slippery on the bottom, and it's causing me to slip and feel unsteady. One shoe feels steady, while the other is quite slick, almost like I could skate on it. They also make a loud noise when I walk, similar to walking on shells. I've stopped wearing the three pairs that have this issue because I'm unsure of the cause and I'm worried about falling again. It's not due to stepping on something greasy, and it's strange that only one shoe per pair is affected. I'd appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you are well. I wanted to share my recent experience with Traveltime shoes. While vacationing in the Keys earlier this month, the sole on one of my Ladies 10 Narrow shoes broke and began flapping, causing me to trip. Despite having a long walk ahead, I removed the flapping sole and continued on. Surprisingly, this is the second pair of Traveltime shoes this year that has experienced this issue. I believe there may be a quality control problem that needs to be addressed. I have kept the components of the second pair, including the "flappers" that I removed, as well as the unaffected left shoe to show how little they have been worn. I am willing to send these to you for inspection. I have been a loyal customer of Easy Spirits for years due to their comfort, especially in the narrow size. I kindly request that you look into why these shoes are falling apart and consider replacing the new pair that recently broke. My spouse recently ordered four pairs of shoes in two separate orders. The first order of three shoes fit perfectly in size, but the last order, the SPACE STRETCH SANDALS, ironically named, do not stretch as described. The front part of the shoe is too tight for comfort, making it difficult to wear. The return policy states a $6.95 restocking fee, which seems unfair given the misleading description. She usually enjoys Easy Spirit shoes but is disappointed in this purchase. We kindly request either a replacement pair in size 6.5M or a full refund. It's frustrating to be asked to pay for a product that doesn't meet expectations. We have 21 days to resolve this matter before she needs the sandals for travel this fall. I purchased a pair of Easy Spirit sandals from Marshalls a few months ago. Despite wearing them only a handful of times, the toe thong has already come apart. I cannot return them to the store due to the time that has passed. Having worked in the industry previously, I believe this is a manufacturing flaw. I have been a loyal customer of Easy Spirit for years and have never encountered this issue before. I am requesting a replacement for the defective sandal. The specific one that needs replacing is the Peony Taupe in size 11 with the adjustable cross strap, barcode 91[redacted]8. I hope that Easy Spirit will honor their product quality. I received two pairs of the same shoe that I ordered in January. Unfortunately, my house was damaged by plumbers in February, and I am still dealing with the aftermath of the situation here in California. Due to these circumstances, I missed the return grace period mentioned in your letter. I am returning the size 8 "Glitz" Shoes as they are too big, but keeping the two size 7.5 pairs. The 7.5 pairs are slightly smaller than my other Easy Spirit shoes of the same size. I believe that charging me for return shipping on the duplicate order is unjust, especially considering my history as a long-time customer. Today, I will send back all the items in their original boxes to clear them out of my house.

Hello, I recently purchased two pairs of Gift Slip On Flats - one in solid blue denim and one in Navy Floral print. Unfortunately, the fit of the solid blue denim pair was not right for me. Upon inspection of the Navy Floral pair, I discovered that both were for the right foot, with one in size 8 1/2 M and the other in 8 1/2 W, despite ordering two size 8 M pairs. I would like to return the solid blue denim pair for a refund and exchange the Navy Floral pair for a correctly sized 8 1/2 M. Please confirm if this exchange is possible, and I would also need a prepaid FedEx label for the return shipment. My order number is ES-[redacted], dated June 29, [redacted]. Thank you. - JB

Hello, I need to return a pair of Easy Spirit sneakers. I had trouble finding the return label page but eventually found it after much searching. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a return label because it's been over 30 days since I ordered the shoes. I started looking for the return label on 7/29/22, which was a month and a day after I placed the order. The shoes were uncomfortable, especially the left one that rubbed against the outside of my left foot. I attempted to create a label using the address on the shoebox when I couldn't find the page initially. If I can't get a return label, I am willing to pay for the shipping to send the shoes back. Hello, I recently contacted customer service and encountered language barriers which made communication difficult. As a loyal customer who has purchased many pairs of clogs, I am experiencing an issue with the toe piece coming unglued on the outside. The representative suggested using super glue or visiting a repair shop. I am curious if others have faced similar problems and if there have been any changes to the product. I purchased two pairs of Romy sneakers in size 6W on January 16th. Unfortunately, I received two pairs of Nine West Slink S2 shoes in size 8 instead. I have been unsuccessful in following the company's website instructions to return the incorrect shoes and obtain the Romy sneakers. The transaction ID related to this issue is #4F592556PM696064E. The total charge for this purchase was $[redacted]. The specific Romy Walking shoes I ordered are in black/white floral, item #[redacted]21, and the Romy Leather Walking shoes in white lime Multi, item #[redacted]92. I require a return label to send back the Nine West shoes and request either the correct sneakers I ordered or a refund to my credit card. I have previously shopped online with your company without any return problems, and I trust this issue will be resolved satisfactorily for both parties.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Easy Spirit. Upon trying them on, I noticed that the right shoe felt tight in the heel and toe area compared to the left one. Despite confirming both were the same size, I experienced discomfort while wearing them, which led to my big toe being swollen and bruised. Seeking a solution, I visited a leather shop, where I was informed that the right shoe was 3/4" more narrow than the left. Unfortunately, it couldn't be stretched. I contacted Easy Spirit to request an exchange, explaining my situation. However, they declined, citing their policy of only accepting returns for unworn shoes. As a senior on a fixed income, I find it challenging to afford shoes I can't wear comfortably for my daily walks, and I'm simply hoping for a replacement in the same size.

I need to return a pair of shoes that are one day past the return date. The shoes were for my son’s wedding on March 18. After traveling out of town for the wedding, I realized the color didn't match and had only tried them on once, keeping them in perfect condition. I placed an order for 2 pairs of Traveltime clogs on July 10th, and the confirmation stated they wouldn't ship until September 1st. Despite this, my American Express card was charged $[redacted].00 for July. It's frustrating to pay for items not received until September. I find it unfair to be billed before the merchandise is shipped. I tried to cancel the order, but was told I had to do so within 2 hours of placing it. I'm disappointed with this experience and want to cancel my order as soon as possible.

I recently received a pair of Easy Spirit boots in the mail, but they were too big as they were for wide calves. I promptly sent them back via UPS on August 11, [redacted], and saw the $70.51 credit on my credit card on the same day. However, I received a notification stating that if the boots are not returned, my credit card will be charged again. I am certain I sent them back three weeks ago. I attempted to contact Easy Spirit through email, but unfortunately, I was unable to leave a message as the website was not accepting them.

I initiated a return for two pairs of shoes. The wrong size was sent - I had ordered 9W, but I received regular width, which is too tight. Unfortunately, two days after starting the return process, I was involved in a severe car accident with an 18-wheel delivery truck in July, resulting in one child's unfortunate passing and three of us sustaining serious injuries. I only just returned to work last week. The shoes remain unopened in their box. The order number is ES-[redacted]. I kindly request a store credit as I had delayed the return due to the accident.
