Hi I have been told by Direct Line who booked my first flight to Milan last year which was cflancelled and was given a refund to be used on a new flight which was on the **rd April this year from LARNACA To GATWICK FLYING AT **.** pm, and was given a flight ref. of K**C*N*, I have tried to use this along with my surname, but your system says there is an error, can you help please, regards John Hurst.

GetHuman-hurstjoh did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
