I have three EasyJet flights booked to travel to Amsterdam on December 18th, [redacted], and returning on December 20th, [redacted]. I have been trying to reach you by phone since last week without success. I am concerned about possible flight cancellations due to quarantine laws. We initially booked with EasyJet for a flight from Manchester to Alicante on 30/11/[redacted]. We received an email stating the flight was rescheduled for later the same day, which we accepted. However, the flight was later canceled, and we opted for a voucher. Subsequently, we booked a flight for 21/11, which was also canceled, leading us to request a refund. Then we booked a flight for early December, which was, once again, canceled. The flights and seats were booked with cabin baggage allowance in mind, essential for my husband's medications and equipment that require specific temperature control. As we are now rebooked for February [redacted], we noticed a change in baggage allowance. Given my husband's disability, we seek clarification on our rights regarding this matter. Despite our efforts to reach EasyJet, we are continually directed to FAQs that do not address our concerns. Please advise.

I reside in New York, USA. On May 28, [redacted], I made a reservation for a flight from London to Munich on February 14, [redacted], as my husband and I planned to celebrate our 50th anniversary in London and then have a short stay in Munich. Due to the current circumstances around the Coronavirus, traveling from New York to London and Munich is risky, especially for us being 71 years old. Moreover, London and Munich are no longer ideal destinations for leisure travel. I have successfully canceled our flights from New York to London and from Munich to New York without incurring any fees. I am now seeking information on whether it is possible to cancel our flight from London to Munich, also with no additional charges. We did not purchase insurance for this EasyJet flight with the reference EZY8983.

I made a booking for my daughter, Adele Getty, on an Easyjet flight from Newcastle to Belfast for 1/6/20. The flight was cancelled, and I chose to receive a voucher instead of a refund. I also have an additional voucher for an Easyjet holiday. I received an email with these vouchers attached, but after my computer crashed, I lost the email. I believe the email was sent on 19/6/20. I would appreciate it if I could be reissued with the voucher for the missed flight and ideally the £50 holiday voucher. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund of £[redacted].95 for booking reference K15894Z for my return flight to Malaga on April 16th, returning on April 20th this year. I am also concerned about my account being deleted from your website without any explanation. Instead of receiving a refund when my booking was canceled by the airline, I was only offered a voucher with code 1261F6, which I never received. My elderly husband, M. Bayandor, who is 85 years old, is unlikely to fly again soon. I had a discussion with Viko regarding this matter yesterday, with reference number [redacted]19. Viko promised a callback today, but I have not received any communication. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by these issues and urge you to resolve this promptly.

Hello, I'm having trouble booking flights using a voucher I received from previous cancelled flights. The website keeps saying the voucher can't be applied. I've missed out on booking two flights I wanted because of this issue. The supervisor didn't call me back as promised. I'm concerned that we are facing obstacles using these vouchers. I am considering contacting trading standards tomorrow because this situation doesn't seem fair.

Good evening, I would like to modify my reservation under the name of Aurélie B. with booking number (K1J1JKP) and reschedule it for a future date that is not yet known. When I try to make this change by logging into my account, additional fees are being applied. Both of my friends, who were supposed to travel with me (same destination, same flight, same schedule) and booked their tickets at the same time (reservation number: K1J8J54), were able to modify their reservations without any fees, receiving a credit or voucher valid for 1 year. I am wondering why modification fees are being charged on my reservation but not on theirs, and why I am not being offered a credit by the easyjet website. Two days ago, we attempted to book return flights from the Isle of Man to London Gatwick, then return flights from LGW to Las Palmas. We had vouchers due to a previously canceled flight from IOM. As of December 19, it is now prohibited to travel between Scotland and destinations within the UK. I had booked flights to visit my grandchildren in Bishop Stortford during the relaxed holiday period. My outbound flight was scheduled for December 21, [redacted]. Due to the new government restrictions in Scotland and the UK, this travel is deemed unlawful. I would like a refund for both flights from Edinburgh to Stansted, departing on December 21 and returning on December 29. The sudden government measures have placed both my family and me in Tier 4 areas, making it unwise to proceed with our travel plans. Kindly process the refund promptly.

I had a flight scheduled from Hurghada, Egypt, to Milano Malpensa on March 15, [redacted], which got canceled due to the coronavirus situation. My booking reference is [redacted]. I received a voucher worth [redacted].61 EUR with the voucher reference CG141ZZP. Customer service informed me via email that I couldn't use the voucher online but provided a link to contact local telephone numbers. Hello, my booking reference number is K1Z2KZT. I had a ticket for the flight on 23.12.20 from Edinburgh to Tenerife South. My intention was to go to Tenerife with my family and friends as we recently bought an apartment there. However, this morning I received an email from EasyJet stating that I needed a residence permit to enter Tenerife. Even though we just bought the property and I intended to stay there for a few months to arrange the necessary paperwork, I was not allowed to board the plane at Edinburgh Airport. I feel frustrated because EasyJet informed me of this requirement after I had checked in online, just hours before the flight. I had to pay £[redacted] for a Covid test and for the EasyJet ticket. I was scheduled to travel from Cyprus to Bristol on December 16, then from Bristol to Edinburgh on December 29, and returning from Edinburgh to Cyprus on January 6. Unfortunately, my flight from Cyprus to Bristol was canceled, and I received a refund for that leg of the journey. According to my conversation with EasyJet's chat support, I was informed that the entire booking would be refunded. My booking reference is K1MV1PV under the names Mr. Paul Butcher and Mrs. Sheila Butcher. I am now seeking a refund for the remaining flights as they are no longer needed. Booking Reference [redacted] was made through Love Holidays (Booking Reference: LOV200268OU). Initially, I believed I had booked a package holiday to Spain with EasyJet, but unfortunately, EasyJet canceled all package holidays starting from 2.12.20. Love Holidays had made separate bookings for the flight and hotel, leading to difficulty in claiming a refund directly from EasyJet after the cancellation of the holiday. The cancellation was due to the unforeseen additional cost of private COVID tests required for travel, essentially doubling the price of the planned cheap weekend getaway. The departure was scheduled for 11.12.20 at 06:35 from Manchester, with the return on 14.12.20 at 20:40 from Alicante. Despite attempting to cancel the flights through EasyJet, it appears the process was not completed. I assumed Love Holidays would handle this, but it did not occur. It was suggested that a tax refund might be possible for the flights, although I have not received the necessary documents to proceed with this.

We purchased Alicante to Bristol return flights for May 20.05.[redacted] and June 16.06. [redacted], totaling [redacted].18 Euros on 13.10.[redacted]. Unfortunately, Easyjet canceled our flights due to Covid, offering vouchers for future travel but not a refund. We are unable to redeem the vouchers by the deadline (15.05. [redacted]) due to travel restrictions in Spain. Easyjet claims we cannot receive a refund because we accepted the voucher. However, we are struggling to contact them as emailing or speaking with them proves unsuccessful. Phone communication is challenging and costly from Spain. Any assistance would be appreciated.
