Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inquire about the policy for changing flights for my upcoming trip to Bodrum on October 2nd. Originally, my husband and I booked tickets for our son and daughter as well, but unfortunately, they are unable to come with us. When I made the booking, I was informed that changes could be made at no extra cost, however, I am now being told there is a £32 fee per flight. Could you please clarify how I can remove my son and daughter from the booking without incurring additional charges? Additionally, I am interested in understanding the options available for rescheduling the flights. For instance, would it be possible to use the tickets for a trip to Dubrovnik in September next year instead? I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you, E. H.

I am experiencing issues trying to send the email to easyJet regarding changing my flights. I have noticed that the cost to change my flights is considerably higher than booking new ones for the same itinerary. This price difference is concerning, as I already have £[redacted].92 in credit for my flights. Given this credit, it is puzzling to see an additional charge of £[redacted] to make the changes. Moreover, after speaking with customer service, I was informed that £[redacted] has been deducted from my account without prior notice or explanation. This deduction is substantial, and I am seeking clarification on this matter promptly. If these issues are not resolved satisfactorily, I may escalate them to an independent ombudsman or small claims court. Thank you for your assistance.

Subject: Urgent Request Regarding Cancelled Flight Booking [redacted] I am reaching out regarding the cancellation of my flight booking from Tel Aviv to London Luton on September 30th and returning on October 14th. Your unilateral decision to cancel this booking was communicated to me via email (Reference ID: [redacted]05) dated June 19th, citing concerns about my booking behaviors. I promptly appealed this decision through the EasyJet website on the same day, stating that as a loyal customer with a clean record, I was unaware of any misconduct. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone calls and subsequent email correspondence (Reference ID: [redacted]78), I have not received a satisfactory response within the designated timeframe. I remain eager to reinstate my original booking at the initial fare I paid and require a detailed explanation for the abrupt cancellation of my flight. I kindly request a written response within 48 hours to address my concerns and prevent further escalation of this matter. While I prefer an amicable resolution, I must assert my legal rights to pursue this issue through legal channels in the UK and/or Israel, including exploring options for class action involvement and potential media exposure. I await your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Yehudah Sufrin +[redacted] [redacted] cc: Levitan Sharon & Co Law Office (official legal representation for EasyJet in Israel)

Hello, I am experiencing issues with EasyJet. I got logged out and now can't sign back in due to a password/email error. Despite trying to contact them through '[redacted],' the email doesn't exist. I have also searched for a non-premium rate phone number without success. I have upcoming flights with EasyJet and have already flown with them four times this year. I'm looking to resolve my login problem and avoid the multiple solutions they offer. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Richard Ratcliffe.

We have a booking with EasyJet from Manchester Airport on October 13th, returning on November 29th. Our booking reference is K1VH5GW under the name of Carol and John B. Initially, we booked one suitcase at 23kg each way, but we now want to change it to two suitcases at 23kg each for the outbound flight and only one suitcase for the return trip to Tenerife. We were told by EasyJet customer service to contact the Manchester airport directly for this change. We have already checked in for the outbound flight. Please adjust our booking to reflect two suitcases on the outbound flight and one on the return. Kindly inform us of any additional costs and payment options. Alternatively, you can reach me at 01[redacted]21. We were advised by a Jet2 representative to contact you regarding this matter.

Hello! I am writing to seek assistance with changing my flight booking. My name is P.C. and I had reserved a flight from Budapest to Geneva with the flight number [redacted] on October 5th. I recently received an email from you detailing options for changing travel plans without incurring a change fee due to recent changes. I am interested in transferring my booking to a flight from Geneva to Athens. However, while attempting to follow the given instructions to "Manage Bookings" for the flight change, I encountered difficulties in locating alternative flight options. Can you please assist me in altering my ticket without any additional fees and provide me with the available dates for flights from Geneva to Athens? Thank you for your attention and support.

Subject: Refund Request for Hold Bag Charge Dear Customer Support, I am writing regarding my recent flight EZY6287 from Bristol to Heraklion on 06/09/20. My wife and I were charged £40 for a second hold bag, which we believed was within our weight allowance as we combined our total weight, as we had done on previous flights. We had paid an extra £48 to increase our total allowance to 29 Kgs split between the two bags. Since your rules were not clear about this change, we were unaware that the additional payment was unnecessary. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the £48 excess charge. Booking Reference: K1PQGXN Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, William D. Evans

I urgently needed to fly home from Malta to England due to a family emergency on 7 October [redacted]. I reached out to a difficult to understand contact person via Tel No [redacted][redacted] as a deaf individual. Despite my emergency situation, I faced challenges getting a flight change or a new ticket. Eventually, I was able to secure a flight for 08.10.20 after being told multiple times there were no earlier options available. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with a friend's bank card for payment, and I had limited access to technology. The staff at Malta Airport went above and beyond to assist me, contrasting the previous telephone service experience. I plan to express my gratitude to them. Could you please confirm if I am eligible for a refund for the original EZY8824 flight scheduled for 17.10.20? Thank you. E. D. Palmer

My Easyjet flight EZY8381 in May [redacted], with Booking reference EXSX44S, was canceled due to Coronavirus, and I received a voucher. When I tried to use the voucher for a booking in September, it did not work, despite multiple attempts. I paid for the original booking with a credit card. I have already contacted Easyjet twice, with my last letter dated 19th August, requesting a refund for the May flight, but I have not received any response yet. I am requesting a refund since the voucher did not function properly, and I am unable to receive it back on my original card as it has been deactivated.

On December 28, [redacted], I booked two flights to Malta with EasyJet under booking reference K15CTJR. Each ticket was priced at £48.98 for a departure on April 22, [redacted], with a return scheduled seven days later. Unfortunately, EasyJet canceled these flights on April 8. They offered vouchers for a rescheduled flight on September 23, but at an additional cost of £[redacted].98 due to price differences. After EasyJet closed their Newcastle hub, requesting us to fly from Manchester or London, incurring extra expenses, we opted for a full refund of £[redacted].94. EasyJet declined, stating the vouchers issued could not be refunded. We are unwilling to bear more costs and insist on a full refund. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, J.T.

Hello, I have been attempting to convert my EasyJet vouchers for canceled flights to a cash refund without success. I am dissatisfied with this and am looking to file a complaint and pursue a cash refund. Today, on October 27th, I received the following message: Booking reference: K1CKKMT Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to EasyJet and submitting a refund request. Unfortunately, our records indicate that you have already received a flight voucher for your canceled flight, making you ineligible for a refund. The flight voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You are not required to travel before the expiration date; you can book flights whenever convenient for you. Full voucher terms and conditions can be found here. Regards, EasyJet Customer Services I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with resolving this matter. Thank you, Giles T.

I made a booking for my wife, P.B., for a flight on the 9th of August [redacted] from Gibraltar to Manchester, and returning on the 20th of August [redacted] with booking reference KIKGQG, Flight ESY1810. Even though I made the booking, it was paid for by a family friend, A.L., using a Visa debit card to attend their wedding. We have requested a refund three times without any response. A.L. also reached out to Easyjet but was informed that since he did not make the booking, he could not claim the refund. Easyjet mentioned that the refund should be requested by the person who booked the ticket, which is me, P.K.B. Therefore, I am once again requesting a full refund for the cancelled flight and for the funds to be returned to Mr. L.'s account.

Booking Reference: K1GH8HV - London Gatwick to Reykjavik - Latina & Holland Hello EasyJet, I am reaching out concerning our booking reference K1GH8HV. Originally booked in February [redacted] for travel in September [redacted], we, unfortunately, could not make our trip from Australia to the UK due to the ongoing pandemic and travel restrictions. Given the circumstances, we had to reschedule our flights as we were unable to book for the same dates next year. We managed to change our flights to a date up to 03 May [redacted] and are now looking to modify our booking for a one-way flight from London Gatwick to Reykjavik, Iceland on 28/09/[redacted]. This change would apply to both myself, Giuseppe Latina, and my companion, Mr. Richard Holland. Additionally, we had originally purchased checked luggage for our trip. If changing the dates is not feasible, we would appreciate a credit back to the credit card used for payment or a voucher. We are eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you.

I have booked 6 return flights from Southend for next May, but now that Easyjet no longer flies from there, I am exploring my options for a refund. I contacted customer services and was informed that I cannot claim a refund until I receive an email from them, possibly in March. I then emailed customer service, but received an automated response stating the mailbox is not monitored. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the tickets were for my daughter's wedding in France. Waiting until March seems unreasonable given the circumstances with Easyjet no longer operating from Southend.

I am scheduled for a flight tomorrow, November 14th, with reference number K1WHRQD. Due to the lockdown in England, I need to change my travel dates to January 16th to January 23rd. However, I am unable to do this through the manage my booking portal. I've tried contacting Easyjet multiple times, but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I understand the lockdown is out of Easyjet's control, but I would appreciate some assistance in changing my flight without incurring additional charges. It has been a frustrating experience as I was looking forward to celebrating my 60th birthday on this trip. I hope Easyjet can be more accessible and accommodating during this difficult time. Thank you for your help. - KA

Hello, my name is Paulina K. I booked my holiday and flight to Turkey for 2 weeks with Love Holiday in February [redacted]. Unfortunately, our accommodation was canceled, and when we were informed that we would need to quarantine for 2 weeks upon arrival, we decided to cancel the trip. I contacted Love Holiday for a refund, and after opening a claim with my bank, I received a refund for the holiday accommodation. However, I am still waiting for a refund for the flights from EasyJet. Love Holiday informed my bank that they had processed the full refund, but we only received the refund for the accommodation. I have been waiting for the flight refund for a while now, and the delay is causing me financial hardship. I hope to resolve this matter soon, but if there is no action taken, I may need to seek further assistance.

Hello, Please find enclosed the various emails I sent to Lastminute.com regarding the cancellation of our flights on August 19th from Nice to Porto on September 14th at 4:55 pm and Lisbon to Nice on September 26th at 1:15 pm. Despite several follow-ups, Lastminute.com has not provided any updates, showing little regard for their customers. I kindly request your assistance in expediting our refunds promptly, as the three-month wait has been long enough. We understand that times are challenging for everyone, but it is important to fulfill obligations and honor commitments. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, JF.Wyllie

I have been trying to redeem my Inflight voucher (12X66D) but have encountered issues when sending the information to [redacted] Despite multiple attempts, the email keeps getting rejected on the easyjet end. I was unable to fill in the form directly from the email, so I copied and pasted it into Microsoft Word before sending it as instructed. Can you advise me on what steps I should take to successfully receive the voucher?

Booking Reference: EXSZK8G. My outbound flight EZY6015 on June 24 was affected by C19. I was given three options: change with no cost, receive a voucher, or get a refund. I chose to change the flight to December 31 with a return on January 9, [redacted], back on April 16. These flights are now canceled, and the same options are given. My refund request was denied, and a voucher was issued instead. I didn't ask for a voucher, I don't have a voucher number, haven't received any voucher benefits, and I don't want a voucher. Please arrange for the refund to be processed as soon as possible.

I am having trouble accessing my EasyJet account. The system is prompting me to reset my password, which I have already done. However, I still cannot log in to my account, whether it's on the website or the EasyJet app. At my age, technology presents a challenge, and I am not sure what steps to take next. This issue is a new one for me, as I've never encountered any problems before. I will soon require to book multiple flights and manage them through my account, especially with the vaccine rollout approaching. It seems impossible to reach EasyJet as their chat line and customer service email are both inactive. I hope someone here can assist me in resolving this matter.
