Booking Ref: EZ**DWP (Gatwick-Malaga ** July** August ****). **As you know, the FCO advised against all non-essential travel to Spain on the evening of Saturday ** July, a few days before my planned departure on ** July. I and my family*friends could not therefore travel because we would have been uninsured and obviously must follow FCO guidance.**When the FCO have issued such advice previously, EasyJet have cancelled flights and have offered a voucher, postponement or refund. EasyJet have changed their response to the Government's most recent advice by choosing to run flights instead. I had checked-in and paid for my party's seat reservations by the time the FCO advice changed and could not reverse this. **Whilst I was offered a fee-free transfer to next year (at **.** on ** July), this was for a very limited period and did not run until **:** on ** July as promised. I was not able to organise time off work and accommodation and ensure travel insurance was in place within the very limited time available. **I wrote an email to you prior to ** July but your inbox was full and could not get through on the phone. **It would appear that EasyJet have chosen to run the flights in order not to be compelled to return customers' fares, even if customers are not able to travel because the Government have essentially told them not to do so. **Please provide a refund of the £*,***.** plus £**.** * £*,***.**.**I look forward to hearing from you.**Tracey Collinson Smee
