I received a message that I had been sent an email about my forthcoming holiday which I have not received . I did telephone customer service before to explain this and ask if my email could be checked . I still have not received the email promised from then and now do not have this new one . I'm worried I will have problems with this booking as I didn't receive the cancellation detail last time .How do I check the email held by the holiday booking ?
