Hello, I made a flight reservation online on July 15th for 2 adults traveling to Malaga, Spain. I selected seats and car hire, paying £[redacted].88. However, when I attempted to add my passport details later, I couldn't locate my booking reference. After trying unsuccessfully for two days to reach EasyJet's customer service, I managed to speak with a representative in the car rental division online. Unfortunately, I was informed that there was no record of my booking for a car hire or flight under my name, despite the payment being deducted from my bank account with the reference 000K1Q4DTN. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I am requesting a full refund to be issued promptly into my bank account. If I do not receive a resolution within the next few days, I will escalate this matter further. I have attempted to contact customer service through email but have not received any responses. I can be reached at [redacted]6. Thank you, Marie A.

Hello, I have been trying to contact customer service for several days but have been put on hold for hours without any response. In March [redacted], my family had two sets of flights canceled, and we received flight vouchers, which I am thankful for. However, the email with the vouchers stated they could only be used by calling. I am trying to plan a trip in November with my family using these vouchers, but the inability to reach customer service is making it impossible. Without confirmation from customer service, I am unable to proceed with booking the holiday, arranging accommodations, or making any plans. While November may seem far off, I need to coordinate around work, children, pets, and finances. I have over £[redacted] in vouchers and prefer not to pay again when I have these available. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to assist in using the vouchers and making a new booking. Thank you.

I made a booking for myself and my family in February [redacted] for a flight from the Isle of Man on August 23rd and returning on September 5th with easyJet. However, it seems that all flights to and from the Isle of Man have been canceled, yet my booking with easyJet remains active. EasyJet's flights are reportedly suspended until September 1st. I need to reach Liverpool airport for our family holiday which is still scheduled. I was considering booking another flight with Loganair from IOM to Liverpool, but the return flight is with EasyJet. I shouldn't have to pay for the same flight twice. I attempted to contact easyJet, but after waiting for 2 hours on the phone, I was disconnected. Can anyone advise on what I should do in this situation?

We rescheduled our trip to Israel from June to November due to the current COVID situation without any charges. We are now concerned about potential quarantine laws or other issues that may arise before our November trip. If circumstances change and we need to modify our flights again, such as facing mandatory quarantine upon arrival in Israel, we would like to know if we can do this without fees. I recall reading that we can change our flights without charges within 14 days of departure, is that correct? Will EasyJet inform us via email about any policy changes allowing free flight changes related to COVID and other issues? Thank you for your assistance.

I made flight bookings last year prior to the pandemic with reference number K15GJGN, departing for Tenerife at an original time of 11:40. As a member of the "vulnerable" group, I was already anxious about flying. However, the flight times have been changed twice, now arriving at 20:25, which is inconvenient for me. Easyjet has granted the option to change the flights for free on their website or receive a voucher for the full amount by phone. Due to the uncertainties of international travel currently and in the future, rescheduling my flights is not a feasible choice. I have been attempting to reach Easyjet for the past three days but have been unsuccessful, spending hours in telephone queues without any human interaction. I am not interested in a voucher; I am seeking a full refund. My concern lies in the inability to contact Easyjet to address this issue, as travelling to Manchester airport to explain is not a viable option. This situation may result in being classified as a "no show" on the day of departure, leading to a loss of the total amount paid for the three tickets, equating to £[redacted] with seat reservations.

Hello EasyJet, I was scheduled to fly at 6 am this morning on July 26, [redacted], to Murcia with my wife. Due to the UK Government's travel restrictions to Spain last night, we were unable to travel. Despite EasyJet's announcement on July 25, offering customers vouchers for rescheduled flights, there was no option on the website for a refund. I attempted to call but was on hold for two hours. The website only allowed for changing to a confirmed flight, which was challenging given the sudden announcement on Saturday. As a result, we missed our flight today and are unsure how to obtain the voucher. I have been on hold for twenty minutes this morning as I write this message. Could you assist me? My name is Terry O' Neill, the flight was from Bristol to Murcia, and our booking reference is K1QXNST. Thank you. Terry

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that we have received two email confirmations regarding a refund being issued. The first email, dated 10/7, mentioned a refund to a Visa account ending in [redacted], which we do not own. Subsequently, we contacted you requesting the refund to be directed to our Mastercard account ending in [redacted], the original payment method for the tickets. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of our email. On 16/7, we received another email acknowledging the refund request for booking K1C1LHX. Despite these communications, we have not received the refund. The lack of clarity regarding which account the refund was issued to is concerning. We are growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of response and the delay in processing the refund. We have been patient for 28 days initially and now an additional 10 days, with no resolution. We urgently request a response and the refund to be expedited to our Mastercard account ending in [redacted]. Thank you, A. S. and F. O. I have a flight voucher that I need to use but I am struggling to redeem it online. I have attempted to contact EasyJet's customer service number multiple times over the past few days, waiting on hold for approximately one hour each time without success. I have also sent them an email, only to receive a generic response instructing me to call customer service. The prices of the flights I want are going up daily, with a recent increase of £10 one way and £20 the other way since I last checked.

Hello, After waiting for over an hour for assistance via the helpline without success, I am reaching out here for hopefully a quicker response. I initially booked a flight from Gatwick to Amsterdam on 05.08.20 with reference number K1R3R3Q, which I then changed to a flight on 09.08.20 with the same reference number. Although I received confirmation and made payment for both flights, I am unsure if the payment for the first flight has been transferred to the second booking. My concern arises from the fact that when I check 'manage my bookings,' the flight on the 5th does not appear. Should the payment or booking for the 5th not have been transferred to the 9th, I would like to switch it to a flight from Copenhagen to Gatwick on 21.08.20 at 21:00. I hope this clarifies my situation. Thank you, Christopher

Subject: Assistance Needed with Easy Jet Voucher Request I had a booking reference K1QXNST for a flight from Bristol to Murcia on July 26, [redacted], and the return flight on August 2, [redacted], with my wife, L. O' Neill. Due to the UK Government's travel restrictions to Spain announced on July 25, [redacted], we were unable to proceed with our travel plans. Easy Jet allowed passengers to receive vouchers for future flights in light of the travel restrictions. However, despite multiple attempts to reach Easy Jet's customer service line on the evening of July 25 and the morning and midday of July 26, I was unable to connect as the wait times were extensive. The website did not provide an option to select a voucher, only to change the flight destination, which was not feasible at such short notice without accommodation plans. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain vouchers for the canceled flights, as my wife and I would like to rebook for an alternative destination now that we have considered our options. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Terry

Booking Reference: K1CMPRS Date: 1st August [redacted] Passengers: Mr. Barry White, Mrs. Christine White We are unable to proceed with our flight to Rome as scheduled on the 1st of August [redacted] due to a few circumstances. Firstly, the other part of our group coming from Japan had their flights with ASIANA airlines canceled. Additionally, our son, who is a UK citizen married to a Japanese national residing in Japan, is not allowed re-entry if he leaves the country because of Covid regulations. This unforeseen situation has disrupted our group travel plans and accommodation reservations, making the trip unfeasible. We are seeking guidance on how to navigate this issue. It is worth mentioning that my spouse sent a previous letter via recorded delivery to Customer Services at EasyJet in Luton on the 25th of June but did not receive any response.

I have been on hold for 3 hours trying to get a refund for my flights to La Gomera due to covid restrictions. The situation there is not ideal as many facilities are closed, and the quarantine rules in Tenerife prevent us from traveling. HPB has kindly refunded my points for use on another trip. Jet2 has also canceled flights to several destinations. My bookings are under two references: EXST23J for Paula, Keith, Thomas, and Jacob Dugdale, and EXT1Q2K for Matthew Dugdale. The flights are from EDI to TFS and back. Looking for assistance. Regards, Paula D.

I have still not received a refund for my cancelled flights from Bristol to Gran Canaria on the 8th and 15th of April. I have attempted to contact the airline multiple times via phone without success. I was also given the options to rebook or receive a voucher for flights from Bristol to Majorca from July 28th to August 1st, but the additional cost of rebooking was too high. To obtain a voucher, I had to call, which proved difficult as I was on hold for over an hour each time.

In February, before COVID, we had to cancel a flight due to a family bereavement. EasyJet provided a voucher per their bereavement policy, valid for 6 months. However, due to ongoing COVID-related complications, booking flights has been challenging. Initially, there were limited flight options, and now with the uncertainties, we can't schedule any travel. We wish to request an extension of our flight voucher for an additional 6 months, especially since new vouchers are now valid for 12 months. Despite our efforts, reaching EasyJet customer service has been tough, and our voucher expires in August. Any advice on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Kind regards, R. Hunter.

I received notification that my EasyJet flight to Parga, EZY6290 on 30/09/[redacted], and booked under K1LWSNS, has been canceled. Unfortunately, I was not informed directly by EasyJet but happened to discover it via SkyScanner. Surprisingly, my return flight remains unaffected. My accommodations through Lov Holidays are still confirmed. The lack of communication is quite disappointing, as I only found out by chance. If anyone has information on this situation, kindly reach out to me. I can be contacted at [redacted] or [redacted]1. I also have upcoming EasyJet flights to Paris in January and frequent flights to Belfast. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Elizabeth Lynda Clempson.

I recently realized that there was an error in the dates of my return flight from Gatwick, U.K. to Antalya, Turkey (Reference number k1NQWB). The original dates were 10/9/[redacted] - 16/9/[redacted], but I managed to change them to 10/10/[redacted] - 16/10/[redacted], which are the correct dates. However, I was unable to adjust the dates on my insurance policy (Reference Number [redacted]) which I bought along with the original flight booking. I contacted the insurer, who advised me to request either to update the dates on the policy or to cancel it and receive a full refund, so I can purchase a new policy with the correct dates of travel (10/10/[redacted] - 16/10/[redacted]). I apologize for the oversight and hope for your assistance in resolving this matter. Due to current circumstances, I have been unable to reach you by phone, hence this email. Thank you for your anticipated help.

Booking Reference: K18MKT4. My flights were cancelled, and EasyJet (EJ) initially offered a voucher or flight change before my 23 June deadline. Despite my preference for a refund, they stated it wasn't possible, so I reluctantly requested the voucher. Later, I received an email on 25 June stating a refund was an option, and I promptly requested it. An email on 23 July confirmed the refund process, but to my surprise, on 25 July I was told I wasn't entitled to a refund as I had supposedly received a voucher, which I have not. As of now, I have not received any reimbursement. Attempting to contact them via phone multiple times has been unsuccessful.

Dear Sir/Madam, On July 31st, my husband, two minor daughters, and I flew on EasyJet flight EJU2875 from Milano to Cagliari at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, we have misplaced our return boarding passes for the Cagliari-Milano flight on July 16th, along with all our identity cards contained in a small plastic holder. It seems that we may have left these items at the EasyJet counter on the path to the aircraft after the check-in area. We have checked with the lost and found department at Milano Malpensa and also informed the local police at Malpensa airport, but so far, nothing has been recovered. I am reaching out to inquire if the EasyJet staff at Milano might have come across our lost items. I have provided the names on the lost identity cards for your reference: - Enrico Maria Giovanni Migliaccio - Arianna Migliaccio - Michelle Migliaccio - Fifi Liang Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Fifi Liang
