I need assistance as I have not received my flight confirmation email after booking. The payment has been processed, and attempts to send the details via email through my Easy Jet account have been unsuccessful. I am concerned that I may encounter the same issue when trying to email my boarding passes to a friend for printing. I have made numerous unsuccessful calls regarding this issue, costing more than the ticket itself. My flight is scheduled for 09/09/[redacted], returning on 15/09/[redacted], flying from Thessalonika Airport in Greece. I made an error with my booking date and need to change it. My booking reference is K1PKRJ1. I need to change the flight from 19.07.20 to 12.07.20. The flight is at 10:45 from Bristol to Glasgow. We are regular customers of easyJet but struggling to reach you by phone. Initially, we tried to cancel within 24 hours as per the terms but lastminute.com did not offer a refund and requested full payment for a new flight. We also attempted to contact easyJet without success. We hope for a suitable resolution to this issue so we can continue using your services in the future.

On July 2nd, I received an email stating that a refund has been processed for my booking reference E24H26B. The flights affected were from London to Malaga on May 15th and from Malaga to London on May 24th. The refund amount was £[redacted].90, which was supposed to be reimbursed to my Mastercard ending in [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Kindly clarify why the refund was not issued and proceed with resolving this matter promptly.

I have experienced nine cancellations on my flights from Dalaman to London Gatwick. Following this, I was presented with the choice of a refund or a voucher. After much consideration, I chose to proceed with a voucher under REFERENCE: ID [redacted]36. Despite this, it has been several weeks since I submitted my voucher request, and I have yet to receive any communication from your end. I understand the current circumstances may be challenging, but with airlines resuming operations, I am eager to arrange future flights. I am waiting for a refund for 21 flights to Split, Croatia that I returned, and it has been over 90 days since I requested it. I am now trying to reach out to the airline as recommended. I have been on hold for over an hour two days in a row trying to call them, and I have not been able to speak to anyone. The university has already received multiple complaints about this situation. I hope to be contacted promptly.

Booking Reference: K1H54KF Fly with EasyJet on flight # EZY2160 from Amsterdam to London Luton on Friday, July 31st. My original schedule was departure at 19:30 and arrival at 19:40. EasyJet informed me via email about the change to departure at 15:25 and arrival at 15:35, which doesn't suit my plans. They presented three options: changing the flight, getting a voucher for future travel, or contacting customer service at 0[redacted]. My flight from Toulouse to Gatwick on 20/08/[redacted] has been cancelled due to COVID-19. Flight number EJU8332, booking reference K1J74NV. I am unable to reschedule online and keep receiving this message: "Unable to manage this booking online. We're sorry, you cannot manage the booking online. This might be because someone else in the booking has already managed the disruption. The booking can only be managed as a whole so please contact your fellow travelers. If this isn't the case, please contact our customer service team." I am the only one on the booking, so no one else should be able to modify it. I have tried to call multiple times with no success. Hello everyone, my name is Hana K. I have been trying many times to change my seat for my flight back from Prague to London Gatwick on Wednesday, 12/08/[redacted]. I am currently in seat 7A and would like to switch to seat 6C. However, every time I try to make the change using my bank details and press "pay now," I receive an error message on my screen. This issue has persisted for almost two months every time I attempt to change my seat. I have tried calling and using the online chat for assistance, but unfortunately, there has been no response. We have a flight scheduled for Saturday, July 18, [redacted], from Pisa to Manchester with the flight number EZY1848 under booking reference EXWW49P. Unfortunately, our previous outbound flight with Jet 2 on July 4 was canceled, preventing us from being in Italy for the upcoming flight on the 18th. On May 2nd, [redacted], I purchased 3 seats for a flight from Malaga to Stansted for July 14th for £[redacted].02, which included seat bookings for Mrs. Patricia Prime, Mr. Ivor George, and myself, Mrs. Anita George. Due to the wedding being cancelled in June, I had to rebook seats for Anita George and Ivor George on EZY3112 for August 12th. However, I received a refund of £7.99 on June 27th, which seems incorrect as the new seats were much cheaper. Additionally, the original seats 11 A & B were not included in the new booking. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact you at 0[redacted] to resolve this issue. As Mrs. Prime needs to cancel her flight due to shielding from Covid-19, I understand the challenge in receiving a refund for her. I am willing to use the refund towards seat allocation or hold luggage for our upcoming trip. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated before our departure on July 14th. I am looking to change my EasyJet flights to next year. I would like to know how the extra money I paid for seat upgrades like 'extra legroom/extra cabin bag/upfront seats' will be handled if I switch to another flight. I spent over £80 for the seat upgrades for both of us. Will this amount be transferred to the new flights? I attempted to change the flights online once but received a 'booking changes failed' message before completion. I noticed that EasyJet doesn’t refund the price difference if the new return flights cost less than the original ones. However, you have to pay the full difference if the new flights are more expensive. Even though our trip to Seville in October might still happen, I am curious if the cost of the seat upgrades can be moved to the new flights.

In April, Easyjet canceled all flights, and the resort we booked closed subsequently. The resort promptly refunded us. Easyjet provided an online refund request form, indicating it might take up to 90 days for processing. However, 90 days have passed, and we received a confirmation of seat numbers today, indicating that they reinstated the flights without acknowledging our cancellation months ago. I've been unable to reach Easyjet by phone as they are only accessible through their website. Ideally, I would like to secure the refund. Alternatively, I could cancel the flight and rely on travel insurance to cover the loss, as long as I can prove the cancellation and waiver of the claim while still forgoing the flight. Unfortunately, without the ability to contact Easyjet directly, neither option is currently feasible.

I recently received an email about my upcoming flight from Palma to Birmingham on 16th July. However, this is not possible since my outbound flight on 2nd July was canceled. The reference for both bookings is K17P652. It's important to address this issue promptly, especially during these challenging times. Hello, I am Roy Hemphill. I am a regular traveler with Easyjet and recently realized I have overlapping flight bookings for myself and my two sons. I am trying to change my flight (Booking reference K1P48S4). Despite Easyjet's policy stating changes are free if done more than 14 days before the flight, the online system is charging me more than booking anew, which is not ideal. I need to adjust the flights for Monday, August 10th, from Belfast to Luton, to Wednesday, August 19th. Also, change the flight on Thursday, August 13th, from Luton to Belfast, to Wednesday, August 26th. Additionally, I would like to claim back taxes for two flights I missed, EZY [redacted] on July 5th and EZY [redacted] on July 8th. I have attempted to contact Easyjet at [redacted]0, but haven't been able to reach anyone. I prefer speaking directly and can be reached at [redacted]9. I hope to resolve this matter promptly. I have a flight booked from London Stansted to Malaga on Sunday, October 11th, returning on Friday, October 16th for two people. I'm concerned about Easyjet's recent announcements regarding Stansted. There are currently only 17 seats booked on the flight. I attempted to change my flights to depart from London Luton via Manage My Booking but encountered issues with additional charges and seat changes. Despite the flight changes made for September 27th to October 2nd, I'm unsure about the process and the extra fees. Booking Reference: K1GFGNG Due to the current circumstances with the Corona virus outbreak and my wife's health concerns as a diabetic, she is hesitant to travel by air presently. While I will still be attending my Music Master Class for saxophone players, my wife is seeking a voucher for future use if possible. I also need assistance booking my saxophone as a carry-on item, with dimensions of 32cm x 21cm x 84cm. It fits within the permitted size for overhead lockers but needs to be pre-booked. I have a case measuring 32cm x 20cm x 84cm, which I understand can be carried on board after making a telephone booking. I booked round-trip tickets from Gatwick to Lanzarote from July 9th to July 23rd with reference K198KTP. Unfortunately, Easyjet cancelled the outbound flight EZY8681 due to COVID-19, so I requested a refund assuming it would be for the total fare. However, I recently got an email reminding me about the return flight on July 23rd. Since we couldn't make the outward journey, it wouldn't be possible for us to utilize the return flight either. I'd appreciate confirmation that we are eligible for a full refund and we are not required to take the return flight on July 23rd. Thank you.

I have posted three messages on the recommended site but have not received any calls or responses. Yesterday, you advised me to call and mentioned an error with my flights canceled for the 4th of July, [redacted] from Stansted to Dalaman. The booking reference is EXSQ32V. I intend to change the dates once they become available after May 31st, [redacted]. Similarly, the flights for my family members from Liverpool on the 6th of July, [redacted] with the references EXSQ32V and EXSQSPZ have also disappeared from the site. I can only view the return flights and bookings for September, October [redacted], and May [redacted]. I need assistance with this issue as I had to spend an hour waiting on the phone this morning to speak to someone. Thank you for your help.
