I contacted the Contact Centre to-rearrange a flight which was cancelled due to illness. The flight has been rebooked but there is no record of it or my previous booking history on my account. Customer service says it is not their problem.

GetHuman5046265 did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
