Flight Reference K1KLT6W for the Belfast to Bristol route departing on July 10 at 21:40 and returning on July 13 at 16:30 has experienced time changes. The departure flight has been rescheduled to 16:10, which conflicts with my wife's work schedule. Despite canceling arrangements on the other end, we could not utilize these flights due to circumstances beyond our control. We seek a refund for these unused flights. Contacting Customer Services by phone has proven futile, and even a visit to the unmanned desk at Belfast Airport did not help. We request a refund due to the flight time change initiated by EasyJet, preventing us from traveling as planned.

Booking Reference: EZ67R1K We have received a refund for our April flight, but the £[redacted].96 refund was mistakenly sent to a different Mastercard ending in [redacted]. The card I used for payment ends in [redacted], which is the only card on record. It seems like there was an error and our refund went to the wrong recipient. Please address this matter promptly. I experienced a cancellation of my EasyJet flight from Newcastle to Faro on May 10th due to the coronavirus situation, which I understand. I chose to receive a refund and was informed there would be a delay, which I also understand. Recently, on June 20th, I received an email notifying me that a refund had been processed. However, only £74.00 out of the total £[redacted].98 was deposited into my bank account, while the remaining £[redacted].98 was sent to an unfamiliar MasterCard account. I am seeking assistance in locating the missing £[redacted].98. I encountered long wait times on EasyJet's Customer Service line, spending 50 minutes on Friday and currently waiting for 48 minutes today, with no resolution. I hope EasyJet can clarify the issue and ensure the missing funds are refunded to me promptly. Thank you.

I have a flight scheduled for Tallinn, Estonia, in July. Unfortunately, the wedding event has been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. I attempted to contact Easyjet regarding either rescheduling the flight to next year in July (which is not an available option on their website) or obtaining a refund voucher. However, I have only received an acknowledgment for my initial inquiry and no further response. Hello, I made a reservation for a round trip flight from Almeria, Spain to London Gatwick this morning with the booking reference K1DKHRF. However, I mistakenly booked the return flight for September 1st under flight number EZY8163 without receiving a reference number, as I cannot check in until July 2nd. Subsequently, I attempted to reschedule my return flight for August 11th and cover the price difference. Once I paid for it on your website, I was notified that the payment was not accepted. Nevertheless, my bank confirmed that the payment was processed three times and is pending your approval. As of now, I have not received any payment confirmation. Could you please look into the reference EJcb02x and inform me of the outcome? Just to provide context, I hold an account with Easyjet registered under the email address [redacted] Despite trying to contact through phone, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I requested a voucher on June 11 for two flights to Mykonos, Greece on July 5th and 7th. I received an email from [redacted] offering a voucher for the full value of my booking even though my flights were not canceled. I followed the instructions and requested the voucher on the same day. The company informed me that due to a high volume of requests, my voucher would be issued within 15 days. It has been 19 days since I submitted my request, and I have not received the voucher yet. The booking I made has disappeared from my account, but I have not received any updates on the status of my voucher. My original booking reference is EZ6QQV3.

I need to reschedule my EasyJet flight booked for July 7, [redacted], as the wedding I was attending got canceled due to COVID-19. Despite contacting EasyJet multiple times over the phone, being on hold for hours, emailing with no response, and trying to change the booking on the app, I haven't been able to speak to anyone or modify my booking for July. I've even reached out on Twitter and through their complaint page but received no assistance. My elderly mother-in-law is also on the flight, and this situation is causing us both a lot of stress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had to cancel two children from my upcoming holiday to Turkey scheduled for the 25th of July. My reference number is Exv5htv. Although I received confirmation of the cancellation, the details regarding the amount of money I will lose were not provided. Today, I made several attempts to contact the customer service phone line, enduring five hours and three phone calls before finally speaking to a representative after being disconnected twice. During our conversation, I raised concerns about locating our flight and inquiring about its status. I was informed that information about cancellations would be communicated two weeks prior. However, this timeframe does not align with the arrangements I need to make, such as boarding the pets, resulting in financial losses. Just as I was about to receive clarification on the cancellation fees for the two children, the call got disconnected for the third time. I am seeking immediate clarification on the financial implications and find the level of service provided so far unacceptable.

I need to change my Easyjet flight, preferably to the same flight next year. I'm unable to do this currently, so I have to choose a different flight of similar value first. However, whenever I select a flight, it's either not available for booking yet or I encounter an error message (EJ2nc90nsx or EJ2bc90nsx) prompting me to contact the call center. Unfortunately, it's proving extremely difficult to reach the call center by phone. If I can't make the change soon, I might incur fees for changing my flight, even though I've been attempting to do so daily.

Hello Easy Jet, I need urgent assistance with making changes to my upcoming flight. I have been trying multiple times to process the payment with my American Express card, but keep receiving an error message to enter the correct 4-digit security code, which I have been doing. I have also tried using the 3-digit code on the back of the card, but the payment is declined. This is the same card I used to purchase the tickets originally through my online account with you. I have already tried contacting the call center this morning but was disconnected after holding for 32 minutes. Currently, I am in another call queue for 50 minutes. Please help as my husband and I cannot fly tomorrow unless these changes are made. I am unable to do it online due to issues with processing the American Express card. Natja R. de Kock

We have booked return flights with Easyjet departing on Saturday, July 25th, [redacted], from Bristol to Nantes, France. Both my spouse and I are in our 70s, and my wife holds a shielding letter as an extremely vulnerable individual from the Chief Medical Officer at NHS Wales, advising continued shielding until August 16th. Both flights are scheduled for July. Due to these circumstances, we would like to request a refund. I have attempted to contact Easyjet via phone, but the wait time is unreasonable.

Hi, I've been attempting to modify my flight on the EasyJet website through the manage bookings section for the last two weeks. Unfortunately, each time I try, it displays an error message stating that it's currently unavailable due to a temporary problem. This has been quite frustrating for me, especially since I've been on hold for two hours now trying to reach customer service by phone. Despite the website and automated message suggesting that going through the website would be the quickest resolution, I've been left with no choice but to wait on hold. I'm supposed to be at work, but instead, I find myself stuck on hold writing this email out of frustration. I understand the current circumstances may cause delays, but improving your website functionality could expedite the process. Regarding your email on May 29th, I called and cancelled my booking under reference: K1GSG35. The representative gave me a voucher over the phone, but did not assist me in applying it to my selected flight. I had difficulty understanding her in Spanish and English. When I tried to use the voucher on a different flight, it did not work. The voucher is valued at [redacted].60 euros, including the 10 euros for cancelling before June 14th. Hello, I have a flight booked from Luton to Paphos on Saturday, July 18th. Despite the flight still showing, Cyprus is not accepting UK residents until August 1st. I am concerned about traveling in July if the restrictions are still in place. Additionally, what is the notification period for canceled flights?
