I had to cancel two children off my holiday to Turkey due to go **th July. Ref number is Exv*htv. I had confirmation of cancellation but did not say how much money I would lose. Have tried phoning several times today. Five hours and three phone calls later I managed to speak to a human after being cut off twice. I had two queries first one we couldn’t find our flight and needed to know if it was cancelled. Was informed they would tell us two weeks before if it was going to be cancelled.Tbh that is not good enough as I have got to organise putting the in kennels and will lose money there. When I did speak to a human they were about to tell me how much money I would lose on cancelling the two children, when low and behold was cut off for a third time . I would like some clarification immediately please as the way I have been treated is not acceptable.
GetHuman-kwozenc did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
