My father has a Danish passport and was in Turkey when the coronavirus outbreak began in Denmark. The Danish government advised all citizens to return home. Turkey had halted flights, and EasyJet canceled his flight, causing him to book another quickly. EasyJet later said the cancellation was an error. We contacted them for a refund on March 19 but have not received any updates. We are requesting our refund promptly.

My email address, [redacted], suddenly stopped working, and I am unable to send or receive emails. I have created a new email address, [redacted], since I cannot reach my provider, Plus.net. My husband and I arrived in Larnaca from Bristol on March 1st and were scheduled to return on June 9th. Unfortunately, due to the closure of the border between North and South Cyprus, it seems unlikely we can travel back. It appears that restrictions won't be lifted until around June 29th. I'm inquiring about the possibility of having an open voucher ticket instead. Our original flight back to Bristol from Larnaca was EZY626 with the booking reference EX9G92F. My husband is Allan Aiken and I am Margaret Aiken. I hope this information is sufficient. Best regards, Margaret Aiken.

Under booking reference No. K15F856, I had a flight from London to Bari, Italy on April 26 for myself and my wife. The cost was $[redacted].86. The flight was cancelled, and I attempted to obtain a voucher or refund through the website, but was unsuccessful. I rescheduled the flight for October 3rd under the same reference number, but had to pay an additional [redacted].45 pounds without receiving credit for the original flight. I am requesting a refund for both amounts paid. Alternatively, I would consider a voucher with the ability to use any remaining value on a future booking if the cost is less. As I am uncertain about my travel plans, I kindly ask for the voucher to be valid until [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. D. Goodwin

I received an email from you offering to change my booking to 3rd September [redacted] or accept a voucher. I decided to change the date and emailed the required details on 28th April for both my flight and my wife's flight with a different reference (Ref: K164QFS). Your response (Ref: [redacted]77) mentioned the information did not match the records, hence the change couldn't be made. I am confident that the information provided was correct, as I have booked numerous times before with the same email address. Strangely, my wife's flight was successfully changed for free to the new date. I have attached the original email sent on 28/04/[redacted] for your review. Thank you for your assistance. - WA

I was scheduled to fly to Hungary on April 1st and return on the 15th. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled, and I requested a refund as soon as I received the email notification. However, I have not received any information regarding my refund or the money itself. The website mentioned a refund within 5 days, but that has not occurred. I have been unable to reach you via phone or live chat, and my email from some time ago remains unanswered. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I received an email from EasyJet on March 15, [redacted], informing me that my flights scheduled for April 29th and return on June 8th were canceled due to COVID-19. I chose to get a refund as advised on the website. However, I have not received any updates or refund yet. When I check the website, it indicates that the request is still being processed. Could you please provide information on the delay? My flight reference is K1DQ8FB. My name is Pete Marsh, and I reside at 13 Ashmuir Close, Crewe, CW1 3UQ. You can reach me at [redacted]3.

I have two bookings, K185R2H & K185WSB, totaling £3,[redacted].17 for my family. We planned to stay at a villa in Spain, but Oliver Villas may move the booking to summer [redacted]. I need this arranged quickly as the villa balance is due soon. Flights are not needed anymore. I have two requests: a. Can I get a full refund for both bookings? b. Could I receive a voucher for the full value, valid until September [redacted] for flights? I need a response before deciding on the villa. Thank you. Peter R. +[redacted]50

I am writing regarding the cancellation of my flight due to the Coronavirus. I was hoping to get a refund processed. I noticed the online refund form required a BIC or Swift number for international wires, which my bank does not provide. Could the refund be credited back to the credit card I initially used for booking? If not, I would appreciate guidance on the alternative method utilized by your company. Thank you.

Hello, we were supposed to travel to Gibraltar on March 18, [redacted]. However, MY GIBRALTAR called to advise against flying. We rescheduled for October 7, [redacted], unsure if we can travel then as it was a reunion for Veterans. We were charged an additional £57 (£42 by EASYJET and £15 by MY GIBRALTAR). We noticed you offered a 10% discount on re-booked flights canceled due to the pandemic, while MY GIBRALTAR said EASYJET's offers keep changing. The package for the new October date is cheaper than our original booking. Our March 18, [redacted], flight from Manchester was canceled. We preferred a full refund or credit note but MY GIBRALTAR declined. We asked if changing dates incurs extra costs and about getting a refund if the flight is canceled. Thank you.

Hello, I've been trying to get in touch with someone from EasyJet since March without success. I hope someone reads this and can assist. I had flights booked with EasyJet with booking reference K1B1J4J. The flights were canceled, and I opted for a refund. I received the refund for the outbound flight from Luton to Barcelona, EZY2263, on 19th March within 2 weeks. However, I have not been refunded for the inbound flight, Barcelona to Luton on 24th March, EZY2264. I've been advised to manage this on my bookings, but I can't find the inbound flight on my bookings anymore. I understand it's a challenging time, and I'm not expecting an immediate refund. I would like confirmation that you're looking into my issue and have initiated the refund process for the inbound flight. Thank you, L.

I bought 4 EasyJet flights for a trip to Geneva in June but had to reschedule due to COVID. One passenger can't go and won't pay for their ticket. I need to change the name on the ticket to mine to use it for a later trip to Malaga next March. If that's not possible, how can I cancel the flight? We rescheduled our trip for August, and all passengers but one have already adjusted their flights. Thank you, Paul H.

Regarding booking [redacted] for the flight on the 19th of July [redacted] with Easy Jet Flight EJU [redacted], Thalia G. and Carina K. were accompanying California girl's soccer teams in Denmark and Sweden for tournaments. Due to the cancellation of the tournament due to Covid-19, could you kindly assist in canceling the reservations for Thalia G. and Carina K. and provide a refund for their flight expenses to the original credit card used for the booking? Delta has generously offered a cash refund for the international round trip from California to Copenhagen under the circumstances. I am Thalia G.'s grandfather, and the flight was booked by my son, Andrew G. Please contact me via phone or text at [redacted]. Thank you.

I recently switched internet providers and encountered difficulties updating my email address. My sister-in-law originally booked my holiday for me with booking reference K1DXLDN. Due to COVID-19, I cancelled the trip and requested vouchers twice without success. Despite numerous attempts with my new email, I faced challenges and didn’t receive any responses. Another concern is my upcoming booking for a party of six on K1FZSTX for 06/09/[redacted], and I am unsure how I will obtain the boarding passes. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as the trip includes my husband's twin and her husband, causing me stress. I had to change providers because Virgin raised prices, and I ultimately chose BT.COM. For reference, I have been a longtime customer, previously reachable at [redacted] My contact numbers are [redacted]4 and [redacted]7, and my address remains the same. Hoping for a resolution soon. I recently received an email from easyJet offering a voucher for my upcoming trip. I clicked on the link provided but could not find where to apply for the voucher. My booking reference is EZ5M9P8. Here is the content of the email: "Regarding your upcoming trip, we hope to fly you but understand the evolving government travel restrictions. While we haven't canceled your flight yet, we know you may be uncertain about traveling. Your booking is during our peak period, so we're offering to transfer your flight for free to any date or route within Europe. You can also choose to get a voucher for the full value of your flight with an additional £10 for future bookings. Both vouchers are valid for 12 months. To obtain your voucher or transfer your flights, click here to search for available flights and then call Customer Services at 0[redacted]." Thank you, Tim R.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out to address my unsuccessful attempts to contact easyJet regarding my expenses related to flight [redacted] from Agadir to London Gatwick, with booking reference K14RK34. The flight was canceled twice, on 17/03/[redacted] and 19/03/[redacted], leading to challenges with customer service availability and information. After multiple setbacks, I had to take an emergency British Airways flight, BA667, costing an additional £[redacted] to return to England. Although I understand the exceptional circumstances, I am seeking reimbursement for these unforeseen expenses promptly, within 2 weeks of this request. If a resolution is not reached, I will have to explore legal options. For your convenience, my bank details are as follows: Bank: Santander Account Name: G SILVA-MARTINEZ Sort Code: 09-01-34 Account Number: [redacted]1 I have attached all relevant documents and can provide further proof if needed. We had flights scheduled for Mallorca on May 1, [redacted], through Easyjet with reference number: EXSTS61, costing £1,[redacted].79. Unfortunately, the flights got canceled in late April, and we applied for a refund on April 20, [redacted]. Easyjet mentioned they would get in touch with us. Despite refusing to reschedule, Easyjet urged us to submit a refund request form, which we did on April 27, [redacted], expecting the refund within 20 working days. However, 26 working days have passed without any refund or updates. Their customer service line is constantly busy, and calls get disconnected, making it challenging to get any information. It seems like Easyjet is prioritizing selling future flights over processing refunds. I urgently need the refund processed promptly.

Voucher Number: [redacted]58J My family and I were scheduled to fly to Kefalonia on May 19th on Flight Number EZY [redacted], returning on the 26th. Our booking reference was EXTR5FF. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, and I followed instructions from Easyjet to apply for a flight voucher. After receiving confirmation and an initial email on April 23rd, Easyjet informed me that the voucher would arrive within 15 days. However, on May 2nd, I was notified of a delay due to a high volume of requests, with reassurance of processing within the next 28 days. Now that this timeline has passed, I am eagerly awaiting the voucher, as we plan to re-book our trip for next May as soon as the Summer [redacted] schedules are available. Just hoping to receive the voucher soon.

Subject: Refund Request for Cancelled EasyJet Flight EJU2876 I am writing to request a refund for two seats booked on EasyJet Flight EJU2876 from Cagliari, Sardinia to Milan Malpensa on June 23, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the closure of Australian borders amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, my travel plans have been disrupted, and I will be unable to make the journey. I reside in Australia and the current circumstances prevent me from using a voucher for a future booking. I kindly ask EasyJet to refund the full amount of $[redacted] (Australian Dollar $[redacted] per person) back to the credit card used for payment. I appreciate your understanding of the situation and look forward to a positive resolution. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, G.G.

I'd like to address two concerns. Firstly, I arranged flights for N. Reis and L. Serra, Portuguese nationals, for a visit in March [redacted]. The flights on the 24th March were cancelled due to Covid-19, and I am managing the situation as they requested. N. Reis booked with her email but I paid with my LLoyds credit card. However, she won't share the password for the manage booking section. Secondly, flights to Faro on the 18th May were also cancelled, with a return on the 3rd June. Despite requesting a refund weeks ago, I have not received any payment. Please contact me promptly regarding the reimbursement. Thank you, Lesley and Michael G.

Good evening, I recently called [redacted] for over 3 minutes before disconnecting. I had a conversation lasting 58 minutes on [redacted] where I was directed to contact you via email for assistance. I am eager to make changes to our existing booking at the Sundance apartments in Crete for the weekend of 07.08.[redacted]. However, I cannot find the option on your website. Will this property not be available next year? We must stay there as we have family from Holland joining us, who have successfully rescheduled with TUI. If the Sundance is not an option for next year, I don't wish to proceed with paying the balance due this Saturday, 06.06.20, and would instead request a refund. I intend to use a voucher for the deposit towards a flight to Holland, but I require the voucher code promptly as I understand refunds are not provided. Please, I urge you to reach out to me before Saturday. Kind regards, Helen
