My wife made a booking through EasyJet's website on a Personal Computer on January 15, [redacted], using the account [redacted] for a flight from BRS to EDI on August 6, [redacted], returning on August 9, [redacted]. The passengers are Steven and Lorraine Fitzgerald and payment was made using C/C ending in [redacted] with Ref K18TBSH. However, we did not receive an email confirmation. When trying to access the booking through the "manage Bookings" section on the website using the same computer, we couldn't find any details. On the EasyJet app, we found the booking under the same account but it mentioned that it was made by a different user account. We believe we only have one EasyJet account connected to [redacted] We need to make changes to the flight details. How can we proceed? Please provide guidance.

To whom it may concern, I had a flight from Malaga, Spain to London, England scheduled for April 8, [redacted], which has been canceled due to Co-Vid19. Per EC261, passengers are entitled to a full refund or an alternative flight choice. Easy Jet offered me a voucher expiring in September [redacted], which is not feasible considering the current circumstances. I need a refund to my original payment method to reimburse my 3 friends who were part of this booking. I am based in Canada and travel during the school year for studies in the UK. Due to the pandemic, my next trip will be during Spring Break next year. Kindly provide guidance on the reimbursement process. Thank you, Ella

I reside in Spain and we are currently under lockdown until April 26. I have a flight scheduled for April 17 from Malaga to Gatwick with Booking Reference K1KMK5J. Due to the circumstances, I will be unable to travel and would like a refund. I have attempted to contact Customer Service multiple times, but the UK number is not responsive. I have also reached out via email to [redacted]; however, their response time is stated as up to 28 days. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed. Thank you, William Peterkin.

I have two bookings with your company, and I am seeking information regarding them: 1. Regarding Booking Ref. K13F9D2, for the Bristol to Malaga trip scheduled for May 16th returning on May 22nd, I understand the trip is improbable now due to the current situation. I am interested in transferring this booking to sometime in mid-September. How can I proceed with this transfer once the future circumstances are clearer? Also, what is the latest possible time for me to make this transfer? 2. As for Booking Ref. K1KS5LT, for the Bristol to Inverness trip planned for July 1st to July 5th, I have had cancellations with my hotel and activities but have the option to reschedule to the same dates next year. Can I do the same with my flight booking? I know this might be more complicated than the first request, but I understand that flights can be reimbursed if they are canceled. I appreciate your assistance in these matters.

I received an email from Easyjet on April 6th stating that my flight to the UK on April 17th was canceled. They mentioned that in order to request a refund, I would need to contact customer service as refunds couldn't be processed via email or online through Manage Bookings. I have been trying to call them since then, but the lines are always busy, and it appears there is no call waiting system in place. Living in Spain as a senior citizen, I cannot afford to keep calling them repeatedly. I specifically do not want vouchers or to reschedule the flight since it was for a special event, and I won't be traveling to the UK again. Is there any assistance you can provide in this matter?

Booking Reference EXTWNZT: Due to evolving travel restrictions, I rescheduled my flight from this month to September before your recent change policy. Following the flight cancellation, I am inquiring about receiving a credit note for the modification fees I incurred. I have experienced financial losses in hotel and theater bookings, and I am actively seeking refunds from these establishments to mitigate my losses for rebooking in September. Since I travel to the UK twice yearly, a credit note is preferable over a cash refund. I hope for your understanding and assistance in this matter. Thank you and stay safe. Regards, [initials]

Booking Reference: EXSWT4M R. Fletcher 5 Pinewood Close Abram Wigan WN2 5XS Hello, I am frustrated by the conflicting information about fee waivers during Covid-19. Our trip to Tenerife was scheduled for June 8th, but we are now contemplating changing it to depart on July 1st and return on July 31st, [redacted]. Upon checking the current flight options on your website, I noticed the prices for these new dates, with the outbound flight costing £[redacted].99 per person and the return at £[redacted].99 per person, totaling £[redacted].96 for flights only. This is significantly higher than the £[redacted].92 we originally paid for the flights. Calculating the supposed difference for changing our flights from June to July without fees, it should be £[redacted].04. However, when attempting to manage my bookings, I discovered unexpected charges. The outbound change fee is £80 per person and the inbound is £78 per person, amounting to a total of £[redacted]. Why the discrepancy from the previously calculated £[redacted].04 difference? As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by these misleading practices. I simply want to pay the actual difference in the flight costs. Thank you, R. Fletcher

I have been trying in vain to contact easyJet about canceling my July 2, [redacted] one-way flight for three passengers from GTW to ATH, due to health concerns at 82 years old. My easyJet reservation number is K1BH9WT. I made the reservation and paid $[redacted].46 USD on January 14, [redacted]. On March 2, [redacted], my doctor recommended canceling all July [redacted] travel plans for health reasons. On March 6, [redacted], I emailed easyJet at [redacted] requesting cancellation and a refund to my credit card. On April 14, [redacted], I tried to reach out via their online chat, but I couldn't submit the request. easyJet has not responded or acknowledged my inquiries. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Geneva J. T. - [redacted]

I have been trying to contact EasyJet Customer Service without success. Despite calling repeatedly from 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m every 15 - 30 minutes, I have been unable to get through and only receive the same pre-recorded message each time. I am concerned that EasyJet is not answering any calls, and this is giving the company a negative reputation. Unfortunately, my flight to Cagliari on April 22nd with a return on April 26th for two people, J. H. & F. T., has been cancelled by EasyJet. The reservation number is K1B5FRJ. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I traveled to Barcelona on March 13th and discovered that the Spanish authorities were closing airports. Within 24 hours, I was trying to return to the UK. Unfortunately, EasyJet was unresponsive over the phone, and to rebook my flight with them, I was quoted an additional £[redacted] on top of the £39.99 I had already paid. After unsuccessful attempts to reach my insurance company, I sent them an email detailing my situation for future reference and assistance with a potential claim. I managed to secure a flight back to the UK with a Spanish airline that was not only arriving earlier but also cheaper by approximately £13. Upon trying to request a refund from EasyJet's website the next day, I inadvertently caused it to freeze. Now I am unable to process any claims, cancellations, or manage my booking. EasyJet's lack of communication and customer service is disappointing. They did not inform me about the airport closures until after I had returned to the UK. I am seeking a refund rather than a voucher from EasyJet but have been unable to reach them for assistance. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. - Annette

I have been waiting for over a month now to receive a refund for my flights from Luton to Amsterdam and back, which were canceled by the airline. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have not made any progress. My booking reference is K1GTHF1. The flight from Luton to Amsterdam was scheduled for March 21st, with the return on March 23rd. I also purchased travel insurance, which has not been utilized. Despite reaching out through various channels, including phone calls, chat, and writing to the Complaints Department, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The constant generic emails asking if the issue has been resolved are not helpful. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress and urge the airline to take action promptly.

I am writing regarding my EasyJet booking reference EXV1WVD regarding the Cancelled Flight from London Gatwick to Lanzarote on 15/March/[redacted]. We received an email notifying us of the cancellation on the day of departure. We opted for a full refund back to our credit card as offered by EasyJet. Despite receiving confirmation of the refund being processed within seven working days, we have yet to receive it. As senior citizens with health concerns, this situation has caused us stress. We urge for a resolution within the next seven working days. We did not initiate the cancellation; it was done by EasyJet. We anticipate the agreed-upon refund of £[redacted].88 to be processed promptly. Your prompt action to finalize this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Renner Ofer, and my order number is EWZ2BQD. I require assistance with the modifications I made to my order. I amended my flight destination and date using the app from Italy Venice to England London, resulting in a price of €[redacted]. However, I noticed that the reserved seats and luggage for the plane's hold from my previous booking were not included in the new order. Consequently, I made separate orders for seats at €72 and luggage for the plane's hold at €3.96, uncertain if my initial booking for Italy encompassed seats and luggage. I am unsure why I was charged an additional €[redacted].48 and if it was a duplicate order for four suitcases for the plane's hold. I seek clarification to ensure I was not overcharged and that my booking for four persons round trip originally included seats and two pieces of luggage for the plane's hold. This situation has caused confusion, and I would appreciate assistance via email. If there was an overcharge, I kindly request a refund to my credit card. Thank you in advance. Renner O.

We have canceled booking K16G29G and were initially offered a voucher instead of a refund for the £[redacted].15 paid on 4/1/20. Despite being willing to accept an EasyJet voucher as loyal customers, the recent email received displayed confusing credits and debits totaling £[redacted].15 for the voucher provided. We expect to receive the full amount paid as the flight was canceled by the airline, therefore no deductions should apply. We request a full refund back to the credit card used for payment if this issue is not rectified promptly. Your swift response addressing this matter is awaited. AJ and V Tipping

My spouse and I planned a special trip to Spain to commemorate our 50th wedding anniversary in June. Given our age and the current circumstances, we understand that future travel might not be feasible for us, hence we request a full refund for our flight expenses. Our Booking Reference is K137R7C. Initially, we attempted to reschedule our flights to later this year, only to find out that there would be additional charges despite being assured otherwise. Since realizing that travelling is not an option for us in the foreseeable future, we kindly ask for a refund of the entire flight cost. Fortunately, we have received refunds for our hotel deposit at Torre Dorada, airport transfers, and parking fees for our vehicles. It would greatly help us if you could process the refund for our flights promptly. Thank you.

I needed to change my return flight(K1FFXSJ) from Edinburgh to Belfast on March 23, [redacted], due to the pandemic. When I contacted the airline, I was advised to change the outward flight as the return schedule was not available. I changed the outward flight and was not informed about the option to receive a voucher for the ticket value. After contacting Easyjet, I received Reference ID: [redacted]94 mentioning the voucher option valid for booking until at least Winter [redacted] and valid for 12 months from the issue date. I am unsure if I am eligible for the voucher since I was not informed about it initially. Can I claim the voucher now to book the return flight that is now available? Your assistance in this matter would be appreciated.

I am a UK student who was studying at a university in France from September [redacted] until March. Due to the coronavirus, our year abroad was cut short, and I had to return home. I had originally booked an EasyJet flight for June 29th but had to change it to March 22nd. Two days before departure, I found out my flight was cancelled. Luckily, I managed to book a British Airways flight for the same day. I have been trying to contact EasyJet for a refund, but the phone lines are busy, and the live chat is not working. I hope you can assist me in getting a full refund for my cancelled flight, EZY8336, with booking reference K1FWNJN. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have booked flights for myself and my two daughters, Alexandra and Cassandra, from Berlin to Copenhagen on 08.08.20 and returning to Berlin on 15.08.20. Booking number EXXP4C6. Unfortunately, a serious illness has been diagnosed, preventing me from traveling on the booked dates or any other time. Therefore, I need to cancel these flights and request a refund of the total amount paid, [redacted].03, plus 74.00 for a name change. I can provide a medical certificate if necessary to prove the cancellation due to the illness. Please inform me via email on the next steps to take. According to a travel lawyer, flight cancellation is always possible, especially with more than 3.5 months until the travel dates, allowing the airline to resell the flights. I have tried to contact you by phone multiple times, but after 5 minutes, it always goes to a busy signal. Not good customer service!!!! Regards, C. Fiebiger
