The issue in GetHuman-rayinspa's own words
my wife and I were taking our family to Spain for a weeks holiday in June to celebrate our **th wedding anniversary. My wife and I are ** plus and we know we cannot travel for some considerable time to come so we obviously want a full refund for all our flight money. *The Booking Reference is K***R*C .*We tried to move our flights to the end of the year and we found flights cheaper but when we put in the info you wanted more money from us after we were told there would not be a charge to move flights.*Since then we know we cannot go anywhere for some time so please refund all our flight money. *We have already had our deposit back from the Torre Dorada the hotel in Spain, our taxi money from the airport and back and our car parking fee for * cars. *so why are you bot refunding our flight money.
