Booking Ref: EXSWT*M**Roy Fletcher** Pinewood Close*Abram*Wigan*WN* *XS**Hello.**I find it very annoying that you send me emails to say that you are waiving fees during Corvid-**.**We was due to fly to Tenerife on the *th June, but are now considering to change our flights, to depart on the *st July and return on the **st July ****.**I looked on your current flight website and found that the price for these dates to fly on the *st July, was £***.** pp and the return flight on the **st July was £***.** pp, so that flight cost would be £***.** for flights only. On our original booking the flight only charges was £***.** for the flights.**So that makes a difference to pay for changing the flights from June to July (NO FEE CHARGES) difference to pay would be £***.** is that correct.**But when I sign in to manage my bookings, it's a complete lie to what Easyjet have stated, and are doing, you are not cancelling your fees, you are cleverly adding them back on?**To change my outbound flight, the charge is £** pp and inbound £** pp so that is a total of £*** difference to pay, we should only be paying the difference from our original booking, flights which are displayed now cost £***.** what we originally paid was £***.** so a difference of £***.**. So why £***?**Always flown with Easyjet, but now find your tactics, disloyal to your customers. all I want to pay is the difference.**Regards**Roy Fletcher
