Hi! *We missed our flight by ** min this morning in order of canceled train in Sweden. It means we missed our boarding time by ** minutes... we sat *.** h in line for customer service then gavesld up.*we booked another one at **.** to berlin*tegel and hoped for a transaction for flight at **.**.. we were ** min before boarding and asked if there was any chance for * empty space.. the lady said you have to wait untill everybody is onboard.. ** min untill gate closing the lady said it's too late, they dont have time for make any changes and it will cost us more money..!!?? *I mean how in the world could this be so hard? And cost us money to make a small change. I'm sorry for sound rude but you have ****** service and making no effort for helping people.
