Hello - can you please help? I flew from Rome to Geneva last night, Sunday ** Jan, flight EZS**** which departed at **.**hrs. My suitcase did not arrive. It had a ticket stating it was 'heavy', weight **kg, a large black case covered in pink*red shrinkwrap. As it was being loaded on the conveyor belt i saw it toppling to one side, so maybe it has fallen off. Would it be possible to contact your ground crew in Rone Fiumicino to ask them to check where it is and have it put on the next flight to Geneva? Baggage ticket no. XH******.
