As a frequent traveler between Vienna and London with Easyjet, I often make multiple bookings at once. Most of my trips only require hand luggage, but sometimes I need hold luggage, which I can't predict when booking. I recently tried to add hold luggage to a flight online, but the system attempted to add it to all my bookings, which was unnecessary. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the system couldn't accommodate adding luggage on a per flight basis, and I'd have to do it at the airport, incurring extra costs. This contradicts your website's advice to add baggage online for cheaper rates. I believe the inability to add hold luggage per flight is problematic and I should be able to make this choice for individual flights rather than entire bookings.

I recently returned from a trip to Amsterdam with my boyfriend. Upon arriving at Schipol Airport to catch our flight home, we had 10 minutes until departure due to train delays. The customs desk expedited our passage, but EasyJet provided conflicting gate information leading us back and forth. After a costly last-minute ticket purchase and a 6-hour delay for the next flight, I believe we deserve compensation for the confusion caused by EasyJet's gate changes, resulting in extra expenses and a prolonged journey home.

Dear Sir/Madam, My partner and I are loyal customers of easyJet. During our October flight, she wanted to purchase a Links of London bracelet from the boutique for Christmas. We noticed a 20% discount on bracelets during our outbound flight on September 28th, but it wasn't available on our return flight on October 9th. We planned to buy it on our next flight on November 28th. Unfortunately, the boutique offerings have changed, and I couldn't make the purchase. Dear EasyJet, We are eager to know about the possibility of opening a direct flight from Newcastle to Brindisi. Currently, travelers have to go to Stansted or Manchester for connecting flights, leading to extra expenses and long travel times. Direct flights would greatly benefit passengers, especially considering the direct flight from Newcastle to Crete that is only four hours away. Dear all, I wanted to share my recent experience on Flight EZY6036 from Madrid to Bristol. Upon arrival, I accidentally left my phone on the plane and only realized it after being on the bus to the airport buildings. A staff member approached the bus asking about the lost phone, and to my relief, it was indeed mine. The payment date initially set for the 14th to clear the remaining balance has become challenging due to unexpected circumstances. After discussing the issue over the phone, the representative informed me that £[redacted] must be paid by the 14th followed by the rest. Even though I proposed to pay £[redacted] on the 14th and the remaining amount on the 20th, it was declined. I found this refusal unjust considering I offered to make a partial payment and settle the balance only six days later.

My family and I are currently in Paris and have a flight booked on easyJet to Milano for 6/12/[redacted] at 10 AM, which includes 6 adults and 1 child. There is news of a big strike set for 5/12/[redacted] that will impact transportation in Paris. I am unsure if this strike will affect easyJet flights. Could you please confirm the situation? If easyJet is participating in the strike, what are our options? Should we cancel the tickets for a refund, or is there an alternative solution? We absolutely need to be in Milano by 6th December and would appreciate a prompt response before 11.30 AM today so we have ample time to make arrangements. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have a question regarding policies at airports for first names and last names. I booked a flight for my boyfriend to Paris under the name David Joakim Thybo Fasting. I put David Joakim in the first name box and Thybo Fasting in the last name box. However, his passport shows David Joakim Thybo as the first names and Fasting as the only last name. Will this be an issue at the airport or with the airline? Thank you.

Hello, our flight from Lisbon to Berlin scheduled for December 5th got cancelled. I discovered this by chance online since I didn't receive any notification via email or text. This cancellation is problematic because my sister is meant to travel back to Canada from Berlin on December 7th. As there are no alternative options with EasyJet, I'm unsure about our next steps. If we choose to book with a different airline for assurance to reach our destination on time, will we be refunded for this expense?

I am a loyal customer of easyJet, but I recently booked a flight home for Christmas at £[redacted] return due to the increasing prices. I usually pay around £60 when booking in advance. Now, the same flights I booked are available at £90 return, which disappoints me. This has made me question the booking tactics used by easyJet. I believe it's unfair for the prices to drop by £40 right after I paid £[redacted] for the same dates and times. I hope for a resolution as I rely on easyJet for my travels more than 10 times a year and have always trusted their reputation for being the best value.

I made a mistake when booking my weekend holiday. I accidentally booked my return trip from Athens to London instead of the other way around. I am willing to cover any difference in flight costs but am hoping to avoid the change fees as they are quite high for both flights. I would like to change my itinerary to travel from London to Athens and back on the weekend of 2/4 - 6/4. Please let me know if this adjustment can be made. Thank you. [redacted]

I am writing regarding booking reference GB[redacted]80 to address my disappointment with your car rental service. I feel it is misleading. We made a booking under this reference but were unable to collect the car. My husband does not possess a credit card, and although I do, my €[redacted] credit limit was not sufficient. We also purchased the insurance you recommended, which arrived in Spanish instead of English, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience affected our trip for a family funeral. I won't be eager to use your flight booking services again and would caution others against renting a car through your company. We have rented cars from various UK airports before without encountering such issues with other providers.

I am facing an issue with my EasyJet reservation. The flight I had booked with passenger Zaneta Bubiak on flight number EZY6953 from Edinburgh to Paris on December 5th at 7 am was canceled. I was notified about the cancellation on the morning of December 4th. Unfortunately, I had also booked a room for the night of December 4th at the Moxy hotel at Edinburgh airport which I couldn't cancel, resulting in a loss of money for the room reservation. I would like to inquire about the possibility of requesting a refund.

On October 25th, I made a booking for two tickets from Berlin to Athens with a return flight through your company. The charge of 61.86€ was applied promptly. On November 29th, I also booked two luggages weighing 15kg each for these flights, which incurred a charge of 62.38€. However, there was an additional charge of 26.87€ on the same day without any explanation, despite not booking any additional services or insurance. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the reason for this unexpected charge.

I booked Hands Free for my upcoming flight to Malaga on December 14th. I am unable to locate the booking confirmation in my email, but I have noticed the charge on my credit card statement. Today, I made another Hands Free booking for my sister on the same flight, and I promptly received a confirmation for that reservation. I need assistance in finding the initial booking confirmation to ensure I can download it before our flight.

I am traveling from Manchester to Geneva on Wednesday, December 18th, with booking reference EZ28273, returning on December 29th. I want to bring a second 23kg suitcase only on the outbound flight to leave items in Switzerland. When I attempt to add the extra suitcase, I am being charged for both directions at £54.48 instead of the expected £27.24. I don't need the extra luggage on my return flight. How can I arrange to add a suitcase solely for the outgoing journey?

I couldn't board the 2 flights booked under reference EZ5FPB6 on December 6th as I injured my knee. I attempted to cancel the flights but faced internet connectivity issues. Easyjet also warned of potential delays on the Jersey route because of air traffic control problems over France, which influenced my decision not to travel due to my injury. Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the issue regarding my cancelled flight. I was left inconvenienced due to the flight being cancelled on two separate occasions. I submitted a meal expense claim to easyJet for which I am due a refund. However, I received an email response stating that the meals claimed were a private arrangement made before the flight disruptions occurred. The flight cancellations took place on December 5th and 6th, and I have supporting documentation in the form of a cheque dated the evening of December 5th.
