I participated in this survey and informed you that as I had put my hand luggage in hold as the staff said that the overhead lockers were full, my bags had no licks on them as I thought they would be with me on my flight, when I got to my hotel to unpack I noticed that a bottle of perfume I had purchased just before my flight at duty free was taken from my bag*To say I was disappointed is an understatement as this was my first holiday abroad*The perfume was in a bag with another purchase I had made but this was still there, as was the receipt for both, the perfume was “Olympea by Paco Rabanne so was quite expensive and was a gift for my daughter who was with me *I am extremely disappointed that I have not heard from your company since filling in the survey*I would appreciate some response from the company about seeing CTV from Belfast airport and Portugal airport to find out what had happened or why some one you have employed to take care of baggage thought it would be appropriate to look through bags and take whatever they deemed they wanted* *EXDDLN* Flight reference- date of flight was *********Dolores Quinn*** Cliftonville Road *Belfast BT** *JZ ******@***.com
