Hi my name is Keith Bowden.*I flew back from Larnaca on Tuesday **th September on flight EZY***.*My flight arrived at Liverpool early morning on the **TH Sept.*I am disabled and had my electric chair put into the hold, on a rival at Liverpool I discovered that my control panel speed button had been knocked out. I reported this to Swiss air and the young Lady in Swissair contacted a representative from Easy jet that took pictures as did the Lady in Swissair of the damage sustained to my chairs control panel.*I have been in contact with Monarch Mobility and asked for an estimate for repair, which I have still not received. I understand the part has to come from CHINA and until it arrives I do not know the cost. I have contacted customer services with this issue before, and would just like you to know the progress or lack of at this date.*Many thanks Keith Bowden
