My wife and I had a package holiday booked with Thomas Cook to Lanzarote. Cook's phoned us in August to say they were changing the original Thomas Cook flight to an Easyjet one on the same dates. We agreed to the change and asked them to book seats for us on the flight. Cook's told us they couldn't do that and that we would have to contact Easyjet directly. We did this and paid Easyjet for extra legroom seats on both flights. We are currently trying to get a refund from Cook's but they will not refund us for the seats we booked with Easyjet which are of course useless to us now as the holiday has been cancelled by the collapse of Cook's. Can we get a refund then from Easyjet in these circumstances?**Bryan & Margaret Rooney, Portstewart, N. Ireland.
