On ********** at *.**am I attempted to book onto a flight to Ibiza last minute due to the cancellation of my Thomas Cook flights. I attempted to make the easyjet booking via kiwi.com, this flight was for ******** at *am (Newcastle to Belfast, then Belfast to Ibiza). I did not receive confirmation of this booking from Kiwi.com until ******** at *.**am, * hours before the flights departure. **In the meantime, I had assumed this flight had failed so I booked again, but the second booking was made directly through easy jet. I asked the lady on the check in desk at Newcastle airport, who confirmed the duplicate booking for all * passengers. The Easy Jet flight infomation is: EXTLQ*J NEWCASTLE TO BELFAST and EXTLS*L BELFAST TO IBIZA. Lead passenger was myself, Louise Denley. I did add additional baggage to this booking directly through Easy Jet, so advised the lady at the check in desk that this was the booking I would like to be checked in for.** As I was booked onto the same flight, due to the delay in email confirmation from kiwi.com, I have requested a refund from kiwi.com for the sum of £***. * Passengers appear to have been double booked onto one of the flights, Louise Denley, Bethan Denley, Joanne Denley, Charlotte Mountain and Jade Foggon.**This was confirmed by an Easy Jet employee at the check in desk however, kiwi.com are advising they cannot help me as Easy Jet are saying they cannot find a duplicate booking. ** I am extremely confused and distressed by this as I am already left in financial difficulty due to having to rebook all of my flights because of the Thomas Cook flights.**If you can offer me any assistance with this issue I would be extremely grateful. I do not believe I should be charged for a duplicate booking which was not my fault. I am already £*,*** down due to Thomas Cook.**If you are able to locate the duplicate booking, could you please provide me with all references regarding the bookings so that I can pass this back to kiwi.com, or if EasyJet would be happy to refund the amount of £*** for the duplicate booking I would be extremely grateful.**Kind regards **Louise Denley
