I have tried to cancel two separate flight bookings Oct.**th and return Oct **th first from Gatwick,but return to Luton. The reason being my husbands fall and subsequent fractures in his sacrum,lower back. He cannot walk and has been told he cannot travel. We have a Doctors letter and hospital reports,which I sent to easyjet. They have declined to issue a voucher,saying it is not life threatening therefore does not come under terms to claim. But previously the person I spoke to in customer services indicated it would be acceptable,so I completed the forms and sent an attatchment of Doctors letter. This happened to me in **** and I did the same but in a letter in the post and was issued with a voucher. Has there criteria for claims changed since then? My injury was not life threatening. can you please help. We regularly fly with easyjet and would book another flight.
