I was on flight EZY*** from London Luton to Inverness this morning. Expected time to depart was **:** but it was delayed by some hours. The delay is bad enough but when you are disabled and unable to access the airport main food court it becomes dire.*Whilst I can accept the delay for whatever cause and the standard apology I do think someone, somewhere needs to think about the poor souls left stranded in special assistance:*A) There are no facilities to leave your case if you were able to make your own way back upstairs.*B) Whilst there any number of options to avail yourself of sustenance upstairs there’s no such option near special assistance other than a small WHSmith mobile type thing offering soft drinks and touristy type things. **Yes, I am disabled but in situations such as this should I really be left in such a way. The right answer should be an unequivocal “No”.
